Hands down Chris was more than phenomenal, understanding, and patient with what I was wanting at my wedding. This venue is absolutely breathtaking, spacious, pristine, clean, airy, and elegant. He was very easy going, flexible, and responsive. Even when my cake lady didn't deliver our wedding cake Chris & my coordinator made something happen fast so that way we wasn't left without a cake. I just want to thank him so so much for being part of our spectacular day and having us make a memory there!! Everyone had soooo many compliments about how flawless this place was! I always look back at my photos and think we couldn't have chosen a better place than this. This was a day that I/we will forever cherish 🥰. He really has a great way of making special moments become the happiest moments. This was one to definitely remember and a dream come true ❤️❤️❤️. Great experience
Picking our linens and chairs was super quick and easy! The owner is super friendly and helpful. If you ask his opinion he gives you his honest opinion, which is super refreshing! As someone who knows the industry, you can definitely trust him. When I told him we wanted gold sequins table cloths, he showed us a less expensive, non-floor length option. He is open to show all options to save you money. We went with floor-length because we all agreed that they looked more elegant and were worth the extra cost. He was familiar with our venue so all we needed to discuss was colors of napkins and table cloths and to pick out the ceremony chairs. We did not need to provide table measurements/amounts. He send the estimate over quickly and does not collect until a couple weeks out from the wedding (once you have received your RSVPs) so you are not paying for extra chairs/linens. Excellent company!

We used Crystal Coast Tent and Event Rentals for our wedding on the beach. We rented chairs, an arbor, drapes and sashes for the arbor, and we also did our table decorations and flowers through them. We live 5 hours away from the venue and I was concerned about that but I worked with Chris (owner) and he made it easy. Chris and his staff were very patient, responsive, and friendly. When I walked into the venue on the day of the wedding, It was even more beautiful than I could have hoped. Everything was set up and ready when we arrived and everything exceeded my expectations. My bouquet was exquisite! I highly recommend this company.

We were very happy that we went with Crystal Coast Tent and Event Rentals. The coordinators I emailed with were very helpful and clear, which can sometimes be tricky over email. They didn’t try to get us to rent stuff we didn’t need, and were flexible in adjusting the contract (a lot) as our needs changed throughout the wedding planning process. Also, they coordinated well with our venue behind the scenes to make sure they were providing what the venue didn't already have, so we'd have what we needed day-of.

Chris and Heather were wonderful to work with. They did flowers as well as the tent, chairs, linens, dance floor and stage for the band. They have an unbelievable selection of linens, table arrangements, chairs, and we found them to be very reasonable and creative. They were very responsive even when we made some last minute changes. Thanks to them, the reception was absolutely beautiful!

Crystal Coast Tent and Event provided our linens (including tablecloths, chair covers, napkins), cupcake stand, and set-up. They provided all services on time and in great condition. These rentals helped make the reception beautiful! It was stress free having them set-up the linens.

We rented our ceremony chairs, arbor and some aisle decorations from Crystal Coast Tent & Event Rentals and everything turned out great! They delivered everything the morning of the wedding and had it all set up by the time my wife and I arrived. The prices were fair and the staff was very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating.
