Very Professional, knowledgeable and Pristine Product with Quality Personalized Service

I really regret using this place for my groomsmens suits. When I first went they were super nice in person, but communication was a mess after this. Every time we called it was impossible to understand the person who answered, and they also could not understand us. English was their second language, which is absolutely fine, but for an employee answering the phone - it makes a simple phone call such a chore.

The groomsmens suits fit them horribly. Every single one of the 6 suits rented fit extremely baggy. Looking back on my pictures, I am so upset. They look so sloppy. All of the guys went in and got measured, I don't get it.

When I was there, the owner came out from the back and offered to upgrade me to the better of the 2 suits they offer. I thought that was really nice of him, and left a deposit that they said I would get back after all the groomsmen returned their suits. I still haven't gotten my deposit back, and when you call, no one speaks English. I finally got the owner on the line, after going back and forth with him, he told me that he does not know if he refunded me or not! He has to look for more paperwork, and I should come in. So irritating when you are busy.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
