I am so grateful to have found Best Total Wedding Plaza. With only two months until my wedding day and a tighter budget, I didn’t think a designer gown was going to be an option for me. My best friend discovered they were having a sample sale, and we booked an appointment during a weekend trip to New York.

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed. We had the entire shop to ourselves, and Liz, who assisted us, was incredible. She pulled dresses that fit both my style and my budget, made us feel so comfortable, and created such a relaxed, supportive, and fun environment.

To top it all off, I found the dress. It was nothing like what I thought I’d choose, but the second Liz finished helping me into it, I had that unmistakable “this is the one” feeling.

I returned twice for alterations, and every time, Liz was just as warm, kind, and attentive as during my first visit. She truly made the experience special from start to finish.
