I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Hillary. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. She shot our engagement session, boudoir, rehearsal dinner and our wedding with 400 people. She took time before the wedding to come and scope out the venues we would be going to as well as traveled an hour to each other session. She shot every detail we wanted for our big day. She sent pictures back to us in a timely manner after each session. I couldn't be happier with choosing Hillary to be our photographer!

I can't say enough good things about Hillary, she made everything so much fun. She's talented, kind hearted and hilarious. If you question whether or not you should hire her your wrong. Just hire her!!!

I cannot recommend Hillary as a wedding photographer strongly enough! I met Hillary at a wedding expo and was immediately drawn to her vibrant portraits and the way she captures candid, heartfelt moments. I also appreciated her approachable, easy going personality, and after a follow-up phone call and reviewing her online galleries with my now-husband, we were excited to book Azena for our wedding. That said, neither of us were particularly "excited" about doing an engagement shoot, but knew that it would be a good opportunity to get to know Hillary and feel more comfortable in front of the camera. It turned out to be a total blast and the photos she took are jaw-dropping. That was just the beginning. Hillary is a whiz at weddings - we met beforehand to plan out the day, locations, portraits etc. and she took it from there. She kept things organized and moving along, but also fun and lighthearted and captured everyone at their best. Her experience and professionalism were invaluable and I love love LOVE our photos! If you're looking for a wedding photographer, do yourself a favor and book her before someone else does!

My husband and I first sat down with Hillary and she was professional the whole wedding planning experience. She asked about our story, took some notes, and really got to know my husband and I. Our engagement session was fabulous, and she was a pleasure to work with! Our wedding day came soon after, she had great photo opp shots and worked well with our families! I would highly recommend Hillary to anyone for their wedding photo needs!

Hillary made us feel welcome from the moment we had our introduction. She helped us feel comfortable and brought beautiful glimpses into the best day of our lives. These photos will be treasured thanks to her capturing the candid, gentle, and intimate moments of the day. She is easy to work with, has a wonderful eye for unique shots and has a positive personality.

To say the least, Azena helped make our day one to never forget. They were just fantastic- they were professional while also making us feel comfortable, and were very accommodating. Besides the quality of the people, the quality of their work is excellent!

Hillary was really great to work with. She had enough of a system to make sure things ran smoothly, but was flexible enough to accommodate our needs. We are so happy with our photos and have received a ton of compliments on them. She delivered our photos really quickly -- just over a month after the ceremony! Our engagement photos were also very easy. We're not very good at being photographed but she managed to get photos of us looking natural and happy. She captured a lot of great candid moments of folks looking happy and relaxed in addition to all the posed photos (which were also great). Definitely recommend!

Hillary Schave from Azena Photography did an AMAZING job with our engagement photos and wedding pictures! Hillary really listened to what we were looking for in our photos. She recommended a great local park for our engagement pictures which provided many different looks and was gorgeous at sunset. We have gotten so many compliments on our engagement photos and proud to share them with family and friends. Our wedding photos are just as stunning as our engagement photos! We had our wedding at a themed hotel, but Hillary and her assistant photographer Klara were able to incorporate the theme into some of our wedding photos which made it fun and unique. Hillary and Klara were both very professional, easy going, and fun to work with. They did a wonderful job capturing our special day! Throughout the wedding planning process, Hillary was very easy to get a hold of and promptly responded to emails. Hillary went above and beyond by providing me with one of my wedding photos early, so I could display it at funeral for a loved one that passed away shortly after my wedding. The picture was beautiful, and it meant so much to our family to have our most recent family picture displayed there. My husband and I are so grateful that we chose Hillary Schave of Azena Photography for our engagement and wedding photography! We HIGHLY recommend Azena Photography!

Working with Hillary is like spending time with someone you have known for years. She makes her clients feel comfortable, listens to their ideas and preferences but also takes the lead and is creative if you aren't sure what you would like.
