  The Wedding of Our Dreams Delivered by Tzo Ai!

  Tzo Ai delivered the wedding of our dreams through her skills as a timely and clear communicator and her second-to-none attention to detail. She made our wedding day smooth and drama free and we can’t imagine that day without her assistance and months of meticulous planning. Peruse the blog on her website and you will see the artistic and personalized events she orchestrates.
  
  About a year before our wedding, as we started looking for wedding planners, one of our friends in the events and wedding business gave us a short list of planners she recommended. We met all of them (and some others) and it was clear that Tzo Ai was the best choice. She was experienced in planning weddings in the New York City area (and particularly at Blue Hill at Stone Barns – our venue), transparent about the holistic services she provided, and responsive to our specific needs.
  
  After agreeing to work with Tzo Ai, she put together a roadmap for the planning process. Having visibility of what tasks needed to be completed by when gave us confidence that we were on schedule and all the bases were covered (including many we wouldn’t have thought of on our own). Tzo Ai shepherded the process of introducing us to her network of top-tier vendors and helped us evaluate the various proposals ensuring that we remained on budget and focused on the aspects of the wedding that were truly meaningful.
  
  We’ve spoken to many friends who have recently gotten married – some used wedding planners while others didn’t. Looking back at our communications with Tzo Ai (hundreds of emails, Zoom and phone calls) and the amount of work she did behind the scenes, we found her services an excellent value. Her planning process differentiated itself from others we heard about in that she crafts unique events, highly customized to the wishes of her clients – of course, with flawless execution no matter the intricacies of a particular event.
  
  On the day of our wedding, we felt completely at ease by the hands-on performance of Tzo Ai’s planning team (the wedding day includes multiple assistants working with Tzo Ai, which all integrated seamlessly into the teams of various vendors). They handled flawlessly the unique needs of our event (such as members of the wedding party speaking different languages). All our guests raved about their wonderful wedding experiences.

  Perfection

  It’s hard to find the words to properly express how much my (now) husband and I enjoyed working with Tzo Ai and her amazing team. We’ve actually tried thinking of other ways we could possibly work with her again, as our calls and meetings brought so much enjoyment. From beginning to end, the planning process was extremely pleasant and our wedding day so special. The weather the day of left much to be desired, but there was such a sense of calm knowing everything was in such capable hands. Tzo Ai’s attention to detail is unparalleled, she is incredibly organized, and the absolute best at what she does. She works with the finest vendors and connected us with such creative, talented individuals. I don’t know how we could’ve done it without Tzo Ai, and would HIGHLY recommend her planning services to any future brides/grooms!

  Wedding Planner

  "How would we ever do this without Tzo Ai?" my mom and I would say to each other throughout the wedding planning process. Tzo Ai is the perfect wedding planner- a calming presence who is always on top of absolutely every detail of the planning process from start to finish. She is such a pro and you can be confident of every decision you make with her. She has the most exquisite taste and she will find you the best vendors that will help you create the wedding of your dreams. At the same time, she will keep you within your budget.
  In spite of major rainstorms on the wedding day, she and her team had a plan that worked flawlessly. She knew how much we wanted to incorporate the beautiful outdoor surroundings of Blue Hill for their wedding and like clockwork she organized every possible photo whether under arches, overhangs or outdoors in between downpours. Our guests had a wonderful time and we are still getting raves about the wedding from friends and family. It was truly a perfect day!- Thank You Tzo Ai!

  Elegant & Effortless

  Working with Tzo Ai was an absolute dream. She is elegant and effortless - a constant calming presence. She showed up prepared, organized and energized to all of our meetings. Any time we had questions, she had answers. My wife and I wanted a bit of a non-traditional wedding and she said “yes! let’s make it happen!” to every single one of our crazy ideas. An amazing planner and an even more phenomenal person. We are forever grateful.

  Fantastic experience working with Tzo Ai

  Having Tzo Ai as our planner was the best decision we made for our wedding. She made the entire process stress free. She’s well organized, well-connected to wedding vendors, and able to build connections with new ones. She struck the perfect balance of handling things we preferred not to deal with and listening and to us to make sure our desires were met. On the day of the wedding, Tzo Ai kept everything running like clockwork. I look back on my wedding with great fondness, and know it wouldn’t have been the same if I hadn’t worked with Tzo Ai.

  Our Perfect Planner

  From start to finish Ang wedding was OUTSTANDING!!!!!! As a planner, not only did Tzo Ai recommend fantastic vendors (band, food and florist - were next level!) but she was unflappable, gracious, kind, ORGANIZED with perfect attention to every detail. Like a wedding fairy god-mother, she made every wish come true and everything perfect. Tzo Ai steered our wedding through inclement weather like the pro she is and even handled our jittery nerves as we obsessively fretted about the weather forecasts. Tzo Ai made every step of the process an absolute joy! We can't thank her enough.

  An incredible wedding planner we wholeheartedly recommend

  The best decision we made around our wedding was deciding to work with Tzo Ai. Working with Tzo Ai, there truly was no bad decision we could make. For each aspect of the wedding (photographer, band, flowers, etc) Tzo Ai provided us with amazing options—there was never a bad choice we could make.
  
  Tzo Ai has an incredible ability to never judge/show judgement (especially as we inevitably discussed family dynamics etc.) or personal preference when it came to decision making. And she tactfully steered us the right way when we were at risk of making a bad decision. She only provided her opinion (with regards to making design decisions that are based on personal preferences like which font to use etc.) when asked, but when you do ask, she always has impeccable taste. And she was always very responsive to our emails. Truly, every aspect of planning our wedding was made easier by Tzo Ai.
  
  As a generally anxious person, once I got to the venue on our wedding day, I felt no stress because I had complete faith that Tzo Ai would take care of everything. She anticipated our every need, from making sure we had time alone (to eat some of the food!) between the ceremony and the reception to knowing exactly when I should switch my heels for more comfortable shoes.
  
  We cannot express our gratitude for Tzo Ai—we definitely could not have pulled off an evening as amazing as it was, with as little worry as we did without her. We recommend her wholeheartedly, without any reservations and have so much confidence that it will be the best decision you make!

  Tzo Ai is Incredible!

  Words will never be able to fully express our appreciation for Tzo Ai! From the moment I got engaged, I was told how important it would be to find and hire a planner who was kind, empathetic, well-connected, familiar with our venue, and extremely organized. We interviewed several planners, but it wasn’t until we met with Tzo Ai that we knew we had found exactly the person we needed to plan my dream wedding. Tzo Ai’s attention to detail is unmatched, she is incredibly organized and BEYOND patient. She is so understanding and creative, and willing to do whatever she can to bring your vision to life. We quickly learned that this process would vary between extreme indecisiveness and obsession with the small details on my end, and Tzo Ai was constantly available to talk through ideas and connect us to the best vendors who would bring my dream to life. She found endless ways to make me feel so special throughout the process, while also ensuring we met our deadlines, navigated COVID limitations appropriately and took advantage of every opportunity to create a unique and memorable event that our guests would never forget. Tzo Ai was always present to support my mom and I through the highs and lows of planning, not to mention willing to put up with my craziest worries down to the wire. In the end my wedding day was absolutely perfect, and I am SO grateful to Tzo Ai and her team for making my blurry vision a reality!   Can’t recommend Tzo Ai enough!

  We started working with Tzo Ai 4 years ago to plan our wedding. Through multiple postponements and us moving across the country, she has been nothing short of amazing, understanding, and flexible. From the moment we started working with her, we knew we were in good hands. She has offered many insights that we could’ve never thought of (such as the importance of having a day-of dresser for wardrobe malfunctions), and is well-connected in the industry with a team of amazing vendors. Tzo Ai is also very detail-oriented: she proof-read our guest list, made day-of schedules for our respective bridal parties, packing lists for the wedding day, and made the day itself stress-free. She is perhaps the most organized person we have ever met, always staying on top of deadlines and meetings with all the vendors, even with constant reschedules due to the pandemic over the span of three years. With us moving to LA but still having the wedding in New York, Tzo Ai even attended some of our vendor meetings for us that we were not able to physically be there for. A week before our wedding, we had half of our wedding party test positive for Covid. Through an incredibly stressful time, Tzo Ai hopped on calls with us at night and adjusted the wedding timeline for us almost everyday. As a person, Tzo Ai is the kindest and easiest to talk to, and is always receptive and willing to listen. We are so lucky that she was our wedding planner and honestly could not have imagined working with anyone else!

  The Best Wedding Planner

  Choosing to work with Tzo Ai at Ang Weddings and Events was the best wedding decision we made, we just didn't know it at the time. My daughter and I met with a lovely, positive, gracious and organized young woman who put us at ease while discussing and then outlining a wedding plan based on our ideas and hopes. While we had chosen a venue, everything else remained to be done. Tzo Ai had experience and a relationship with the team at Blue Hill Stone Barns and from that meeting almost three years ago to the final celebration on June 25, 2022, she was a constant, positive guide and accomplished a perfect wedding celebration. From budget to invitations, top vendors, rebooking and dealing with contractual revisions, Tzo Ai handled every detail and always had options and suggestions for us. She was a gentle and effective leader in guiding us through major decisions and tiny details, coping with COVID delays with grace and humor. It was a beautiful wedding; one month later, we continue to hear from friends and relatives about their amazing experiences. Thanks to Tzo Ai, we all had a perfect evening we will never forget.

  The Best!!

  Choosing Tzo Ai as our wedding planner was the best decision. Tzo Ai created two beautiful events for us, an intimate backyard wedding and an elegant ballroom celebration on our one-year anniversary. She was a joy to work with and her calm, meticulous professionalism allowed us to have two dream weddings in the midst of ever-evolving pandemic guidelines. She has cultivated incredible relationships with wonderful vendors throughout the city who helped to make these celebrations more special than we could have imagined. On the day of the wedding, Tzo Ai and her team manage all the minute details to make sure the day runs perfectly. We could not recommend her more enthusiastically.

  So grateful for Ang Weddings and Events

  Hiring Tzo Ai to be the wedding planner for my wedding was the best decision I made throughout the entire planning process. My wedding was October 2021 at Blue Hill Stone Barns, and I started planning the wedding during summer of 2020 in the middle of the pandemic. She was kind, thoughtful, and responsive from day one all the way through wedding day. It was also clear that all of the vendors and the venue enjoyed working with Tzo Ai as well. She worked with me to address every detail of the wedding.   Hiring Tzo Ai to be the wedding planner for my wedding was the best decision I made throughout the entire planning process. My wedding was October 2021 at Blue Hill Stone Barns, and I started planning the wedding during summer of 2020 in the middle of the pandemic.   I had been working with Tzo Ai to plan a 200 person wedding in NYC. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, my wedding plans changed significantly including a shift to a different city. When I told Tzo Ai, she handled the situation with understanding, grace, and compassion. Most of us have probably read horror stories of vendors or planners not being flexible when plans change and Tzo Ai was the exact opposite. Instead of adding to what was already a stressful situation, Tzo Ai was so kind and thoughtful. She is truly a wonderful person and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to plan a wedding.

  Tzo Ai is the best! We were so fortunate to secure Tzo Ai, even if later in the planning. She's organized and efficient, in a calm and nice way; responsive and thoughtful, and most important a problem solver. We were amongst the first of weddings in late Spring 2021, so we absolutely had moving targets along the way and Tzo Ai never lost patience or her graceful manner.   The BEST wedding planner!

  We could not be more grateful to Tzo Ai for planning our wedding. Like many couples this year we had to make some changes with our original plans with a new date, venue, hair, makeup, photographer, etc. Tzo Ai was with us every step of the way, talking us through scenarios, helping with vendors (many times over) and did so with incredible compassion, patience, and professionalism. We were planning a wedding of 200+ people in May 2020 and were considering dates in the fall 2020 then 2021 and over the summer my now husband decided we didn't want to wait anymore especially not knowing what was to come. Covid rates were at their lowest and we thought we could host a wedding safely at a reduced size but we didn't have much time. We literally planned a wedding in three weeks and there was no way we could have pulled it off without Tzo Ai. It was better than we could have ever possibly imagined.   Cannot recommend Ang Weddings and Events enough!!

  Words can't sufficiently convey how amazing our experience was working with Tzo Ai Ang to plan our wedding! From start to finish, she made planning easy, fun, exciting and personal. She introduced us to the very best vendors and we ended up with the most incredible, talented team of creatives. She was instrumental in translating our vision for our wedding day into reality and she really captured our personalities in a very organic way (never asking us to fill out any forms or questionnaires, just taking the time to get to know us!!) and helped them to shine through in all of the details of the event.
  
  We are great fans of Tzo Ai and we cannot recommend her enough - she is thorough, efficient, calm, kind, patient, understanding, and approaches things with a sense of humor. Vendors all love her, she knows all of the people she works with by name and is clearly admired and respected among them - we can’t count the number of people who told us how lucky we were to be working with Tzo Ai and that she is their absolute favorite wedding planner to work with.
  
  We worked with Tzo Ai over a period of 18 months - which is an exceptionally long time to devote to wedding planning and which also left a lot of room for us to change our minds about things over and over. Through it all, even up the actual night of our wedding, when, exhausted, we decided to end the event 30 minutes earlier than planned, Tzo Ai was incredibly responsive, flexible, patient, helpful and understanding.
  
  While we knew our wedding day would be amazing, nothing could have prepared us for just how wonderful it was. Leading up to the wedding, countless people told me, my husband and even my mom to be prepared for something to go wrong. All day, we kept waiting, but everything went so incredibly smoothly and if anything did go wrong (which I doubt), I still haven't heard about it! The entire day felt like a dream, everything went according to plan, we really didn’t have to lift a finger the entire day and Tzo Ai exceeded every expectation we had.

  We truly cannot imagine how we would have managed the trials of planning and replanning and replanning our daughter’s wedding again without the leadership of Tzo Ai at Ang weddings and events. We thought we had a dream wedding planned for October 2020. Tzo Ai was meticulously organized, responsive and creative. Her vendor recommendations were all spot on to what we were looking for. Seven months out we felt in a great place. Then Covid hit. Weddings were being cancelled all around us and we recognized the need to do a reset. Tzo Ai hit the ground running with plan b. She contacted every vendor and without missing a beat had proposals to drastically and safely reduce the size of the wedding. Eight weeks out we were again ready to go with our micro wedding still at our original venue. Then came all the travel restrictions and regulations and we realized plan b was not the right plan for us. Tzo Ai was unflappable. We asked Tzo Ai to plan a wedding outside at our house. With warp speed we had creative new proposals from all our vendors and new proposals for catering and tents at our house. All with creative approaches to socially distancing staff and guests for maximum protection. The final result was a dream wedding. One vendor asked how I could be so calm while hosting a wedding at my home. I just pointed to Tzo Ai. I was truly able to relax and enjoy the magnificent day knowing that Tzo Ai would be on top of every detail.

  Hiring Tzo Ai to plan the wedding was one of the best decisions I made (second to agreeing to marry my husband). We staged a full-day, cross-cultural wedding with 2x the usual number of vendors, 200+ guests, and a wedding day that kept everyone scrambling on their feet for 16+ hours. You can imagine the sheer scale of logistics involved.
  
  Throughout the entire process Tzo Ai was highly detail-oriented, always calm, always anticipatory of the next step, and highly responsive to all my questions and neuroses. I don't think I've ever met anything who responds to email faster.
  
  Our friends kept telling us how monstrously stressed we were going to be 1-2 months before the wedding. That never happened, everything was easy-peasy. Tzo Ai had full command of all the vendor correspondence, schedules, venue requirements, payments, gratuities, set-up, load-in, etc etc. I turned it all over to her and focused on maintaining my bridal glow.
  
  Our vendors also loved working with her, and we heard repeatedly on how we'd made a great choice in selecting a wedding planner.
  
  My new advice to couples getting married: (1) If it's within your budget, you should definitely hire a wedding planner. It will make the process of "getting married" much less torturous for you, and I personally think it's the highest "value-to-dollars-spent", and (2) If you're getting married in the greater NYC area you should hire Tzo Ai!

Not only that, Tzo Ai is such an amazing and kind person all around, and we’re so lucky to have had her by our side.
  
  As for our actual wedding day, it was an absolute dream come true and exceeded ALL our expectations!! Thanks to Tzo Ai’s hard work, we didn’t have to lift a finger and everything just fell perfectly into place. We will be forever grateful to Tzo Ai for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

  Tzo Ai is incredible -- she is so organized and on top of everything, responsive no matter what time of day and just generally a delight to work with. She made the process so easy and stress-free by recommending great vendors (with as many or as few options as I wanted) and making sure everything stayed on track / got done when it needed to, all with a calming and patient demeanor. She made our wedding absolutely perfect and we couldn't have done it without her. Would highly recommend her services to anyone planning a wedding--you won't regret it!

  Tzo Ai was an absolute delight to work with, from beginning to end. When I first met Tzo Ai, about eighteen months before the wedding day, it was obvious that in addition to being incredibly organized and detail-oriented, she was equally warm and a pleasure to spend time with. We appreciated that she helped us establish our budget very early on in the planning process so that we could select our vendors accordingly. Tzo Ai always asked the right questions, was prompt in communication, and guided us toward vendors who would work well with not only our aesthetics, but also our personalities. It was clear that each of our vendors (as well as everyone at our venue) adored working with Tzo Ai as much as we did. Additionally, Tzo Ai remained calm, no matter what. When I moved across the country nine months before the wedding, Tzo Ai seamlessly coordinated us, across multiple time zones, in finishing the planning process and securing the last-minute details.
  
  We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect wedding day. My husband and I could fully enjoy ourselves; we knew we had nothing to be anxious about because Tzo Ai and her wonderful team had everything under control. Tzo Ai made our year+ of wedding planning a joy. We loved working with her and can’t recommend her highly enough!
