Fantastic!

Megan was awesome in coordinating! She made the day of so smooth and without any worries. She also did the flowers for the wedding, and the bouquets and arrangements were beautiful. If you’re looking for a budget friendly coordinator that doesn’t brake the bank, she is you’re go to person!

Cannot recommend Megan enough!

Megan with Birdsong Event Planning was absolutely incredible to work with. She is organized, thoughtful, and has such a calming presence that made the entire planning process and wedding day run smoothly. Megan anticipated needs before we even thought of them and handled every detail with grace and professionalism. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for a planner who truly cares and delivers beyond expectations.

I was the bride and Megan planned one of the best nights of our life!!

I met Megan at the start of my wedding planning and she was there the entire time. She kept us on budget and my vision on track. We honestly couldn’t not have had such an amazing wedding had it not been for her, from connecting us to such great vendors to keeping me calm until I walked down the aisle. I told her my vision and she brought it to life!! I highly recommend using her service!

Amazing experience!!

Megan is amazing! She was my day of coordinator as well as her assistant so happy to have them both. She’s truly great and would recommend her. Not only is she organized, she decorated my sign in table which looked amazing. My mother was so happy to have Megan there she was so much help I cannot appreciate her enough I honestly don’t know what I would have done with out her there. Hands down best experience!!

Amazing coordinator

Birdsong Event Planning helped make my wedding perfect. Megan was professional, thoughtful and amazingly helpful. I was not worried about anything on my wedding day, even after the weather changed our plans. I would HIGHLY recommend Birdsong Event Planning!

Best coordinator ever!

Megan was absolutely amazing! She was an absolute lifesaver at helping me find a new DJ when ours dropped the week before the wedding. She was very detailed and made sure every thing went smoothly on our big day. She was quick to help adjust the timeline when we were running ahead of schedule. I didn’t have to worry about any vendors on my big day, she had everything covered.

More organized than me!

Megan did a great job as a day of coordinator. She asked all the right questions to stay organized and got all my vendors on the same page. During the ceremony and reception, she kept everything on time and working smoothly!
