Molly and the planning touch team were absolutely fantastic!! We hired her as a week of planner and she took all my stress away. She contacted all the vendors week off, finalized our timeline, and made sure everything was decorated and perfect for when we arrived to the venue. She brought us drinks after we were announced husband and wife and continued to check on us throughout the night. She is well organized and will ensure everything you want is done and is not afraid to speak up if you need something done from a vendor, etc. Her prices are far more reasonable than most and she went far beyond our expectations. Molly was fantastic. I have told multiple people that hiring her is the best money I spent in wedding planning. She was such a valuable resource since the moment we sent over our deposit. Anytime I hit a wall trying to find a vendor or flush out a decor idea, she had plenty of suggestions. Throughout wedding planning you go a little crazy and start to freak out about different aspects. Every time we had a call with her, my nerves were completely smoothed over. She 100% has your back. As a person who is very particular and a bit of a control freak, I did not think I would be able to sit back on wedding day and enjoy it. I did not think once about timeline or who needs to be where or if the table settings were correct. She completely took our vision for our wedding and brought it to life. Everything went so smooth on the day of, and the things that didn't, I had no clue about until days latter and they no longer mattered. I can not recommend Molly and her team highly enough. Such a wonderful experience.

The Planning Touch team was amazing to work with. They offer a variety of levels that you can choose from. I used them the month leading up to the wedding, and it was the best money I spent all planning. Molly and Heather were professional, helpful and took care of everything from A-Z. They assisted with the ceremony (different location than the reception) and helped keep everyone on track ALL day.

Hiring Molly was one of the best decisions I made throughout the wedding planning process. My fiancé and I wanted to handle hiring all of our vendors, so we did not need a full service wedding planner, but we did want a coordinator to help make sure that all of our vendors worked together seamlessly so that we could enjoy our wedding day. We had 3 to 4 phone calls with Molly in the month leading up to our wedding, and multiple emails here and there. Molly and her assistant Caitlin
were so helpful and friendly. They contacted all of our vendors in the days and weeks leading up to our wedding to ensure that everyone was on the same page. She had no problem pivoting when there were details that we changed our minds about, and generally made that last month so much smoother for us as we were already exhausted from making decisions. She was present to help us organize everything on the day of the rehearsal and also arrived early to our venue so that her and Caitlin could set up all of our decor. They also stayed until the very end cleaning up all of our decor and making sure we had everything we needed to take home. Throughout the day, Molly worked behind the scenes to make sure everything happened on time and we knew where to be next so we never had to worry ourselves about keeping track of the time. Our venue had very strict policies, for which Molly was an incredible asset in helping to manage without stressing me or my husband out. My wedding day went so smoothly I seriously couldn’t believe it. I am so glad that I hired The Planning Touch, and would recommend her 100 times over.

I hired Molly for her day of coordinator services, but she offered so much more help than just the day of. She reached out several times leading up to the wedding to help out. She helped decorate everything in the exact image that I had in mind. I felt comfort knowing I had nothing to worry about on my big day. Highly recommend Molly and her team!

Molly Fitch from Planning Touch was absolutely essential to the success of our day! Molly took care of a million big and little things on the day of our wedding which took so much pressure and stress off my husband and I as well as our family. Molly also did all our signage and communicated with all of our vendors in the last month and confirmed timing and details with everyone so I didn’t have to. I really appreciated that she knew which minor issues and hiccups to just take care of and when to ask me what I would prefer.

We hired Molly a few months before our wedding to act as our day of planner. From the moment we hired her she was already helping us put together contracts and last minute things. She had the day fully organized before I could even try to sort things out myself and was on top of getting in touch with all the vendors to set everything up. The wedding went off without a hiccup and it was the best day ever! I would hire Molly again but this time to do the entire wedding!
