We started working with Tzo Ai about a year before our wedding, and from the very beginning, she was calm, organized, and incredibly professional. It felt like our wedding was the only one Tzo Ai was planning given her attentiveness and care.

Tzo Ai allowed us to be involved in all the fun aspects of planning our wedding while dealing with the not so fun parts behind the scenes. She also recommended fantastic vendors for each part of the wedding and it was clear that working with those vendors was so great because they loved working with Tzo Ai! We loved that her opinions and recommendations weren’t about what was the most expensive / shiny, but what was genuinely the best for us as a couple.

Just one SMALL example of how she handled everything so well was when our stationery designer (that we found and wanted) unexpectedly went MIA just a few months before the wedding, Tzo Ai handled it with total composure - finding solutions immediately, coordinating new materials, and taking every ounce of stress off of us.

We hosted our welcome dinner in NYC the night before our wedding, followed by our wedding the next day at BHSB and both events were incrediblee. Tzo Ai and her team coordinated everything seamlessly, allowing us to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment.

Thanks to her, our wedding weekend was beautiful, personal, and beyond anything we could have imagined. We wish we could do it all over again next weekend!

It is impossible to overstate how incredible Tzo Ai and her entire team are—there is simply no one else that could have guided us so gracefully and expertly through this journey. From the very beginning, Tzo Ai listened to what we wanted from a wedding and curated lists of amazing vendors for us to select from to make our vision a reality. Nothing about Tzo Ai’s process felt cookie cutter, as she truly takes what you are looking for into account. She is not only flexible and willing to accommodate different ideas, styles, and inspiration, but also, and perhaps more importantly, she is extremely pragmatic and honest. It helps that she has incredibly chic taste herself, which was always valuable when we were having choice paralysis!

The wedding planning process is one that can feel very stressful for a number of different reasons, however Tzo Ai’s calm and adept presence over the course of a year and a half was extremely reassuring. We were able to act decisively and confidently when we faced inevitable curveballs, such as unpredictable wedding day weather and last minute RSVP changes, thanks to Tzo Ai’s scenario planning in the months leading up to the event. We said this in one of our wedding speeches on the day, but without hyperbole or hesitation, we would follow Tzo Ai and her team into battle—she is that organized and experienced. Even if we thought we were being proactive, she was always 10 steps ahead.

One of our most favorite things about Tzo Ai is that she is simply a genuinely good person. Every vendor we worked with sang her praises—a testament to the respect and kindness that she shows every person she encounters in the journey both online and in person. She made what would typically be an overwhelming planning process truly fun and digestible.

It’s challenging to avoid the cliches, but sometimes they express the ‘big feelings’. Our wedding day was one of the most magical days of our lives, not only for us as bride and groom, but for our friends and families. We are still receiving compliments that revolve around how intentional, thoughtful, curated, and truly ‘us’ the day was. That was exactly what we had hoped for. Our wedding was a memory that we will cherish for our entire lives.

There is truly no one that we could thank more for this than Tzo Ai and her team. As a type A person who was nervous about wedding planning, I can tell you with 100% sincerity and confidence that if you have the very fortunate opportunity to work with Tzo Ai, you are in the most capable hands.

From our first call to the moment we got into the car after our wedding (with every item already packed in the trunk!), she thought through every detail. We couldn’t have found a better planner to work with on our wedding than Tzo Ai. We decided to have a wedding in the Hudson valley area despite the fact that our family all lived out of state in different states, and so having an excellent planner was especially critical! Tzo Ai is clearly very experienced in wedding planning and treats every event like it is her own. We had less than eight months to plan our wedding, but with her extensive network of vendors, she was able to connect us to people that perfectly suited our budget and aesthetic and were also all wonderful to work with. Our vendors also enjoyed working with her, which made the whole planning process much less stressful.

Tzo Ai is also extremely detail-oriented – always giving us reminders about details and dates that we wouldn’t have otherwise thought of. Her organization and energy really is incredible, and we found her system of keeping track of the details super helpful for checking in whenever we weren’t sure of something. She also always had an answer for every question. Given our busy schedules and dispersed attention, it took a lot of stress off of us to be able to trust that she would have our backs about any unexpected issues. With the meticulous day-of coordination from her and her team, we were able to fully enjoy the day – she even anticipated that we might want to eat a second helping of dinner because we loved the food so much :)

We are so grateful for Tzo Ai! The wedding planning process, especially in a place like New York City, is incredibly difficult to navigate — and Tzo Ai is a pro. From my very first conversation with her, I could tell she was not only extremely organized and detail-oriented, but also very empathetic and warm.

My now-husband and I both have very busy work schedules, and Tzo Ai often accommodated with meetings that were at odd hours like evenings and weekends, which was really appreciated.
