There are so many benefits to having a wedding planner, but Arielle was so much more than a “wedding planner” to us. From the very beginning, she was someone I could wholeheartedly trust to bring my vision to life, always have my best interests in mind, handle any problem that came her way, and somehow make the entire process feel easier.

Throughout the entire planning process, Arielle was the person I could turn to with every concern, question, or tiny detail. She listened to me, understood my vision, and truly cared about every aspect of our wedding as if it were her own. She helped me choose my bridesmaid dresses, assemble our welcome boxes, create a color story and style lookbook for the wedding design, and so much more. She went above and beyond in ways I never could have expected.

She also made every part of the planning process better through her incredible vendor recommendations, relationships, and attention to detail. She handled the logistics and coordination behind the scenes so seamlessly that I never had to worry about whether things were getting done or falling through the cracks.

But the greatest gift Arielle gave us was on our wedding day. I can genuinely say I was the happiest I have ever been, and there was not a single second when I was worried about logistics, whether we were on time, or how anything was being handled. I simply knew Arielle had it. Being able to be completely present and enjoy every moment of our wedding without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes is something I will be forever grateful for.

And somewhere along the way, Arielle became so much more than our planner. She became a friend, a confidante, and truly a second mom to me throughout this entire experience. She was there for me through every high and low, and I will never be able to fully thank her for everything she did for us.
Hiring Arielle was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. She brought our dream wedding to life, but more importantly, she made the journey getting there so much more meaningful, enjoyable, and stress-free. My husband and I were completely overcome with emotion when I walked into the reception room reveal. It was truly a work of art, and I had never felt more humbled that such an incredible group of women put so much work and thoughtful consideration into making this day unforgettable. Several of our guests told us and our families that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to, and we agree. Arielle and her team curated the celebration of a lifetime for us, and we are so beyond grateful. We will cherish the memories of our beautiful wedding and the joy of planning alongside Arielle and Kelly for the rest of our lives.

To this day, one of the things we miss most from before married life is working with AFE! She and Kelly brought so much joy into our lives, and every moment felt so special.

Working with Kelly Pelka and the AFE team was undoubtedly the best decision we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. From the very first phone call with Arielle, to being introduced to Kelly, it was an instant connection. Kelly is an unbelievably talented and creative planner who kept us organized from start to finish. She is an incredible listener (or should I say mind reader), is incredibly patient, kind, and she will keep you laughing throughout the whole process. One of my favorite moments was our in-person planning meeting. Kelly arrived with two of the biggest suitcases I’ve ever seen filled with plates, linens, flatware, cups, and more so I could see the pieces in person. She guided me step-by-step as we designed my dream tablescape, and it made everything feel tangible and exciting.

Kelly’s guidance, care, time, energy, and genuine love for what she does truly shined throughout every aspect of the planning process and it all came together in a spectacular way on wedding day. Seeing the fully lit ballroom for the first time is a moment I'll cherish forever. There's no better feeling than seeing all your work be brought to life, and it was all possible because of Kelly.

It’s hard to put into words what Kelly and AFE mean to us. They didn’t just help plan our wedding, they took our dream and turned it into our reality. Having Kelly, Sarah, and Christine by my side on the wedding day kept my stress level at zero. My smile still hasn't left my face weeks later, and I genuinely miss talking with Kelly every day.

I cannot recommend Kelly and AFE enough. If you’re on the fence about hiring a planner, let this be your sign - I know working with AFE truly will be the best decision you make, too.

I don't even know how to put into words how AMAZING Arielle was in planning my daughter's wedding. She and her team were nothing less than fabulous!
My daughter had a vision and Arielle captured it completely in every way. She HEARD my daughter and made her vision come to life.  Her design was perfection. Once the vision was cast, she lined us up with about 3 vendors selections in each vendor category, based on the vision. The vendor options were all top notch and the vendors we chose were all phenomenal to work with in every way. 
I was planning the wedding from across the country and Arielle made the process completely stress free (and I tend to get stressed about things). She was also a "go between" full of grace, mercy, kindness and respect when my daughter and I had strong differences of opinion....Arielle's expertise and kind persona always led us to a place of compromise and while my daughter and I both have strong personalities, we did not have one argument during the process and that is because of Arielle!
While Arielle created the most beautiful details in every respect, the most wonderful thing, in my opinion, is that we were able to enjoy the day completely in the moment and did not give one thought to anything on the day of the wedding because Arielle and her team were organized to the hilt and ran the day for us. We were truly guests at the wedding, with not a care about any of the details. Arielle told us and the entire wedding party, where to be, when to be there and the day ran like a well oiled machine. I had a  4 page timeline from Arielle with every detail and time listed. I am a bit of a control freak and worrier but wedding day I was completely relaxed and didn't worry about anything because Arielle had everything, and I mean she thinks of EVERYTHING, under control.
It was a truly magical day and according to my daughter, the "wedding of her dreams".
Arielle, her team and all of her vendor recommendations are extremely professional and at the same time warm, caring people who feel like family and friends by the end of the day. Arielle also kept us on budget every step of the way.
The number one piece of advice that I give to anyone who tells me their child was just engaged: Hire a great wedding planner! Arielle is the best and I would 1000% hire her again and could not recommend her more highly!

The details of every single wedding in your portfolio are simply amazing. I immediately knew that I needed to book with Arielle Fera Events. It was certainly the best decision. The coordination service is extremely invaluable. It is hard to overestimate the work that is completed behind the scenes at a wedding. From coordinating with vendors, preparing & managing the timeline, and setting up the decor at the church/reception, the list goes on and on. On the day of my wedding, I didn’t think about the timeline and if my vendors were where they needed to be at the right times. I truly didn’t have to worry as Kelly handled it all.
