Mindy was contracted to construct both a groom's and multi-tiered wedding cake for a wedding I was planning in December. My bride consistently raved about how accommodating, and what a great communicator Mindy was. Mindy was meticulous in taking down the exact vision that my bride elicited with regards two her two cakes and boy did she execute. Before the wedding, Mindy hosted a tasting for my bride in which she provided a wealthy of delicious homemade options that she was able to incorporate in either cake, an experience that truly resonated with my bride. The week of the wedding, my bride made arrangements to meet Mindy at a midway point and to deliver some cake items that would be displayed on the cake table. Mindy obliged her wishes to gather these items in advance.

On the day of the wedding, Mindy arrived at the precise time she was issued. The wait staff at the venue had yet to set up the cake table and Mindy was calm, kind and patient in her set up, never once complaining. In addition to setting up both cakes, Mindy decorated the tiered wedding cake with florals left behind by the florist and neatly arranged the items that my bride had entrusted to her previously that week. Mindy also provided a box, so that my couple could save the top tier of their wedding cake for their one year anniversary. Guests at the wedding raved about the both the cake's appearances and their delicious light taste. Mindy's creations were a resounding hit! I would highly recommend Mindy to any couple looking to have both a groom's and wedding cake constructed for their big day. She was a consummate professional, a talented baker, and a down-right kind and decent human being.

Mindy is the real deal. It was very obvious from the very beginning that she puts her heart and soul into every client. The cupcakes and cake were absolutely beautiful and DELICIOUS! A wonderful experience!

Mindy was amazing! Excellent communication and was honest about what her abilities were in making our wedding cake. Besides the cake looking gorgeous on the wedding day, I cannot even count how many compliments I received on how delicious it was!! My family and I while staying in Carolina Beach for a whole week after the wedding asked Mindy to bake us two more cakes because we all didn't get enough lol. You will not be disappointed with Mindy! :)

Mindy was an absolute delight to work with! She was so responsive and kind in meeting all of my needs for my wedding cake! Our tasting was wonderful, and we got to pick our flavors (try the snickerdoodle- you won’t regret it!) and the design we wanted. She was also so budget friendly and created the cake of my dreams for less than half of what others were charging. The cake was absolutely delicious and beautiful and Mindy was so accommodating. We received SO many compliments and questions about where we got it, it was just THAT GOOD. One of the best choices I made for my wedding. Thank you so much Mindy!!

Our strawberry cake with buttercream frosting was no-joke the most delicious cake I have ever tasted. Everyone loved it. She was so communicative and even met up with us ahead of time to give us cupcakes to sample. Thank you so much!!!!!

Mindy made a gorgeous selection of delicious cupcakes for my wedding. There was something for everybody (even for me, with my gluten and dairy allergies!) It's been 3 years now, and people still rave about the cupcakes from our wedding. This is the only place we'll get our cakes for special occasions!!
