Bijou bridal has the best bridal shop! I shopped a few different stores and the ladies at bijou made me feel warm and welcomed! They had an awesome dress selection and I chose the perfect dress from their store. Their seamstress is amazing and great to work with!

I found my dress at Bijou bridal in Sept 2018. After visiting 3 other boutiques with my mom and MOH, I was feeling a bit hopeless. I am a bit curvier, and everything I had tried on at that point did not wow me. Also, I work as plus size model/fit model, so I was really hoping to find a sample size dress since I am the right proportions for it. Bijou was our last stop of the day, and right when we walked in we were greeted warmly. They had a full wall of sample dresses, so that is where we started. My mom ended up pulling a Maggie Sottero Champagne beaded satin sample dress and once I put it on we were all in love (pictured).

I live in LA and my mom/hometown Chicago. So I had to work with Bijou to ship the dress for me as well. They were so helpful and always there to answer my questions. The dress got to me safe and sound for alterations!

Out of all the shops we visited, I felt the most comfortable at Bijou as well, thanks to associate I worked with. She was easy to talk to and could relate to the issues I was having with other dresses. Bijou overall felt like home. They were easy to work with, made us all feel comfortable and had a huge selection of dresses. Will never forget my experience there!

We had so much fun trying on dresses at Bijou, we stayed nearly 3 hours. They gave us a Black Friday discount and laid out all the options for length, the alterations package, and timeline. When I decided on a dress, they brought me swatches and other dresses in the variety of off-white colors so I could see exactly what I would be ordering (something other shops DID NOT do and truly should have). The dress was ready on time, we went with Bijou for alterations, and the alterations were done on time, too. It fit perfectly and we didn't need another round. Making appointments was easy and the staff there remembered us each time we went in. There were always multiple experts around in case you wanted a second opinion. They were very professional and made it easy to take care of everything!

One of the best bridal salons in the area, you walk in they make you feel welcomed and like they want to help you, my dress I got at the sample sale and they had endless options and Andrea was fantastic to work with!! 100% please with this company,its employees, and customer service was outstanding!

I am so thankful I found my perfect dress here. The people are AMAZING!!!! These are seriously the nicest most helpful people when it comes to wedding dresses. My dress was perfect and alterations were great at Bijou!

It is so easy to give Bijou Bridal a 5 out of 5 for responsiveness, professionalism, value, and flexibility for my bridal dress shopping experience. I didn't have a chance to call them and speak to someone ahead of time so I sent a rambled, question filled email before I made an appointment. I was expecting a) for them to take forever to respond and b) that they wouldn't have anything in my price range (was hoping to get a dress for $500 or less...I know, a very lofty goal!). Not only did they respond within an hour of me sending the email, but they answered all my questions and were flexible in helping me find a dress in my price range.

I made an appointment and during my appointment the wonderful experience with them continued. They were prompt, direct, and flexible with my price range. They weren't pushy and let me take the lead in picking dresses, while also providing consultative ideas based on what I wanted for the dress. Needless to say I found my dress during the session WITHIN my price range! Highly recommend this salon if you have a tighter budget, want to work with someone who's direct/flexible, and want a varied selection to choose from. Many thanks to Bijou Bridal!!!!!

I went to three bridal salons in the area and ultimately ended up returning the same day to purchase my dress from Bijou Bridal in Oak Brook. They had an extensive dress selection within my price range as well as off the rack dresses on sale. I was fortunate enough to work with Gerry as my bridal consultant. Gerry pulled a dress off the mannequin for me multiple times and pulled beautiful dresses for me. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing your dress from Bijou Bridal in Oak Brook.

To be totally frank, my mother & I went to Bijou Bridal just to get an idea of cuts and styles that we liked — not to buy a dress. I didn't even have a venue booked yet (We were between two.), so it seemed pointless to buy a dress when I didn't even know where we'd be getting married. However, my mom & I are extremely open-minded shoppers, so we wanted to start narrowing down cuts and styles that complemented my figure.

We ended up buying the second dress I tried on — a truly unique, vintage-styled, yet modern-cut dress that was embroidered and beaded from shoulder to hem. The dress was so perfect that it even got me to choose between the wedding venues.I've never seen a gown like it anywhere, and I'm so glad we found Bijou since it was the PERFECT wedding dress for me. I will also say that we were STUNNED by how little it cost. I would have guessed that such a dress cost $8,000 or more, and it was in the $1,500 range.

They also offered veils and hair combs on site, and we found the perfect complements to the dress there. One stop shopping!

Our consultant, Andrea, was a gem. We adored her. Their seamstress also did a superb job — and my alterations were NOT easy, so I had some anxiety about that. (I needed the top of my dress taken

Bijou was wonderful throughout the entire shopping process. They have a HUGE array of cuts and styles in their showroom, which was not the case with many other salons I've been to. I'd suggest coming here even if you're just trying to figure out what dress shapes or aesthetics look best on you just due to their huge variety. I've also recommended this salon to a couple co-workers, who BOTH tried the salon out and BOTH found their wedding gowns there as well. (And their dresses are very different styles from mine, but so gorgeous!)

Let me start out by saying that I LOVED MY DRESS! Bijou was the only bridal store that I went to. I tried on 26 dresses and knew that the 26th dress was my one and only! I worked with Andrea and she was beyond what I could have asked for when it came to my dress. She was so patient, kind, informative, and made the entire process fun and memorable. She was not pushy and I in no way felt forced to purchase a thing from Bijou Bridal. My dress came in less time than originally estimated and was stunning (and affordable!) Most of my guests (some being recent brides) thought that my dress cost upwards of $5000.00 ....it didnt even come close to costing $1000 and was a private label which only one other person (besides myself) had! I would highly recommend Bijou Bridal in Oak Brook and ask to book your appointment with Andrea, you wont regret it!
