As a person who’s an organizer and a planner in all that I do, it isn’t easy to put your wedding day plans in the hands of someone else. In finding excellent online reviews for Big Day in Key West, I finally made the call. From my first conversation with Stan, he assured me that his team would work with us every step of the way. One of my greatest concerns was weather in planning an outdoor event. All the event planners I reviewed advised you to have a backup plan in the event that weather wasn’t optimal on your wedding day. Stan reassured me not to worry as Big Day in Key West would work with us should the forecast decide not to cooperate, this alone lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. Stan eased all the worries I had in planning a destination wedding and truly made the planning process easy and stress free.

Stan was quick to respond to questions I had and provided recommendations for lodging close to our Smathers Beach ceremony location. They offer many different packages, many choices depending on what you’re looking for, all at reasonable prices. The “Dream Package” we selected included arches, lanterns, seating, flowers, all with a choice of colors or options in addition to music, officiant, and photographer. The sand ceremony and ring exchange box were a very nice touch to our beach wedding. We could not have asked for a more perfect day… the weather was perfect and the ceremony location beautifully and professionally setup, it was absolutely stunning and true perfection!

Our Officiant, Carl, did an amazing job in providing a blend of contemporary and traditional vows, making the ceremony something most memorable. Our Photographer, Julia too was amazing. Her professionalism and creativity were top notch. She captured our special day in ways we could not have imagined. She kept us engaged and it was important to her to incorporate any photo ideas that we had into our portfolio.

We cannot thank Stan and his TEAM enough for taking great care in making this day most memorable and the best day ever!
