Located in Jacksonville, NC, Rachel Bailey - Wedding Cakes provides beautiful custom-made wedding cakes from scratch. A native North Carolinian, she was born and raised in the small town of Jacksonville, NC. Growing up, she had a passion for cakes (and food) that came naturally and later graduated from Johnson and Wales with her degree in Culinary Arts. When she started her business, she knew that freshness and the quality of the ingredients were just as important as the aesthetics of the cake. From the cakes, to the fillings and delicious buttercream, everything is made from scratch and is never frozen or made with pre-made ingredients. Absolutely no shortcuts!

Delicious Wedding Cake (and cookies)!
Rachel Bailey is wonderful! She made our groom's cake, wedding cake, and decorated sugar cookies for our wedding weekend and everything was gorgeously decorated and tasted amazing. Rachel was very timely to all communications. I am so thankful we found Rachel and picked her for our wedding!

Beautiful Wedding Cake
Rachel was very responsive and easy to communicate with during the entire cake tasting, and ordering process. The presentation of the cake/cupcakes was beautiful and elegant, and the flavors were delicious. We would definitely recommend her!

Wonderful cake and taste amazing!
Great communication and tasted wonderful. So thoughtful and has extra batter so we got beautiful cupcakes as a bonus! Highly recommend.

AMAZING! The cake looked incredible and tasted SO GOOD
The cake WAS STUNNING! OMG! Exactly what I wanted. It was elegant and gorgeous. The taste WAS SO GOOD TOO! I have been to several weddings where the cake was pretty, but the taste not so much so thank you for making both of these happen. I would USE AGAIN and I RECOMMEND 100%! THANK YOU!

The most beautiful cake!
Rachel was so great to work with and her work product was amazing! Our cake was exactly what we were looking for. I sent her a picture of what I wanted the cake to look like and it turned out exactly how we wanted. Throughout the wedding planning process I would often have random little questions to ask and she was also very responsive and more than accommodating. A friend recommended me to Rachel and said I would LOVE her. Well she's right. I will be using Rachel for any and all cake needs in the future. Thanks again for everything, Rachel!

Yummy cakes that are absolutely beautiful
She outdid herself. The cake was beautiful. I had many compliments on the white chocolate raspberry layer. We chose 3 different cake types for each layer. At the tasting, it was hard to decide because they all were delicious. Very punctual and setup with little fuss. Thank you so much!

Best Cake Ever!
From day one Rachel was so lovely and helpful. I messaged her on WeddingWire about her services and she replied very quickly.
When we went for our cake tasting, she Had provided a variety of options based on what I had asked for.
We went with the chocolate cake for the top layer and let me tell you it’s THE BEST chocolate cake I have ever tasted! (And we had the gluten free one)
She decorated the cake perfectly and it was more than we could have wished for!
