TLDR - I am SO happy that I hired Tia to be our wedding coordinator.

About a month before my wedding, I started to have some anxiety about how the day of would play out and whether things would go smoothly. While my venue did come with a Maitre d', as I was putting details together I started to realize that the Maitre d' was really there to protect the venue and I needed someone the day of to advocate for our interests.

Tia was so responsive and I hired her basically immediately after speaking with her on the phone. I had spoken with two other coordinators and Tia came out as the clear winner here - out of the three, she was the most responsive, the kindest and the most knowledgable. She has years of experience with wedding coordination and it really showed immediately in our first conversation.

Tia took the lead in keeping us on time, organizing our Chinese Tea Ceremony, placing our wedding decor, coordinating and corralling guests, organizing the first look, organizing the firework sendoff, packing away all of our wedding decor at the end of the night, and so much more.

Before I hired Tia, I had to do some convincing to convince my husband that we needed a day of coordinator. After the wedding, my husband admitted that (1) having her was vital and (2) he doesn't know how we would have managed without her (and I of course agree!). I think that without her, things would have been much more stressful for us and we would have had to rely more heavily on family members and friends to pick up the slack, which is no fun for them.

Tia was professional, extremely reasonably priced, and so easy to work with.

We cannot say enough great things about Tia! She was the backbone of our wedding day. She handled everything like a pro. Tia was honestly a GODSEND as our day-of coordinator for our wedding this past weekend (6/20/26). Leading up to the wedding, we had monthly meetings that were incredibly detailed and personalized to us. When I was freaking out about certain details, Tia was so helpful, responsive, and assured me that things were just fine. Day-of, we could rely on Tia to make sure our timeline was running smoothly, that everyone was where they needed to be, that there wasn’t a single detail out of place, and adjusted to our adapting needs without hesitation. Any problems that popped up during the day were addressed promptly. We received several compliments from guests (and other vendors!!) at our wedding complimenting Tia’s professionalism, preparedness, and efficiency. We highly HIGHLY recommend her coordinating services for anyone who worries about how their big day might be run.

Hiring Tia was the best decision that we made for our wedding! We really appreciated her attention to detail and ability to handle the small problems that popped up on wedding day. She made setting up our décor a breeze and made sure everything was returned to us so we could have a low stress morning after. Tia also coordinated with the venue event planner leading up to the wedding to iron out all the details and answer their questions. On the day of the wedding Tia made sure we started the ceremony exactly on time which was very much appreciated. We sincerely appreciated all of her help and highly recommend her to other couples!

Tia was our day of coordinator and she was absolutely amazing and so kind! She not only made our day run smoothly but also did all of our décor and centerpieces, greenery wall, head table, and every detail looked stunning. We felt completely stress-free the entire day, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how beautiful everything was. She truly went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for her!

Tia was amazing!!! She did an absolutely amazing job!! I was shocked at how well she pulled off the look I wanted!!! I had boxed a lot of the items and sent her photos and lists but she really made it come to life!! The day went by so seamlessly and she handled all the little unexpected mishaps immediately!! She had great tips and tricks as well as solutions to offer when needed!! She was just exceptional!

We hired Tia for day of wedding help and planning. She is warm, professional, knowledgeable and an expert planner. She made my son and daughter in law’s wedding absolutely perfect. She dealt with all the little problems that popped up and fixed them immediately. She helped us stay on track with planning and worked closely with event staff to make sure everything was perfect. I can’t say enough positive things about working with Tia. You should 100% hire her for your event!

Tia actually ran into a conflict situation when another event that she had previously agreed to moved onto our date, and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fly in a colleague to be on site with us for the day of our wedding, while still being fully present for all of the planning.

We felt like she was a part of the family and we are thrilled to recommend her to anyone. She is absolutely wonderful.
