Every visit I made here was super pleasant and the seamstress was phenomenal. She really made the dress to fit my body and I looked and felt SNATCHED in my dress. Shout out to Ray for indulging my mom and mother-in-law in putting me in any dress they found for me, despite me finding the one before getting there, and being so kind each and every time I came in for alterations. They made everything quick and easy!!

I had a wonderful experience working with the team at Paisley Bridal over the course of almost 2 years. From finding the perfect dress, it was the first one I tried on, to working through the many logistics of COVID bride planning (dress drop-offs and pick-ups, postponements and rescheduling) the team at Paisely was incredible. Communication was clear and appointment scheduling was easy. I never for a moment needed to worry about forgetting to do something dress-related. The Paisley team was always there with reminders about pick-ups and fittings. When it came to my experience of finding my dress, Paisley provided a warm, low-stress, low-pressure, and personal experience. There were maybe only 1 or 2 other parties also trying dresses on when we went and we never felt rushed by the team. When it came to my fittings, Yana was amazing! Paisley's services include fittings and they arrange everything for you. Yana is a fantastic seamstress. She took a huge amount of care in fitting my dress to me. Every detail was absolutely perfect, especially the hem length and the bustle. She made sure to leave just the right amount of room so I could dance comfortably, while still making sure the dress fit like a glove. I purchased my wedding dress from Paisely Bridal for my July 2019 wedding, and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I had scheduled appointments at various wedding shops in NY. Like most brides-to-be, I wanted to try on a wide selection of dresses to find the perfect one for me. I added Paisely Bridal to the list of shops because the owner used to work at Kleinfield for several years and this place was super close to my mother's home.
Paisely was my first bridal appointment of the day (10am). When we arrive, we were assigned to Alison, who was incredibly helpful. Alison never rushed me throughout the appointment. Based on elements that I liked, she would come to the fitting room with other dresses that had similar design elements and she stuck to dresses that were in my price range. The shop has a wide range of dresses (mermaid, ball gown, A-line, etc). After trying on 8 dresses, I found the one -- and it was in my price range. I immediately called all the other bridal shops, and cancelled my appointments scheduled for that day. I opted in for the $600 alteration service, which I think is worthwhile. The seamstress is incredibly kind, patient, and talented.I came in to see the seamstress three times, and my wedding dress fit like a glove.

Paisley started as a small boutique in my neighborhood and over the years has grown and relocated into a beautiful wedding establishment. I always love to support a local business, so when Paisley was willing to order the dress that I wanted but they didn't have in store, I was beyond excited. The staff, specifically Katie, was kind, patient and knowledgeable. We were able to order the dress in my size and alter it in store. The seamstress can initially come across as curt, but she is actually very sweet. She is very skilled and she made multiple alterations until my dress was exactly how I imagined and it fit me perfectly. Katie was very helpful here as well since she also sews she was able to communicate my thoughts in a "seamstress" language. I wore a Maggie Sottero Sapphire wedding gown to my 9/27 wedding and I felt amazing.

I walked into Paisley Bridal one Saturday morning for an accessories appointment. I had already chosen my wedding dress at another bridal shop, but was floored when I saw my exact same wedding dress with a STUNNING veil on Paisley Bridal’s Instagram page. It was the matching veil and it looked absolutely amazing. I just knew I had to try it on and possibly purchase it for my dress. Paisley Bridal is appointment only, and compared to other salons, it is so calm and peaceful. I went up the beautiful winding stairs and was so glad I chose the place. It felt so intimate and special. I was greeted by my consultant Sonia at the front when I came in. She was beyond prepared for the appointment. She knew what I wanted and had already placed the veil for me in a fitting room that was open and waiting for me! I was able to try on a dress with the veil and look at myself from different angles and perspectives. Sonia took pictures and videos to my heart’s content so I could see what I really looked like. Just to make sure this was the one, I looked through their veil selection and picked other veils to try on as well. Sonia was so knowledgeable about everything bridal! As I was looking through and trying on veils, she spoke about the material, length, design and embellishment on the veils. I felt like I was learning just by listening to her talk. After trying on different veils and just being in them and spending time, I finally made my choice. It was no question, the veil for me was the one that brought me into the store in the first place.

As I spent time in the store and looked around while trying on veils, I loved their dress selection. I thought that maybe I would be able to find my second dress for the reception at Paisley. I asked about possibly stretching my appointment with Sonia so she could help me pick a second dress, and they were able to squeeze me in. I loved, loved, loved their dress selection. I was able to look around and choose dresses that I wanted to try on, and Sonia also chose dresses for me after she spoke to me about different styles. Sonia was knowledgeable yet again about the dresses and was so helpful when it came to making a decision. In the end, I had narrowed my selection down to two very similar yet different dresses. It was SUCH a hard decision to make and I took so long to decide! I never ever felt rushed by Sonia. She was as helpful as she could possibly be but also understood that I needed time to make my choice. She took pictures and videos and left to give me plenty of time to be in the fitting room alone with the dresses and choose. When I still couldn’t make my choice, she got the help of another employee. I left Paisley Bridal with the veil and the reception dress of my DREAMS! The best part was that the dress was on sale and I was able to buy the sample (which was in great quality) for a steal! I would recommend Paisley Bridal to any bride who wants a personalized and unforgettable experience.

I was recommended to check out Paisley Bridal when it was time for me to start wedding dress shopping by a few of my friends. I am so happy that I decided to make Paisley Bridal my first stop on the search for my wedding dress. Allison helped me during my appointment, and I was so satisfied with how attentive and positive she was through the whole appointment. I came in with pretty much no guidelines to what kind of dress I wanted, I really had no idea other than no ballgown. I showed Allison a few pictures of dresses that I had saved, and she was able to get an idea of what style I was going for. I let her choose dresses for me, with my family also adding a few in as well. I completely fell in LOVE with the first dress I put on, which was one Allison chose for me, the minute I put it on. I knew that I needed to try on a few more to make sure, of course; however, my mind was fixated on that first dress, and I wound up saying YES to the first dress I tried on at the first store I went to. The dress was ordered, and when it arrived, I chose to just do all my alterations there as well. Yana was my seamstress, and I absolutely loved her. Her work was flawless, and she was so sweet every time that I came in, and also full of patience. Paisley had my dress ready for pick up a few days before my wedding, and even offered to steam my veil once I went to pick up the dress. All in all, I was 1000% satisfied with the whole experience I had at Paisley. I will continue to recommend everyone to Paisley, I already know of 2 or 3 that I made the recommendation to that went and said yes as well! Thank you to the whole Paisley Team!

Emily was so wonderfully wonderful. I went into the appointment super excited but also quite nervous because I didn’t want to be pushed towards something I didn’t want as I’ve heard of other friends poor dress shopping experiences with pushy employees. Emily was quite the opposite of pushy; she was super kind and asked me every step of the way what I liked about each dress and what I didn’t like, she was thorough and explained every detail of the dresses and worked well with my friends and family to help me find my dream dress! I bought my wedding dress from Paisley for my wedding on 9/14/19. All of the staff there were great and I'm so happy I got my dress from there. Would definitely recommend anyone who needs a wedding dress to buy from them!
