Wonderful to Work With!!

Every visit I made here was super pleasant and the seamstress was phenomenal. She really made the dress to fit my body and I looked and felt SNATCHED in my dress. Shout out to Ray for indulging my mom and mother-in-law in putting me in any dress they found for me, despite me finding the one before getting there, and being so kind each and every time I came in for alterations. They made everything quick and easy!!

A fabulous, personal wedding dress experience

I had a wonderful experience working with the team at Paisley Bridal over the course of almost 2 years. From finding the perfect dress, it was the first one I tried on, to working through the many logistics of COVID bride planning (dress drop-offs and pick-ups, postponements and rescheduling) the team at Paisely was incredible. Communication was clear and appointment scheduling was easy. I never for a moment needed to worry about forgetting to do something dress-related. The Paisley team was always there with reminders about pick-ups and fittings. When it came to my experience of finding my dress, Paisley provided a warm, low-stress, low-pressure, and personal experience. There were maybe only 1 or 2 other parties also trying dresses on when we went and we never felt rushed by the team. When it came to my fittings, Yana was amazing! Paisley's services include fittings and they arrange everything for you. Yana is a fantastic seamstress. She took a huge amount of care in fitting my dress to me. Every detail was absolutely perfect, especially the hem length and the bustle. She made sure to leave just the right amount of room so I could dance comfortably, while still making sure the dress fit like a glove. Thank you to the team at Paisley for making my wedding dress experience just lovely.

Great value and selection

I purchased my wedding dress from Paisely Bridal for my July 2019 wedding, and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I had scheduled appointments at various wedding shops in NY. Like most brides-to-be, I wanted to try on a wide selection of dresses to find the perfect one for me. I added Paisely Bridal to the list of shops because the owner used to work at Kleinfield for several years and this place was super close to my mother's home.
Paisely was my first bridal appointment of the day (10am). When we arrive, we were assigned to Alison, who was incredibly helpful. Alison never rushed me throughout the appointment. Based on elements that I liked, she would come to the fitting room with other dresses that had similar design elements and she stuck to dresses that were in my price range. The shop has a wide range of dresses (mermaid, ball gown, A-line, etc). After trying on 8 dresses, I found the one -- and it was in my price range. I immediately called all the other bridal shops, and cancelled my appointments scheduled for that day. I opted in for the $600 alteration service, which I think is worthwhile. The seamstress is incredibly kind, patient, and talented.I came in to see the seamstress three times, and my wedding dress fit like a glove.

Made my wedding dress dreams come true!

Paisley started as a small boutique in my neighborhood and over the years has grown and relocated into a beautiful wedding establishment. I always love to support a local business, so when Paisley was willing to order the dress that I wanted but they didn't have in store, I was beyond excited. The staff, specifically Katie, was kind, patient and knowledgeable. We were able to order the dress in my size and alter it in store. The seamstress can initially come across as curt, but she is actually very sweet. She is very skilled and she made multiple alterations until my dress was exactly how I imagined and it fit me perfectly. Katie was very helpful here as well since she also sews she was able to communicate my thoughts in a "seamstress" language. I wore a Maggie Sottero Sapphire wedding gown to my 9/27 wedding and I felt amazing.

Sonia, you rock!

I walked into Paisley Bridal one Saturday morning for an accessories appointment. I had already chosen my wedding dress at another bridal shop, but was floored when I saw my exact same wedding dress with a STUNNING veil on Paisley Bridal’s Instagram page. It was the matching veil and it looked absolutely amazing. I just knew I had to try it on and possibly purchase it for my dress. Paisley Bridal is appointment only, and compared to other salons, it is so calm and peaceful. I went up the beautiful winding stairs and was so glad I chose the place. It felt so intimate and special. I was greeted by my consultant Sonia at the front when I came in. She was beyond prepared for the appointment. She knew what I wanted and had already placed the veil for me in a fitting room that was open and waiting for me! I was able to try on a dress with the veil and look at myself from different angles and perspectives. Sonia took pictures and videos to my heart’s content so I could see what I really looked like. Just to make sure this was the one, I looked through their veil selection and picked other veils to try on as well. Sonia was so knowledgeable about everything bridal! As I was looking through and trying on veils, she spoke about the material, length, design and embellishment on the veils. I felt like I was learning just by listening to her talk. After trying on different veils and just being in them and spending time, I finally made my choice. It was no question, the veil for me was the one that brought me into the store in the first place.

As I spent time in the store and looked around while trying on veils, I loved their dress selection. I thought that maybe I would be able to find my second dress for the reception at Paisley. I asked about possibly stretching my appointment with Sonia so she could help me pick a second dress, and they were able to squeeze me in. I loved, loved, loved their dress selection. I was able to look around and choose dresses that I wanted to try on, and Sonia also chose dresses for me after she spoke to me about different styles. Sonia was knowledgeable yet again about the dresses and was so helpful when it came to making a decision. In the end, I had narrowed my selection down to two very similar yet different dresses. It was SUCH a hard decision to make and I took so long to decide! I never ever felt rushed by Sonia. She was as helpful as she could possibly be but also understood that I needed time to make my choice. She took pictures and videos and left to give me plenty of time to be in the fitting room alone with the dresses and choose. When I still couldn’t make my choice, she got the help of another employee. I left Paisley Bridal with the veil and the reception dress of my DREAMS! The best part was that the dress was on sale and I was able to buy the sample (which was in great quality) for a steal! I would recommend Paisley Bridal to any bride who wants a personalized and unforgettable experience.

Best experience I could ever ask for

I was recommended to check out Paisley Bridal when it was time for me to start wedding dress shopping by a few of my friends. I am so happy that I decided to make Paisley Bridal my first stop on the search for my wedding dress. Allison helped me during my appointment, and I was so satisfied with how attentive and positive she was through the whole appointment. I came in with pretty much no guidelines to what kind of dress I wanted, I really had no idea other than no ballgown. I showed Allison a few pictures of dresses that I had saved, and she was able to get an idea of what style I was going for. I let her choose dresses for me, with my family also adding a few in as well. I completely fell in LOVE with the first dress I put on, which was one Allison chose for me, the minute I put it on. I knew that I needed to try on a few more to make sure, of course; however, my mind was fixated on that first dress, and I wound up saying YES to the first dress I tried on at the first store I went to. The dress was ordered, and when it arrived, I chose to just do all my alterations there as well. Yana was my seamstress, and I absolutely loved her. Her work was flawless, and she was so sweet every time that I came in, and also full of patience. Paisley had my dress ready for pick up a few days before my wedding, and even offered to steam my veil once I went to pick up the dress. All in all, I was 1000% satisfied with the whole experience I had at Paisley. I will continue to recommend everyone to Paisley, I already know of 2 or 3 that I made the recommendation to that went and said yes as well! Thank you to the whole Paisley Team!

Wonderfully Wonderful!

Emily was so wonderfully wonderful. I went into the appointment super excited but also quite nervous because I didn’t want to be pushed towards something I didn’t want as I’ve heard of other friends poor dress shopping experiences with pushy employees. Emily was quite the opposite of pushy; she was super kind and asked me every step of the way what I liked about each dress and what I didn’t like, she was thorough and explained every detail of the dresses and worked well with my friends and family to help me find my dream dress! I am super appreciative! Thank you again.

Great bridal store!!

I followed them on Instagram & always saw all the dresses they had... before I was even engaged I knew I wanted to go to paisley ! Plus they have a huge plus size selection. So when I made my apt to go I couldn’t wait! The amount of
Dresses, veils, and jewelry they have is insane sooo many options. Allison helped
Me find my Dress and it was perfect, the owner nicole was super sweet and also helpful, plus the place it’s self is gorgeous, super clean and organized. Their seamstress is also amazing always making sure I was happy and that the dress was perfect.. the only bad thing was that my bustle did end up breaking during the wedding :( but I hear that happens all the time
Because people step on the dress but that’s the only thing otherwise I have no complaints. If you’re looking to pick a bridal boutique go to paisley!!

I constantly recommend Paisley Bridal to everyone I know getting married because they're simply the best. All the girls who work at Paisley are so nice and easy to talk to! I really had no idea the kind of dress I wanted and all the girls were super helpful and allowed me to try on as many dresses as I wanted. The prices are very reasonable and Yanna the seamstress is AMAZING! Every time I went for a fitting she was just so sweet and made my dress fit absolutely amazing. Best bridal experience!

Paisley is the most amazing bridal store I have been to. The ladies working there know there stuff and are the most helpful and sweetest people. I was lucky enough to be helped by Katie to find my dress. Not only did she pull out the dress I ended up choosing, but she went through every part of the dress that needed alterations and explained how it would work. Also the seamstress did an amazing job with alterations. My dress had the perfect amount of room to look amazing and flattering while still having room to party. Highly recommend! Wedding Dress

I love this bridal shop. I got married in October 2018 and found my dream dress at this awesome shop with the help of Marilyn. She was great and super friendly. The staff here was always willing to help. This was the best part of wedding planning. The dress was just gorgeous and the staff listens to you and what you need and make sure you have what you’re looking for and then some. They make you feel at home. I hope they add a bridesmaid section soon! I would’ve gotten all my bridesmaids dresses here too if I could.

Stress free & Helpful!

After researching several bridal salons I came across Paisley Bridal and was so impressed to see how many positive reviews they have and now I know why. I purchased my wedding dress here last weekend and had Emily has my consultant. The second I walked in I felt super comfortable. I had a large group with me (8 adults and 2 kids) and they quickly accommodated us with no issues. Emily was so patient with me, and listened to all my wishes and concerns. I loved that I had a chance to walk around and look at the gowns at my own pace, along with anyone that came with me. I have been to other bridal salons that do not allow you to touch any of their dresses, so this was definitely a plus for me. I had a pretty good idea of what kind of dress I wanted, but I don't think I would of been able to find my dress without Emily. She was fantastic! After trying on 5 other dresses, Emily came back into my fitting room with the dress and I knew that was the one. I had the perfect dress in my head, and Emily really helped bring that to life. The salon is a perfect size, and I never felt like anyone was on top of me. There were 2 other brides looking for dresses as well, and I never felt like it was too crowded. On top of everything the salon is GORGEOUS. Everything is rose gold and super cute, and the prices are affordable. My dress could easily be marked as a $3,000 dress, and I spent about half of that. I can go on and on about Paisley Bridal, but if you are looking for the perfect wedding dress I highly recommend this bridal salon.

In July or August 2017 I made an appointment to try on dresses at Paisley Bridal. My sister joined me and we worked with Katie, who is an absolute doll! Katie and I discussed what I was interested in so she went right to work, pulled some dresses, and let my sister and me look around to pull dresses as well. This was when Paisley was in their original store on Metropolitan Avenue, so it was tight but still a fun and special experience! Though I liked some of the dresses I tried on I was indecisive and was ready to either settle for the dress I saw online and tried on, or keep looking. While I was stepping out of the last A-line/ballgown dress in the dressing room, Katie and my sister agreed that a fit and flare might be more flattering on my body. Katie pulled a dress for me to try on, and when I saw myself in the mirror, I just didn't know what to think - in a good way! I didn't think a form fitting dress was for me, and I just felt SO good in it. I went to my appointment at another store that afternoon, but the service, professionalism, and friendliness from Katie stayed with me, so a month later, I returned to purchase the dress Katie had picked out. Later that month, Paisley moved into their current store, and, wow it is just one of the cutest stores I've ever been to! There is so much space and breathing room, and there's always an air of excitement from the clients and consultants. Emily helped me pick out my accessories and she was so sweet! Unfortunately, on the day of my wedding, we all forgot my veil in my hotel room, but that was ok since the dress was stunning on its own! Nicole, the owner, seems to know all of the clients, which makes the experience feel so special and personalized, and Yana, who does alterations, is so kind and makes you feel so comfortable. She is exactly the kind of person you'd want to make you feel at ease while working on your dress. We added lace sleeves and it was perfect. Thank you Paisley Bridal for the wonderful experience!

Paisley Bridal - PERFECT. Cannot say enough good things. Paisley was my third stop and it was a major home run. In two days of searching I found exactly what I wanted as an off the rack "Paisley original." Cost me $500 with a $500 cap on alterations. (It can be done!) The staff was amazing - so sweet, gave solid advice and feedback. No up-sell. They've since moved to a larger space at Atlas mall that is gorgeous. Yanna, who does the alterations, is awesome. I was so sad to be done with them! Went back to purchase the cleaning and conservation service for $225 almost a month after our wedding and they remembered my first name – that’s service!

I'm grateful for the bad (rushed, and full of dresses that were nowhere near what I wanted because the stylists' opinions trumped mine, apparently) dress shopping experiences I had before Paisley Bridal just so I could recognize instantly how right of a choice this was for me. Marilyn was warm, patient, and so good at her job. She really listened to what I said, was kind to me throughout, and ended up pulling the perfect dress for me during my first appointment with her. My experience at Paisley Bridal was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked into the charming boutique I knew it was going to be a great experience. I can not say better things about the staff, and specifically Emily. She was fabulous! She listened to me, made me feel so comfortable, was so patient, and really took her time with me. I went shopping for a lot of wedding dresses, and my favorite, best experience was at Paisley Bridal. The dresses are stunning! I had a budget of $2000-$3000 for the dress, and an overall budget of $4000 with alterations and accessories included. I was afraid my options would be limited, and I was wrong! The selection of dresses were surprisingly amazing!!! They made it a really tough decision actually lol, but in the end I found MY DRESS.

My first visit I fell in love with this stunning Maggie Sottero ballgown, and scheduled a second visit to bring my mother and maid of honor. When I returned with them and my aunt I was excited to put on the dress again, but told Emily I wanted to try on other dresses just to ease my curiosity. Not that I felt like she missed anything to show me. She was great at taking my direction of what I was looking for. I'm just very picky and needed to feel solidified in my decision. Without a question, or hesitation Emily was ready to get started. There was no problem for my family and I to walk around and shop for dresses to try on. I wanted to save the Maggie Sottero gown for last. The dresses my family pulled were beautiful, but didn't deter me from the reason I invited them back to Paisley with me. Then I tried on a dress Emily pulled for me that made me question everything! It was the polar opposite of what I initially told her I was searching for, but I was blown away...so was my family. I had found my dress, AND within my budget.

I absolutely recommend this establishment! Emily was a gem! Can't wait til August for my first fitting!

I found my wedding dress on my second visit to Paisley Bridal. On my first trip to the store, I had no idea what I was doing, but Nicole really helped me and had me try on different kinds of dresses and silhouettes until I found a style that I liked. So by my second second visit, Nicole picked out the PERFECT dress for me based on my preferences. Nicole was very sweet, professional, and honest during the whole process, and I thought all of her dresses were so beautiful (and not too expensive). Paisley made the entire process stress-free, as well, especially since they could make alterations and do fittings in house. They did a wonderful job with the alterations, and I could not have been happier with my dress on my wedding day. The Paisley staff was very accommodating, and I loved that they were open on weekends and in the evenings on some days. I also booked an accessories appointment and purchased a hairpiece from a sample sale of theirs. If you're in the New York area, definitely go to Paisley--their new location in the Shops at Atlas Park is BEAUTIFUL, the staff members are the best!

Where do I begin??? I was a nervous and unsure wreck when shopping for my wedding dress. After going to a few bridal shops, I decided to give Paisley a try and I am beyond thrilled that I did. From the moment I walked in the door they made me feel welcome, comfortable and IMPORTANT. They dealt with me being unsure and changing my mind and never made me feel like it was a problem and made the entire selection process a breeze. I looked forward to every visit, including all my fittings (Yana is amazing) and was actually sad when my final fitting was upon me and I would have no reason to go there anymore. I do not even know where to begin. Paisley Bridal was just simply amazing. From my first appointment up until the day we picked up my dress, Nicole was simply the best. She made dress shopping so much more enjoyable. I originally didn't really know what I wanted so Nicole helped me to narrow it down and I ended up with my dream dress! My mom and I went to one other salon after going to Paisley and the experience was not the same. The girl who was helping us couldn't even remember my name during our appointment. After that I knew I wanted to go back to Paisley and buy my dress there. I also love supporting local small businesses and that is just what we did. I had a great experience at Paisley. I actually went there twice because I thought I had found my wedding dress the first visit, but I ended up buying a beautiful sample dress for a really great price during the second visit! Both times I was assisted by Katie, who was so sweet and helpful. The boutique is small but I liked the intimate environment, compared with bigger wedding dress shops. I didn't feel overwhelmed, and obviously that's the feeling you are trying to avoid when doing anything wedding related. Yana was recommended to me for dress alterations, she was so nice and did a great job! Thank you Paisley Bridal, I can't wait to wear my dress on my wedding day :)

Nicole is the sweetest. Her dress boutique had the most sincere and most helpful staff. You have a budget, they stick to it. You have a style in mind, they make sure you try on everything you want, but they will make suggestions. Nicole pulled the dress I ended up purchasing. But she did encourage me to go to another place because my eye was on something else. That store didn't even let me try on the styles I wanted because I was "too short" for the style. Needless to say I went straight back to Nicole and bought my dream dress.
Do not waste your time going to rude and overpriced bridal salons. Stick win Nicole and her lovely girls at Paisley Beidal- you won't regret it!!!

GET YOUR DRESS HERE!!! Paisley Bridal is the ONLY place for a New York and surrounding areas bride to get her dress. My experience was priceless. Nicole is patient, kind, caring and absolutely amazing when it comes to working with brides. She gives you her complete attention during your appointment. I'm going to miss going to Paisley Bridal (Nicole, Katie and Yana) - they were so wonderful throughout the whole process! When I first started shopping for dresses, I realized I liked a certain shade available in Essense of Australia gowns. After a bit of research, I found out that Paisley carries that line, and made an appointment to go with my mom. The shop is elegant, serene and filled with gorgeous gowns - including a wonderful selection of embellished, affordable dresses. I was in heaven! There was no pressure to commit right away, their selection is unbeatable and best of all they make the experience so enjoyable. I had gone to quite a few shops before Paisley and this beat all the others hands down. Yana worked her magic - adding beautiful straps, adding covered buttons and shortening the dress quite a bit. It fit perfectly and made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day! Thank you ladies!

I provided makeup for a wedding and the dress was provided by Paisley. I've done quite a few weddings so I see beautiful wedding dresses quite often. What really caught my attention was the presentation of the gown (beautiful protective garment) and the detailing on the dress! It was so beautiful and unique. I couldn't stop looking at it. The bride beamed. Paisley is an excellent choice if you are looking for a custom and detailed dress that fits like a dream. Kudos to Nicole and her partner!

I can't speak enough praise for Paisley Bridal. After having a terrible experience with another bridal salon, I called 10+ bridal shops to see if they carried my dress. Paisley Bridal's reviews were what convinced me to purchase through this cute shop. The shop is very clean and the ladies are incredibly nice. They also gave me a 10% discount since it was my first purchase, and for a $2,000 dress that helped me save a bunch! I also purchased my veil from them and they added a 15% discount.

But what sets Paisley Bridal apart from the rest of the salons is their seamstress, Yana. She has so much experience and is so kind. She talks to you about what you like and want, and is so quick! She did all my alterations (cutting 8 inches from the dress, hemming, moving all of the appliques up, sewing on buttons for my capped sleeves, bustling) at a flat-rate of $450, which is incredibly reasonable (most places charge per hour, per length, etc. and find ways to charge you more).

Paisley Bridal Boutique is the place to go, I honestly found it here on wedding wire I believe just browsing around because I still haven't found the dress that I felt like it was for me. After looking in many bridal salons I finally found my dream dress at Paisley Bridal. Nicole and her team are the most professional and so helpful without being pushy. I liked the smaller boutique feel as the bigger stores were overwhelming and you really get personal service at Paisley and they have a wonderful selection for their size. The stream-stress did immaculate alterations and went out of her way to accommodate my need for several fittings due to weight loss. I would recommend (and have recommended to several friends) this bridal salon to anyone looking for an intimate, professional and fun atmosphere with a large selection in varying price points. Paisley Bridal is the best! After visiting several different shops in the tri-state area, I decided to go to Paisley Bridal because of their amazing reviews. I felt so welcomed by Nicole and the other employees. I never felt rushed when trying to find a dress and accessories. Instead, Nicole took her time to find me the perfect dress. She was also honest about accessories, which was super helpful. Alterations also went very well because they have a fantastic seamstress in house! My dress fit like a glove and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. Skip the big stores where you are rushed and limited to a number of dresses and go to Paisley Bridal instead!

From dress selection (Nicole was incredible to work with and infinitely patient!) to alterations (Yana is a gem and super talented), every interaction was simply wonderful. In choosing a dress, I made an appointment on a Sunday and had the entire store to myself for that time. I along with my bridesmaids had our selection of the most beautiful dresses, many priced under $2000. There was no rush, and in some cases I tried on dresses multiple times to compare. I was so glad to say yes to the dress on that very same day. From that day till my wedding, communication was easy and stress-free and service was top notch. After going through the expected motions at the usual "go to" wedding dress shops, making those long trips to Long Island and not having any luck, I heard about Paisley through a friend that was also getting married. Never realizing that this gem was hidden right here in Queens! Nicole and her team at Paisley Bridal are nothing short of amazing! When looking for my wedding dress I went to Paisley Bridal spontaneously because it was local and my mom would be able to come, since she can't handle all the walking/transportation in Manhattan. Well looking for further and within my hour appointment I found my perfect dream dress with Nicole. I explained to her what I did and didn't like and she had my try on everything to make sure before we ruled anything out. When I found things I liked, she was able to fine me a perfect dress that had everything I wanted on it. Fast forward an entire year, with the most perfect veil, fittings and alterations, I was a fairy tale bride at my dream wedding. Every single person complimented my dress, and said I looked straight out of a magazine. And they were right it was perfect! But it wasn't just about the dress it was about the experience. I was the only bride in the store during my fitting, Nicole made me feel like I was the only bride ever. I am so happy I found Paisley Bridal. After visiting 3 other stores I was getting a little nervous about finding the right dress. The first few stores I went to didn't allow you to look through the racks and instead asked for what you thought you wanted and brought a few dresses to you. One also had a limit on the number of dresses you could try on per appointment, and another refused to tell me the designer and style in fear I'd order it somewhere else. Many of the samples at other shops were pretty worn out.

Paisley was different- all of the samples were clean and new, they actually made me a list of dress styles I liked with the prices noted, and they had a wide range of options. I also really liked being able to look through the racks, and I felt much more comfortable and confident I'd find the right dress. Katie was extremely helpful in finding dress suggestions for me to try and talking me through each dress including what I liked or didn't like. She immediately put me at ease. Nicole is also super warm and knowledgeable. I appreciate that Paisley has a range of price points and were conscious of my budget as I searched. You can just feel that Nicole and Katie want to help you find the perfect dress for you- you will never feel rushed or like they are keeping any information from you. Finally, during alterations the seamstress Yana has been wonderful. Each time I've gone in she has been very meticulous about each alteration. I have lost a little weight leading up to the wedding and each time she made sure to take in my dress in the appropriate places to make sure it is a perfect fit. I have my final pick up next week and feel totally confident it will be perfect.

I can't say enough good things about the shop, I really had such a great experience and it has been the easiest part of my wedding planning process. Thank you Paisley Bridal!

I initially reached out to Paisley Bridal via email looking for a couple of dresses from Maggie Sottero...unfortunately none of the ones I was interested in were in store but I decided to visit anyways since I had no luck at previous shops.

From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted by Nicole and her staff...her shop is so cute and welcoming, you feel at home! I tried on a couple of dresses and Nicole was so sweet, she wasn't pushy at all and didn't try to sell me on anything just helped me find the perfect dress which I did on my FIRST appointment for a lot less than I initially wanted to spend...that was a huge bonus.

I am so glad I chose Paisley Bridal for my dress...for me customer service is a huge thing and if I don't get treated nicely by the staff I will walk out and not come back. At Paisley you are treated so nicely and everyone is so warm and friendly. You almost don't want to leave...you kind of just want to hang out, chat, admire the pretty dresses :)

Nicole and the girls at Paisley are a dream come true! I have always had body image issues, so I was actually dreading dress shopping. I decided to start at Paisley because it was local and I instantly fell in love. I told Nicole I wanted to try on each style of dress to see which looked best. She let me walk around and pull some dresses I thought I liked. Nicole was calm and soft-spoken. She let me run the appointment and I never felt like my opinion was swayed by hers. Each dress I tried on was stunning, but there was always something I either loved or didn't like. She listened to me each time I said something and finally said "my favorite part, now I get to pick!" She used everything I said about other dresses and found a few more. The first one I tried on out of her picks wound up being my dress. My maid of honor started crying the moment I walked out because it was perfect! I cannot make decisions that quickly though, so she wrote down the information for me just in case I wanted to look for the dress somewhere else. Within a month I wound up back at Paisley and ordered that dress. Nicole never pressured me. I respected her knowledge and opinions. We were in constant contact throughout the process. She let me take some accessories and veils to my hair and makeup trials. She let me come in to try on my dress really just because I missed it. I got my alterations done there also and every time I walked into Paisley I felt like I was walking into a friends house. The atmosphere is so comfortable and all the girls that work there are lovely. I purchased my veil and headband through Paisley as well. The process was so easy and the ladies at Paisley made everything so enjoyable. They always made me feel like the most beautiful bride. Nicole picks her dresses and designers very carefully to make sure they are high quality but affordable. Her selection is amazing. I highly recommend Paisley to any bride!

GO HERE! I panicked after a full day of dress shopping all over NYC - no one listened to what I wanted and had me trying on beautiful dresses that weren't for me or my vibe. My consultants overwhelmed me and distracted me from what I had wanted.

Nicole listened. I emailed a few places the day of specifically asking if they had dresses like X, Y and Z and if not then I wouldn't bother coming in. Nicole was confident and I was so excited to visit Paisley!

I went with my good friend and it was just us - I am very indecisive and Nicole's patience and ability to listen is amazing. When I tried on my dress - I knew but couldn't quite commit - after a few more I knew I needed to go back to the original. I was in love - and this was the dress she specifically picked from my email.

She was so responsive to emails and very reassuring. I LOVED my dress the day of - and I forget the name of who does the alterations but she is amazing and knows what she is doing. Trust her! I loved my dress and felt so amazing in it all day. I even hugged it in the AM.

Paisley Bridal was my first and only stop when I purchased my wedding dress last summer. The moment I had my first appointment to look at dresses, I knew my search was over. Nicole provides personalized service that makes you, the bride, feel special. I loved that she only scheduled one bridal appointment at a time, so you and you guests basically have the shop to yourselves. This was so important to me since I was actually a bit scared and self-conscious about trying on wedding dresses. Nicole saw my insecurity and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I immediately began having fun!

I also did not want a white or ivory dress. I had my heart set on blush pink, and Nicole helped me find a beautiful pink Allure gown that exceeded my expectations. Yana, the seamstress, altered it beautifully. The day of my wedding, I received nothing but compliments on my unique dress choice.

I want to add that Paisley Bridal also sells beautiful accessories. Almost everything I wore was from them. After I purchased my gown last August, I went back in November and purchased my veil, garter, and headband during the accessory sample sale. They do not sell shoes, but I loved the sample ones they had for brides to wear during fittings that I actually located the pair and bought them from Badgley Mischka.

Thank you, Nicole and Yana, for making me look beautiful on my wedding day. Paisley Bridal is truly a gem in the bridal/wedding dress business. I felt like family there, and I'm actually sorry the wedding is over because I miss going there. I enjoyed my experience at Paisley and cannot emphasize enough how wonderful they are.

I had been to three other stores before coming here and I wish I would've came here first. The collection of dresses that they have are beautiful and the way they are organized is so helpful. Katie was the best!!! She was so helpful. She was able to break down each section of dresses for me and unlike the other stores I had been to, she said that I could try on as many as I needed to. She was super patient and knew that I was feeling overwhelmed with making a decision. She sat there with me while I went back and forth on two dresses and let me play the song that I had planned for my wedding day so that it would help with my decision. I had the best wedding dress shopping experience! Nicole was amazing from making the appointment, to listening for what I was looking for, to picking out "the dress"! She listened to what I wanted and pulled out some dresses and allowed my mother, maid of honor and I pick out some as well. She gave suggestions without ever being pushy. I had picked out two dresses that I was debating on but one was definitely out weighing the other. I must have tried them both over and over and never once did she rush me or make me feel like a needed to make an immediate decision. She actually suggested that I go to pronovia (the brand of my dress) in the city to see the ivory color version of my dress because she didn't have it, before I made a decision. That to me was admirable because she didn't care losing a sale as long as I was happy with my decision. I ended up coming back and purchasing "my dream dress" at paisley in the nude color that just looked amazing!! Yanna made incredible alterations that allowed me to be comfortable and be able to dance the whole night! I had a destination wedding and I needed some last minute alterations done on my dress and would have to go pick it up the day before my flight, Yanna saw the stress on my face and offered to hand deliver it to my apartment on her day off!! She saved me so much time since I don't live close! Both Nicole and Yanna go out of their way to make your experience one that is stress free and amazing! Overall my dress shopping experience was amazing thanks to Nicole and Yanna. I tell everyone that is engaged or will be to go to Paisley Bridal because they truly are amazing people. Paisley Bridal is a charming little wedding boutique in Middle Village that I would recommend to any bride-to-be, especially if you're a Queens local! Nicole and staff are just so sweet and it was a true delight to work with them. It's a small shop, cozy shop with an intimate vibe, you don't feel like you're in a bridal factory and you get a much more personal experience. They have a great dress selection at reasonable prices. Nicole listens to what you want and knows exactly what to offer. Yana, the seamstress, worked magic when I wasn't originally "in love" with my dress and worked tirelessly to turn it into my Dream Dress. Honestly, I wish I could go back in time, just so I could do it all over again, even though I wouldn't change a thing!

I was unaware that Paisley Bridal was less than a mile from my house when my daughter went shopping for her gown in Manhattan. The store she bought it from was already booked past her wedding date and we had to find our own seamstress. That was when I found Paisley Bridal and called to see if they could help me with alterations. I spoke with Nicole, the owner, who was very nice and professional. I explained my situation and she said I couldn't have the gown altered at her store but she gave me the name and number of an experienced seamstress in my neighbor. I am sorry we did not know about Paisley sooner. We just returned to the store to purchase a beautiful comb for my daughter's hair. I would highly recommend this business and am very happy to be able to give this review.

I have been looking at wedding dresses for three years and I thought I had it all figured out. I definetely had the right shape but my favorite ended up being a dress that Nicole had chosen for me. It was maybe the 4th dress I tried on and I knew it was the one. I came back the next day with my mom, sister and bridesmaids and chose the Maggie Sottero she had pulled. She was so patient and nice to me and my family. She really gave credible advice and we were on the same page the whole time. She even sent me a congrats card in the mail. It was so cute! Overall great experience so far. My fitting should be around October--cant wait!!

Amazing shop! Looks small from the outside but really has a nice selection of dresses. I was stressing out because I had visited a few places and hadn't found my dress. I came here, tried on a few I had picked out, and then tried on a dress they picked out for me. I would have never picked this dress out myself but I'm so happy I found this place because they found my dress for me!
Great customer service and the feel of the appointment is very personalized. Also, they didn't rush me and even took me as a walk-in which some places won't do.

I went yesterday morning to look at wedding dresses with my 3 bridesmaid, mother, grandmother and future mother in law. We arrived early for our appointment and we were allowed to shop around the store and pick out dresses from the racks that we liked (which some stores don't allow). Katie was my consultant and she was seriously the best. The entire time she made me feel extremely comfortable and did not push or pressure me at all to buy a dress. The rest of the staff was also extremely friendly and knowledgable and delivered outstanding service. Their selection of wedding dresses is beautiful and they have something for everyone. I ended up buying my dress and the staff definitely helped in making it a special day for myself and everyone who came with me.

Paisley Bridal was my first stop when I went shopping for a wedding dress, and it was so great that it also wound up being my last! I had the best stress-free and fun shopping experience with Nicole, the owner. After asking about my preferences and budget, Nicole showed me where I could find the styles I was interested in as well as pulled some styles she thought I might like. She is so sweet and helpful (and never pushy) that I felt like I was shopping with a friend! Nicole has a great selection of designers all at reasonable prices. Any bride looking for a great dress and shopping experience should stop at Paisley Bridal first!

Could not have asked for a better experience. Paisley was the first and only store I went to while shopping for a wedding dress. Nicole truly makes you feel comfortable and never pressures you to make any decisions. You can tell she loves what she does. After purchasing my dress I received a handwritten note in the mail a few days later! Nicole was always easily accessible by email, always writing back within a few hours. Her and the seamstress were always accommodating to my schedule which got a bit hectic, as my wedding the weekend after Thanksgiving. Nicole remembered small details about the wedding and even just small tidbits that came up in conversation. I am so happy that I chose Paisley Bridal. The only issue with the store is that parking can be tough, but it is worth it.

Five stars from start to finish. I made a middle of the day appointment on a Friday and had the whole store to myself. My consultant Katie and owner Nicole greeted me warmly and got me started right away. Katie was super patient and very pleasant. There was no rushing of pressure of any kind. I tried on a variety of gowns and then tried my favorites on a second time. I didn't make a purchase that day, as I wanted to think about my choices and bring my mom with me on a second appointment, but it took me no time to realize that getting my dress with Paisley is probably one of the best decisions I could possibly make during my planning process. I said "yes" to the dress on my second appointment. I tried on more dresses, (including some samples on sale) and picked a beautiful Allure dress for my big day. My experience was once again amazing, and I can't thank Katie, my consultant and Nicole, the owner enough. I would recommend every bride come to this jewel of a shop if they want to have the best wedding gown shopping experience ever!

Cannot rave enough about this place. Made the mistake of going to a large warehouse like place in the city and although that may just be the ticket for some girls it just wasn't what I dreamed of. I'll be short and just say that Paisley Bridal is everything that is amazing and right with small businesses. The amazing staff and the attentiveness to each bride really made a difference for me. Found my dress on my first visit for a great price with my mom and sister. Went back again to show my future mother-in-law who wasn't there the first time and again, knew I wanted to buy the dress at Paisley. Thank you Nicole for such a wonderful experience. You made the experience effortless and one I'll remember.

I cannot say enough positive things about Nicole and Paisley Bridal. I had wanted to try on a specific dress, so we made the trek to Middle Village after finding some dress contenders closer to me. I was so blown away by the experience -the shop to myself, helpful suggestions and just such a welcoming environment. She let me try on as many dresses as I wanted and never felt rushed. I was torn between two dresses and she encouraged me to come back the next week when I said yes. I went back to try on and purchase a veil and to try on my dress when it came in. My alterations went great and I got so many compliments on the day of my wedding. I would not hesitate to recommend Nicole and Paisley to any bride looking for an amazing dress experience - least stressful part of my wedding planning!

The ONLY place to go. Nicole was absolutely the BEST!!!!! My daughter describe a dress to Nicole and she knew EXACTLY what my daughter wanted. Nicole took out this dress and hit the nail on the head. My daughter put this dress on and cried, and this was the start of her dream come true. Cannot say enough good words about Nicole and her staff. Nicole recommended Tara for hair and Diana for makeup. I am so happy I purchased my wedding gown at Paisley Bridal. Nicole was so knowledgeable and a gem to work with. Working with Nicole was an absolute dream. I'm an awkward tomboy, so after a few terribly stressful trips to Davids Bridal, RK bridal and Kleinfelds, I came here after work with a friend one day and she immediately put me in the perfect dress. When I dropped 3 dress sizes, her seamstress had no problem taking the dress in and making all the adjustments up until the day before the wedding. Everytime I came in, Nicole remembered exactly who I was- she really cares about her clients. She also helped me pick perfect accessories. By far the best bridal store in the city.

First stop and best decision! I wish I could give Paisley Bridal more than five stars! This was the best shopping experience! Nicole was fabulous! I felt so comfortable the second we stepped into the door. She is so genuine and welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable and picked out perfect dresses that matched my specific requests and body type. I fell in love with my wedding dress the first day and knew it was the one! It was very reasonably priced and the alterations were a breeze. Nicole was very accommodating when it came to booking appointments as well, especially during the traffic we faced several times coming to the shop. This store is a gem. I found the dress I wanted at a large retailer in NYC but the wrong color..but it was like a factory, and horrible customer service. So I looked for another vendor and saw Paisley was having a trunk show with the designer of the dress I wanted. When I went they did not have my dress but I ordered it with Nicole anyway. The store was beautiful and just lovely decor, nice calm atmosphere. Nicole was great when I tried on other dresses, very knowledgeable. Very clear on what would happen with alterations. I even got a cute card from her after I ordered the dress. I actually felt that she was invested in me as a customer, and not just the next in line. I can't wait til my dress comes in! Anyway, Just go here. You won't regret it!

I was very happy with all of the vendors that I chose for my wedding- everyone did a wonderful job. But out of all (15?) of them, Paisley Bridal was my absolute favorite! Nicole is the best! From the first time I went into the store looking for a dress, she was very helpful, accommodating and simply a pleasure to work with. She was patient as I decided on the right dress and offered great suggestions without being pushy. She made, what should have been a stressful process, a very enjoyable experience. Before going with Paisley, I shopped around at Kleinfeld, RK Bridal and several other shops in NJ and NY. None compared to the customer service I received with Nicole. I purchased my dress here and not only did I absolutely LOVE the dress and the alterations, but Nicole and the tailor were both exceptionally sweet, helpful, and patient throughout the whole entire process. We lived a bit far from the shop and would often hold them back late because we were stuck in traffic after work... but they were super understanding. Nicole made what could have easily been a stressful process a really seamless and pleasant one!

Awesome experience from looking to buying to fitting my dress! Definitely worth the trek out to Middle Village.

Nicole is extremely friendly, helpful and laid back. She is never pushy and listens to what you want. I had tried on a lot of dresses without finding anything that I really felt comfortable in, or felt like 'me.' The dress I ended up with was a sheath gown that Nicole pulled for me, and I never would have thought to try. She is very quick to respond by email, and is accommodating with appointments. I just picked up my dress yesterday from my final fitting, and the seamstress she works with is just as kind and accommodating.

I'm so glad I found my dress at Paisley, it made my previously hectic dress search into a great experience. Can't recommend enough!

I will start by saying that I am not the type of a person to ever write a review. After my experience with Nicole at Paisley Bridal, it was a MUST :) I had visited several different bridal salons, and did not enjoy my experience at all. I had a budget, everywhere I went tried to up-sell me. They didn't take the time to talk to me, ask me questions, or make me feel special. I was feeling defeated until I found Paisley Bridal! Its a hidden GEM. The owner Nicole is an absolute genius, she was meant to do this! Nicole took her time with me, asked questions, and really took an interest in my vision. She was SO knowledgeable when it came to style, cuts, fabrics, and trend. She in fact picked out my dress! I told her I was open-minded, and she delivered. She knew my body and her expertise did not fail me. " I said yes to the dress" because of her :) I never thought I would be the bride to have that moment of just "knowing" its my dress. I put it on and just "knew". After my mom started tearing it confirmed everything. The boutique is small, intimate, very clean and modern. If you are bride that's looking for the ultimate bridal experience, please do yourself a favor and go to Paisley Bridal. The dress selection is trendy, and the prices are SO reasonable! Nicole was so sweet. I called her twice to ask random questions about another dress I was looking for. She answered all my questions and didn't pressure me to come in. A week later, I called to schedule an appointment with her and she was very accommodating. She was patient with me, and although I didn't come out there the first time with a dress that I wanted, she remembered me when I called her about a month later to order a dress. The week prior to visiting paisley I was in David's bridal and I absoloutly believed I had found my dress !!! After having a somewhat frustrating wedding dress experience at some of the bigger shops in NYC, I came across Paisley Bridal. Being only ten minutes from my house, I figured, "hey, why not". It was a completely different experience. Nicole, the owner of the boutique asked me pointed questions on my style and offered me a selection of options, while also letting me pick some choices out for myself. Paisley Bridal was the first place that I went to and I couldn't have picked a better place! I had no idea what to expect but Nicole was super helpful and made me feel very comfortable. She was honest ad fun and I finally started to understand and embrace the joy of being a bride as she helped me try on dresses. All the nerves and worry over finding the right gown were gone and I was able to enjoy the process!
Even though they did not have the dress that I was looking for, after trying it on somewhere else I came back and ordered it with Nicole! I haven’t received the dress yet but I am absolutely sure that when it comes to alterations and fittings I will not be disappointed. I HIGHLY recommend Paisley Bridal!

This is just an update to my previous review....Just wanted to add that Jana is a great seamstress and that my dress was absolutely perfect! I received so many complements on the dress, the fit of it and the belt that we decided to add. Nicole was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process and it was by far the best shopping experience I have ever had, Thank you Nicole!!

Paisley Bridal was my first stop in shopping for a wedding dress & I found the perfect one for me! Nicole was wonderful! She was so patient, kind, and friendly I truly felt like I was shopping with a friend. Her shop is very warm and inviting! Nicole isn't pushy or intimidating which is a breath of fresh air when planning a wedding, when other vendors are trying to sell, sell, sell. She's young but very experienced and knowledgeable which made me feel confident in her pulling dresses for me. I'm so happy I decided to go to Paisley Bridal, I am going to recommend her to all of my friends and any soon-to-be bride I meet!!!

Nicole was great in helping me find my dress! She allowed for me to search independently for my style of dress, but also offered a few of her own suggestions. She was friendly and knowledgeable about all the dresses I tried on. I love my dress and can't wait to wear it at my wedding!

Nicole is an absolute sweetheart! She is professional and is very knowledgeable regarding wedding dresses and styles.
The store is beautiful and she has an excellent selection of dresses and accessories.
The prices are also very reasonable! I had a budget and with buying one of her samples during the sample sale, I didn't even reach a third of my original budget.

I had an appointment here with Nicole is she is amazing. She made me feel very comfortable my entire visit. Her personality is very welcoming and she is very knowledgable about bridal wear and has a great selection to choose from. She had so much patience with me and helped me narrow down my top picks. I will definitley be purchasing from her store.

My sister found this place and I am so thankful that she did! I had no idea that Middle Village had such a chic and modern wedding dress boutique! Nicole, who is the owner, is nothing less than AMAZING! She really helped me out during my process of choosing the perfect wedding dress. Nicole was always patient, kind, and thoughtful! Her suggestions and advice were genuine, unlike other places where you know that they are just giving you generic responses. Paisley Bridal isn't like all the other bridal places, where you just feel like another customer because there are a dozen other brides in the store-- NO! It was so personal that I felt like I was given 100% the attention and service. Not only did I immediately feel comfortable with Nicole, but my family (because I had quite a few people accompany me :)) were given a warm welcome as well. I HIGHLY recommend Paisley Bridal to any Bride in the Queens, NYC area or ANY area...not only for their outstanding customer service but because they have absolutely gorgeous dresses as well!

Nicole also sent me a personalized thank you card after purchasing my dress!! :) She is certainly the best!!! You will NOT be disappointed! :)

I found my dress at Paisley Bridal and am so happy with it and the overall experience! Just happened to find it online since it was close by and lucky that I did. It is a very warm, welcoming and intimate environment where the attention is solely on you, which is perfect for such an important moment in a bride's life. The owner, Nicole, is wonderful and she treated us so nice! She's helpful, knowledgeable, honest and a sweetheart! There is a beautiful selection of gowns, including Essence of Australia which is hard to find. Everything she carries is gorgeous and of good quality. My friends and family that came with me equally loved it as well! I am so happy with my choice and can't wait. Such a great place and I highly recommend it to any bride who wants a great dress shopping experience!

This place is a gem! Nicole is wonderful! I had shopped quite a bit & I got a beautiful designer dress for the same price as u would have spent at David's bridal & the quality & service is so much better! I would recommend this place to anyone shopping for a wedding dress! Plus it's such a nicer atmosphere buying from a small boutique! Highly recommend!!!

Nicole was fantastic! I brought along my mom, sister, sister-in-law, her baby, and her mom. We had the whole store to ourselves and were able to pick out dresses we wanted to try on. Nicole was very helpful and extremely kind. Our appointment ended up taking longer than I anticipated, but she was in no way trying to rush us out the door. She was extremely warm and friendly. I would recommend her to anyone in a heart beat. I am looking forward to seeing my dress in a few months!
