About

My name is Ariel Caitlin Romell. I have a passion for social services, a soul that loves to create, and a mind for details. I, like most working moms, struggle to find balance between work, motherhood, friendship and marriage. I am lucky to have a wonderful husband who accepts me for exactly who I am, the good, bad and crazy.

After graduating from Southwestern University, I joined the corporate world. It wasn’t long until I met my husband, who just happened to be auditing my company. Love comes from the strangest places. On the side, I began planning events for Austin City Ballet in 2003. Planning, hosting and running fundraisers and galas for the arts was just the start. My first dabble in wedding coordination was my own— Yes probably the hardest one to do too! But it was a huge success and prompted friends and family to get me to start my own business.

With a meticulous eye for detail, I’ve started my own accessories and clothing line on etsy.com, as well as unique gifts for all occasions. I still organize fundraisers for charity as often as possible, and after eight years of showers, parties, gifts and weddings, I still love what I do.

Are you looking for someone to help plan your “big-day?” Someone who will be an advocate for you and your fiancé in the execution of your dream wedding? Or are you planning a baby shower, reunion, or even a corporate event? Well I’d love to help you. So much thought goes into planning a wedding. However, the last thing on a bride and her fiancé’s mind the day of the wedding should be how all those details play out. Every bride should be able to focus on the ceremony, enjoy the reception and take in the love and support of those in attendance.

My philosophy on weddings: it is yours and your fiancé’s day. Any one pushing you to do something you don’t want to do, have them call me. Dealing with difficult parents, troublesome vendors, and absentee wedding attendants can be too much for the couple during an already stressful time. We aim to remove that stress so the couple can truly focus on each other on their special day.

Large events require preparation, cooperation, and syncronicity. Whether you’re planning a corporate lunch, baby shower, children’s party, fundraiser, or wedding, Austin 360 Events can help. Catering to intimate settings and large parties, no event is too small or too big to arrange. Allow Austin 360 Events to plan your next event!

Ariel Romell of Austin 360 Events is a GODSEND. She is so cool under pressure and became my surrogate stress organ where I could deflect any oncoming family train wreck or scheduling snafu. No caterer? No problem! Ariel was ON IT.

I am a Type A, "if you want it done right, do it yourself" kind of woman and it was a revelation to know that if I saw something that needed to be done, Ariel had already seen it and was working on it, so I could just relax and enjoy the day. A wedding day puts all your planning to the test and rests on the shoulders of the team you have put together to make it all work. Ariel coordinated all the many moving parts with impeccable grace and incredible ease.

Initially, I had not planned on having a day-of coordinator and I am SO THANKFUL that I did. Ariel is literally worth her weight in gold to me now and I cannot recommend her more strongly. She has a great gift for managing a million things and people at once, always with a smile, and always anticipating the needs of her bride and groom.

One thing I truly appreciated about working with Ariel was that she could be as involved in the planning as we needed her to be. There is experience and wisdom behind her advice, and it was never self-serving. I came to trust her implicitly. It is no exaggeration that Ariel saved my wedding day!
