I worked with Tamara for my Biltmore Estate wedding in May of 2025. I discovered her through a site similar to this, and am so glad I did. It only took one phone call to know Tamara was the Coordinator for me. She is so much more than a Day of Coordinator. We touched base throughout the year and worked closely together a few months out from my date. I had unique requests for my special day, and she helped to provide vendor recommendations that aligned with exactly what I was looking for. She is very detail oriented and accommodated my requests. With her years of experience working at Biltmore specifically, she was also wonderful about providing her perspective on how to make the day flow amazing in a realistic manner. She knew the space I was using so well and had a relationship with my Biltmore contact. It just made the entire experience incredibly seamless.
