I don't even know how to put into words how AMAZING Arielle was in planning my daughter's wedding. She and her team were nothing less than fabulous!
My daughter had a vision and Arielle captured it completely in every way. She HEARD my daughter and made her vision come to life.  Her design was perfection. Once the vision was cast, she lined us up with about 3 vendors selections in each vendor category, based on the vision. The vendor options were all top notch and the vendors we chose were all phenomenal to work with in every way. 
I was planning the wedding from across the country and Arielle made the process completely stress free (and I tend to get stressed about things). She was also a "go between" full of grace, mercy, kindness and respect when my daughter and I had strong differences of opinion....Arielle's expertise and kind persona always led us to a place of compromise and while my daughter and I both have strong personalities, we did not have one argument during the process and that is because of Arielle!
While Arielle created the most beautiful details in every respect, the most wonderful thing, in my opinion, is that we were able to enjoy the day completely in the moment and did not give one thought to anything on the day of the wedding because Arielle and her team were organized to the hilt and ran the day for us. We were truly guests at the wedding, with not a care about any of the details. Arielle told us and the entire wedding party, where to be, when to be there and the day ran like a well oiled machine. I had a  4 page timeline from Arielle with every detail and time listed. I am a bit of a control freak and worrier but wedding day I was completely relaxed and didn't worry about anything because Arielle had everything, and I mean she thinks of EVERYTHING, under control.
It was a truly magical day and according to my daughter, the "wedding of her dreams".
Arielle, her team and all of her vendor recommendations are extremely professional and at the same time warm, caring people who feel like family and friends by the end of the day. Arielle also kept us on budget every step of the way.
The number one piece of advice that I give to anyone who tells me their child was just engaged: Hire a great wedding planner! Arielle is the best and I would 1000% hire her again and could not recommend her more highly!

This is a long overdue thank you for everything. When I started planning my wedding, I thought I could do it all on my own, but that quickly changed when I came across your work. The details of every single wedding in your portfolio are simply amazing. I immediately knew that I needed to book with Arielle Fera Events. It was certainly the best decision. The coordination service is extremely invaluable. It is hard to overestimate the work that is completed behind the scenes at a wedding. From coordinating with vendors, preparing & managing the timeline, and setting up the decor at the church/reception, the list goes on and on. On the day of my wedding, I didn’t think about the timeline and if my vendors were where they needed to be at the right times. I truly didn’t have to worry as Kelly handled it all. Aside from logistics, the design of my wedding was a top priority. In the months leading up to my wedding, Kelly and I spent countless hours planning and discussing the details of the entire day. While Kelly was there to provide insight based on her experience, I also felt that I had the freedom to make my own decisions even if I had a different plan in mind. At my wedding, I was certainly too busy to think about the details. Kelly was the one who brought everything to life and it was even more amazing than I had imagined. My wedding definitely would not have been the same without her or Arielle Fera Events.

Arielle is one of a kind and truly one of the best decisions we made! When planning our wedding hiring Arielle as our planner was one of the easiest decisions! I had admired her for years as a wedding photographer. When it came time to plan my wedding I knew that she would understand my vision. From our first call to our last there never was a doubt in my mind that I was in the best hands. She is personable, professional, creative, romantic, a visionary and everything in-between. Arielle always made sure we were on track with our timeline, she pushed me to be more creative than I would have been with our wedding, She made sure to get to know Ken I - to keep our day authentic, and she delivered everything she promised and more. I feel so blessed to have not only had the opportunity to work with Arielle but above all get to know her beautiful personality. She is exquisite. a phenomenal vendor, heartwarming friend, and we will forever cherish everything she has done for us!

Kelly and the whole team at Arielle Fera Events were an irreplaceable part of our wedding. From day one of the wedding design, Kelly used her creativity and expertise to create a wedding beyond our wildest dreams that really captured us as a couple. With a team who we trusted coordinating the day of, we felt like guests at our own wedding in the best way. We cannot recommend them enough and are thrilled that Kelly and the team are helping my with sister’s wedding soon!!

I don't know where to even begin with how amazing Arielle and her team were for our special day. When we booked our venue, Arielle kept popping up through all pictures we had seen through our venue. From our first initial call we had an instant connection, and I was so excited to work with her. This leads me to Kelly. Kelly was our go to person throughout our wedding and I would be absolutely LOST without her. She was absolutely amazing. Kelly was there to think of all details I would have never thought of myself. We would text throughout the day about anything and everything to do with our wedding that I needed help with. Everything leading up to our big day was so organized, well thought out and executed perfectly. Our ceremony/reception was so beautiful all thanks to her making our vision come to life. Christine was also amazing the day of with myself and the girls as well as Sarah making sure the boys were ready to go. I can go on and on, but I am truly so thankful for all of them.

Working with Arielle and her team was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process and I cannot recommend her enough. She is professional, detail-oriented, and kind. She made the process seamless, which let us focus on the “fun” parts of wedding planning.

My now-husband and I work in corporate America, and I mention that because we both spend time delivering complicated projects, creating timelines, managing budgets, etc. Despite our backgrounds, we could NOT have done this without Arielle. We weren’t 100% sure we wanted to work with a planner because we thought we could do it on our own, but now on the other side of the wedding I can tell you with certainty we could NOT have done this with without her. There are 1000s of details that go into planning a wedding in addition to actually pulling the day off off and Arielle and her team did this perfectly. Arielle helped us take nebulous ideas about what we wanted for the wedding look and feel (we said words like “pub with lots of wood” and “dinner party”) and she evolved it into a cohesive design that was truly amazing. We’ve received so many compliments from guests on how beautiful it was. Most importantly, it really embodied my husband and I and felt like “us”. Throughout the process she was on top of all the details and kept us to our schedule. She was super flexible with meeting with us (we typically could only meet after work hours or weekends) and she always accommodated our schedule. I also really appreciated how Arielle helped us work through budget decisions and figure out the right package with each vendor. In the planning process, there are so many tiered options and it can be super overwhelming to understand what to invest in vs. save on and Arielle gave us wonderful direction and feedback. She never made us feel like a choice was “less than” if we chose to save and helped us make the most of our budget.

In addition to the tactical and execution activities Arielle owned and delivered, her value was in a lot of the intangibles. My husband, our families, and I were able to be way less stressed knowing Arielle was on point for most of the details and we were actually able to enjoy being engaged and focus on the “fun” elements of planning (which for us was choosing florals, cocktails, etc.). This made the process more enjoyable with my husband, but also gave me wonderful moments with my mom while planning instead of focusing on the stress. I can’t thank Arielle and her team enough for that time with my family and helping ease what can be such a stressful time. The last “intangible” that Arielle brought to us with connecting us with so many wonderful local vendors. Throughout planning you end up speaking with your vendors a ton and on the day of we spent a lot of time with them (especially photographers, hair & makeup, etc.). Arielle connected us with some of the most wonderful vendors and people out there who made all the difference on our day. She was constantly complimented by our vendors for being the best in the business and we can’t agree more.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Arielle and her team. At the very beginning of the process we intended to have calls with a few planners before committing to one, but we spoke to Arielle once and canceled our other calls. We were one of those couples that didn’t have a very clear idea of what we wanted, but Arielle helped us zero in on exactly what was right for us and how to pull it off with the most incredible vendor team. She’s an expert at this and walked us through every step. On the day of the wedding, everything was seamless and even more beautiful than we could have imagined, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She even personally stepped in to do some emergency pinning for my dress literally seconds before our grand entrance and first dance, which 100% saved me from tripping and falling. From the big-picture ideas to the tiny details, Arielle and her team were on top of everything. I highly recommend them.

Working with the AFE team & Kelly for the Design of our wedding was genuinely one of the best decisions we made. I can’t express how thankful I am to have had the opportunity to work with Kelly and I mean it when I say I could not have done it without her.

I had a very specific vision for my wedding but was not the best at articulating it or making design decisions / selections - somehow, Kelly understood me so well from the very beginning and brought my vision to life better than I could have ever imagined. Kelly is absolutely amazing at what she does and continuously went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process. She was so responsive, easy to work with and had ideas / recommendations we never would have thought of that elevated the look & feel of our wedding so much. Not to mention, she’s also the absolute sweetest and most genuine person!

Our wedding was an absolute dream that was perfect down to every single little detail and went off without a hitch, which is 100% because of the hard work, professionalism and design excellence of Kelly & the AFE team. We cannot recommend the AFE team enough, they are the absolute BEST at what they do and worth every single penny (and more!!)).

Arielle is very responsive and a consummate professional. She was so easy to reach via email or phone and was incredibly organized when it came to communicating with all of our vendors, keeping track of where we were in the planning process, and helping us track and manage our budget. She was honest and helpful (based on her many years in the industry) advising on aspects of the wedding, such as what areas were more valuable to spend money on versus not. This is one of the many incredible traits that she exhibits as a planner - Arielle will always listen to your opinion and help maximize for what's important to you, but is also not afraid to give direction. I thought her guidance was always very carefully thought-out and I found her input extremely valuable.

One manner in which Arielle absolutely shines is her eye for wedding design. I had a vision of what I wanted the wedding to look like, and she was able to put those ideas into words (and pictures via an incredible design lookbook). She is the perfect person to work with if you have a general idea of what you like, but maybe need the extra push into helping execute. The design details like each and every flower piece, the linens, the tablescape, the stationary, and even rentals like chairs are small pieces of the day that Arielle has put careful thought into, and each of the design pieces really melded together in a way that makes the impact of the whole much more significant than the sum of its parts.

During the day of the wedding, Arielle kept all the parts moving and was so critical to ensuring we stayed on schedule and all our other vendors were well-taken care of. I was able to fully relax knowing that any hiccups in the day would be taken care of with the same professionalism and attention to detail that she had exhibited through the entire process. Everything went SO smoothly and we had the most perfect day.

Finally, Arielle is just a kind and wonderful person with a fun and woderful, warm personality! Finding a conscientious and organized planner with this kind of design skill is truly one in a million. I could not recommend Arielle more highly.

How does anyone plan a wedding without Arielle? So many people warned us that things would inevitably go wrong on our wedding day, but nothing did - and that's because of Arielle and her amazing team. Having AFE was hands down the best decision I made during the wedding planning process!

Her talent for creating stunning designs, attention to detail, understanding a vision, making people feel at ease, and keeping track of one million things at a time is extraordinary. What sets her apart is her warm and kind demeanor. Her fun and energetic personality brought so much joy and excitement to the wedding planning process. She made our entire day seamless, and I got to enjoy the best of my life stress-free!
