American Dream Cakes, Inc. offers custom wedding cakes, cupcakes and other desserts to Jacksonville, NC and surrounding areas (50 mile radius). Our professional baking team will work with your style or theme to make you a cake that complements the rest of your cuisine and wedding, with a wide range of styles and flavors for couples to choose from.
Experience
The bakery has been open and operating for over 20 years and has become known as the area’s favorite family owned bakery. We take pride in the goods we bake fresh for every order, especially wedding cakes. We have over 28 years of cake decorating experience along with 22 years of Food Safety and Sanitation Expert from being retired Army. Our decorators specalize in all sorts of mediums including chocolate, fondant, sugar and gumpaste!

We firmly believe your cake should look and taste delicious which is why we always bake fresh, never frozen and always decorate the day of the event. Due to the custom nature of our products most styles can be adjusted accordingly to match your perfect serving amount. Vegan products are available in single tier basic designs. We also offer other trendy dessert table items such as cake pops, cookies, cupcakes, pastries, and custom/3D grooms' cakes. Here are a few other services offered to our couples:

Semi Naked Chocolate Cake 2 Tier
For our wedding we chose a 2 tier (6 and 8 inch) Chocolate cake with raspberry filling, semi naked with Tort layers and we, nor our guests, were disappointed. We had an 1/8 of a sheet cake remaining and even after a week of it being in our fridge as we worked to eat it, the cake was still super moist! Our top tier cake was wrapped (by myself) and put in our deep freezer for our 1 year anniversary

American Dream Cakes makes a beautiful cake that is as clean as fondant, but with a buttercream frosting that tastes much better than fondant. I was amazed the first time I saw one of their cakes. The artwork is beautiful.
