Wish I Could Get Married Again Just to Go Back and Visit!
I am so grateful to have found Best Total Wedding Plaza. With only two months until my wedding day and a tighter budget, I didn’t think a designer gown was going to be an option for me. My best friend discovered they were having a sample sale, and we booked an appointment during a weekend trip to New York.
From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed. We had the entire shop to ourselves, and Liz, who assisted us, was incredible. She pulled dresses that fit both my style and my budget, made us feel so comfortable, and created such a relaxed, supportive, and fun environment.
To top it all off, I found the dress. It was nothing like what I thought I’d choose, but the second Liz finished helping me into it, I had that unmistakable “this is the one” feeling.
I returned twice for alterations, and every time, Liz was just as warm, kind, and attentive as during my first visit. She truly made the experience special from start to finish.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Best Total Wedding Plaza. They helped me find my dream dress and made the entire process feel joyful, personal, and stress-free. Highly recommend!

They are the best people ever. They are super sweet, professional, and so accommodating! I went to different fancy department stores and several wedding dress shops for weeks for my wedding, but I found my dress here and had no doubt about it. The first appointment was fun and professional, they will do their best to make you look your best! After I decided on my dress, the rest of the process was clear and simple. I wanted an off-shoulder sleeve addition to my dress, and they did their magic! The dress was tailored professionally, and I received so many compliments about my dress at the wedding. I was very nervous to go wedding dress shopping and all my worries vanished as soon as I met Liz. We talked about the styles I thought I was interested and her mother starting pulling all the dresses I brought pictures of. In a matter of moments, Liz knew what I was looking for and I started trying on! She made it so easy and relaxing which is a HUGE task considering your half naked trying on heavy elaborate and delicate dresses with a stranger! After trying on dress after dress in styles I thought I would like, Liz asked if she could bring in something totally different that I never would have thought of. As soon as it was pulled up, before she even finished lacing it, I knew it was my dress. I immediately started crying because of how perfect it was. Liz knew me better than I knew myself! I could not recommend her more!!!! She even went the extra mile, when I forgot my planning envelope at the shop. I thought that I wouldn't see it again, but Liz shipped it and it was back to me in a matter of days. I wish I could fully explain how amazing Liz is and how perfect she made the whole experience!! If you want an amazing start to the wedding planning, definitely come here for dress shopping! Liz will have you smiling and laughing the whole time! "Shimmy, Shimmy!!" -

Elizabeth and her mother are the sweetest ladies you can meet on this universe. They take their time on the appointments and you will not feel rushed. They are very knowledgeable on bridal gowns and make great suggestions on what will look best on the bride. My maggie sottero dress called Zalia was definitely my dream dress. I love lace and the detail on the dress is just magnificent. Everyone loved my dress, in addition Elizabeth really works with you on pricing to meet your budget. The deal that they gave was amazing how alterations and fitting were free. All I had to do was pay for the dress and veil. Elizabeth even recommended for me to buy the belt from amazon rather than her store because it is cost efficient. Who says that?!? They are not out there for the money and their greatest happiness is to make sure that client is happy. It is amazing to find designer dresses at such a reasonable price. I will definitely recommend Best Total Wedding Plaza to anybody. They are so loyal and genuine people. I wish I could give more than 5 stars :)

I arrived with tons of pictures of what I thought I would want and Elizabeth picked out a dress for me which is the one I ended up buying. The experience was so comfortable and fun.I felt like the most beautiful woman. They included alterations in the price and their dress which are extremely reasonable. They also ordered and added an appliqué which made me feel even more comfortable in the dress. I have already sent 5 people here.

I looked beyond and called this little shop in Queens. I took a chance and let me tell you it was worth it!!! They not only were professional but they knew what they were talking about. I had called and inquired about a specific dress, they had it, I asked about customizations I wanted and they were happy to help. After my first visit (alone) I called my mom and told her that they could make it and within my budget. ???? I have had nothing but compliments on my one-of-a-kind dress!! Happy Bride! -

The dressing room was huge and you make a big reveal each time you try on a new dress. I got a great deal and alterations were included. They were responsive via email and they let me know in advance that my dress was delayed in shipping. I really appreciate the experience I had here. I visited Best Total Wedding Plaza after reading several positive reviews and learning that a coworker got her dress there and loved it. Prior to going to BTWP I visited a commercial dress shop in midtown manhattan and it was not a pleasant experience. At the other location it felt rushed and impersonal. BTWP was the exact opposite! They only book one appointment at a time and are prompt and accommodating. Elizabeth was so warm and friendly and asked what I was looking for in my dress. I wasn't quite sure but described things that I liked. The first dress she chose ended up being the one I picked! It was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! During each of my fittings, Elizabeth and her mom made sure that I walked away happy and feeling confident that the dress would look perfect for the wedding day, which it did! I felt like the dress was made specifically for me and was extremely happy with the service provided at BTWP!

Psalm Sent on 09/09/2018I still remember that day very clearly...it was a long day as my bridal party and I have been to about 4 different places already for my bridal dress shopping and Best Total was the last appointment of the day. I saw a few potential dresses but nothing that really wowed me and my party although I was already willing to settle for one of the potential dresses as it was getting really tiring and I dreaded doing this all over again on a different day. After eating lunch, I was thinking about cancelling this appointment but thank God I didn't because this is where I found THE dress! I was hesitant at first because of my budget but Elizabeth was great as she made me feel very comfortable and worked with me to find my dress. I was down to two dress choices and then finally picked my Casablanca dress that day. I couldn't be happier with my choice and the fact that the price included the alteration and bustling was just icing on top! I did spend a bit more than I would've wanted but I was so glad I did and that I did it here at Best Total because not only did they get my dress ahead of schedule, It only took one alteration and one fitting after the alteration and I was able to take my dress home. No one believed me when I said I already had my dress sitting in my room a whole month before my wedding and I had only put in the order 6 months before that! Best Total is really efficient, easy to work with in terms of budget and payments and communicates very well with their clients. In fact, my best friend who was engaged at the time we were dress shopping was also willing to travel here from Philadelphia to get her dress because she was so impressed with the service and selections. Thank you Best Total Wedding Plaza for helping me find my dress and keeping me at ease in the days leading up to the wedding!
