I cannot recommend this place enough!!! Pam is the absolute sweetest person. She is so kind and caring. She really took the time to help me find my dream dress, never let me feel any pressure to decide, and made me feel so happy and excited about the whole process. She even went FAR above and beyond to help me find solutions after an issue with a tailor (completely unrelated to beautiful bride boutique). A week before my wedding, she went out of her way to chat with me about possible solutions, offer many options, and dig up extra material that matched my dress so another seamstress could resolve the situation. If you are thinking about coming here- DO IT!!! An overall wonderful person and wonderful business. She truly cares about her customers and wants them to have the most special wedding experience.

The owner, Pam, is so knowledgeable and personable, it made the dress buying experience a breeze. She has so much knowledge of her gowns and listened to what I envisioned with offering her suggestions. She is also so responsive when I reached out to ask her about a few things. It is clear Pam cares about her clients and wants them to feel their best. I would recommend this boutique to any bride to be!

I went to a few wedding shops in search of a wedding gown and the Beautiful Bride Boutique was my favorite. I started there and ended up back there because the experience had been so good. Pam is fantastic to work with!! The whole experience- having her help trying on gowns, emailing her questions about my gown, her experience really shows and working with her is one of the best wedding related experiences I've had! Highly recommend going here for a wedding gown!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Pam at Beautiful Bride Boutique. Since it was a private appointment, I had the store to myself and was able to browse through the racks to pick out some styles that I liked in addition to what she picked out for me. Pam listened to what I wanted and was so kind and patient throughout the appointment. She has an easy way about her so that you never feel pressured at all to buy a dress that's not right for you. As another reviewer mentioned, she also expertly clipped the dresses that were too large and made them look as if they were my perfect size! Although I did not end up buying my dress here, I can't recommend this place enough. It was by far my best experience with dress shopping.

I can’t recommend this boutique enough for wedding dress shopping. Pam was excellent and attentive the whole time. You get the whole boutique to yourself and your party so it’s completely about making you feel comfortable instead of looking with others shooing around you. She never made me feel rushed or pressured at all and helped give me some recommendations and offered her opinion when asked. You can’t go wrong here! She was amazing! 10 stars all around

She did a wonderful job helping me find my dress. I tried on at least 20 dresses with her! She is very patient and so kind and helpful.

This is the best bridal dress shopping experience I had. Obviously, I found my dream dress but everything about the appointment was perfect. From the moment we walked in the door, she had pulled some dresses I had called about but also asked if we wanted to peruse the store. She explained where all the dresses I might like were. After I knew it was my dress she was even more amazing, she explained about the customization options and really showed me how my dress would look (I was changing one thing). Gosh, I have so many nice things to say about this place and can not wait to send all my friends!

I cannot say enough how wonderful and magical my experience at Beautiful Bride Boutique was. I had been looking for bridal boutiques in the area after getting engaged and scheduled a bridal appointment at BBB. It was super easy to schedule the appointment online on their website and I got a confirmation both text and email that day and the day of the appointment. I also love that on the website you’re able to create a wishlist ahead of time.
From the moment I walked into Beautiful Bride Boutique with my mother that day, I knew this was the bridal shop of my dreams. First of all, all of the appointments are private appointments there. You have to whole shop to you and your guests, and let me tell you this boutique is absolutely beautiful and tastefully decorated.
Pam was so amazing to work with, and I felt like she knew me better than I knew myself. I went into my appointment with a firm belief that I wanted straps and very quickly realized I hated straps. Pam quickly adjusted the selection of dresses I was trying on to strapless ones, and was constantly switching it up to try different styles and work towards “the one”. She took the time to listen to key words and my likes and dislikes of each dress until finally we found it. From the moment I put on my dress, I knew it was it. Looking in the mirror, I teared up with emotion as I stared at the dress I’ve dreamed of my entire life. As I said “yes to the dress” we toasted with champagne and I reveled in glow of finding my wedding dress.
Once my dress had come in, I went back to pick up my dress. This time I brought along my future MIL and future SIL. They both agreed that this bridal shop was special. That day, Pam also took the time to help my mother pick out and order a jeweled belt to go on her dress for the wedding.
And the sweetest touch at the end when leaving with my dress, Pam presented me with a beautiful gift. It was such a special touch, and the whole process made me feel like a princess.
I cannot tell you enough, BBB is an absolute GEM of a bridal boutique with exceptional service. Pam is so caring and so in tune with what you’re looking for; she is a PRO at this. I will be recommending this bridal shop to anyone who asks (probably even if they don’t ask too!!!) I could not have asked for a better experience buying my dress.

I truly cannot recommend Beautiful Bride enough. If you are anywhere in MA, this is worth the drive! BB is affordable, the selection is excellent and diverse, and the service is amazing. I found the prices to be very affordable (compared with other bridal shops in the Boston area), and the owner Pam is so professional and warm.

When you book here you get the entire salon to yourself for 1+ hr, which in my experience at other places in the Boston area is very rare! I ultimately had two appts before I found the right dress, but Pam is the ultimate professional - she is so experienced and intuitive, and a great listener for both what the customer wants and their body style. She also offered to order in dresses I liked from online so that I could see if they were 'the one' and this is ultimately how I found my dress!

In addition, the tailoring professionals Pam recommends are amazing. I worked with JoAnn, and she was the sweetest and had a TON of experience. She did a beautiful job, and her prices were very fair.
