    Amazing and easy to work with!

    Crystal Coast Event Rentals was so easy to work with! We had to make multiple changes last minute and they made it a breeze! Would highly recommend!

    Great experience

    Picking our linens and chairs was super quick and easy! The owner is super friendly and helpful. If you ask his opinion he gives you his honest opinion, which is super refreshing! As someone who knows the industry, you can definitely trust him. When I told him we wanted gold sequins table cloths, he showed us a less expensive, non-floor length option. He is open to show all options to save you money. We went with floor-length because we all agreed that they looked more elegant and were worth the extra cost. He was familiar with our venue so all we needed to discuss was colors of napkins and table cloths and to pick out the ceremony chairs. We did not need to provide table measurements/amounts. He send the estimate over quickly and does not collect until a couple weeks out from the wedding (once you have received your RSVPs) so you are not paying for extra chairs/linens. Excellent company!

    Great Team

    Chris and his team did an incredible job from start to finish. Very responsive to our needs and last minute add-ons, great quality items at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them for your tent, table, lighting and wedding needs!

    We used Crystal Coast Tent and Event Rentals for our wedding on the beach. We rented chairs, an arbor, drapes and sashes for the arbor, and we also did our table decorations and flowers through them. We live 5 hours away from the venue and I was concerned about that but I worked with Chris (owner) and he made it easy. Chris and his staff were very patient, responsive, and friendly. When I walked into the venue on the day of the wedding, It was even more beautiful than I could have hoped. Everything was set up and ready when we arrived and everything exceeded my expectations. My bouquet was exquisite! I highly recommend this company.

    We were very happy that we went with Crystal Coast Tent and Event Rentals. The coordinators I emailed with were very helpful and clear, which can sometimes be tricky over email. They didn’t try to get us to rent stuff we didn’t need, and were flexible in adjusting the contract (a lot) as our needs changed throughout the wedding planning process. Also, they coordinated well with our venue behind the scenes to make sure they were providing what the venue didn't already have, so we'd have what we needed day-of.

    Very easy to work with. Helped us made decisions on what we needed based on what we have. Made the day before and day of very stress free since we ended up needing sides to our tent.

    Chris and Heather were wonderful to work with. They did flowers as well as the tent, chairs, linens, dance floor and stage for the band. They have an unbelievable selection of linens, table arrangements, chairs, and we found them to be very reasonable and creative. They were very responsive even when we made some last minute changes. Thanks to them, the reception was absolutely beautiful!

    Crystal Coast Tent and Event provided our linens (including tablecloths, chair covers, napkins), cupcake stand, and set-up. They provided all services on time and in great condition. These rentals helped make the reception beautiful! It was stress free having them set-up the linens.

    We rented our ceremony chairs, arbor and some aisle decorations from Crystal Coast Tent & Event Rentals and everything turned out great! They delivered everything the morning of the wedding and had it all set up by the time my wife and I arrived. The prices were fair and the staff was very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating.

    Heather at Crystal Coast Tent & Event Rentals did a fabulous job at organizing and coordinating all rental items that we would need on our wedding day. She provided helpful suggestions and was incredibly responsive. The whole process was so painless and easy with Crystal Coast Tent & Event Rentals. We had a dockside backyard wedding which required a 30x60 foot tent. They provided set up and break down. I couldn't have asked for more. Book them for your wedding now!

    Great Vendor!!! Their prices were reasonable and no actions were needed on our part! They dropped everything off and setup what was required and then worried about cleanup as well!

    I rented table linens from Crystal Coast Tent & Event Rentals. But I am no ordinary bride renting linens. This business is in North Carolina and I am from Iowa and my wedding was in Illinois! They shipped me the linens at no extra cost! My cousin who lives in North Carolina works with this company a lot so that's how I knew about them. Emailing them and paying for the rentals was so easy. Great company with lots of inventory!

    Our wedding would not have come together so seemlessly if it weren't for Crystal Coast Tent & Event Rentals! They were so easy to work with and always responsive. They allowed us to be different and use unconventional, creative ways to make our wedding ours.

    I worked with Heather for event rentals for 3 different events for my wedding weekend: bridal brunch, rehearsal dinner, and wedding ceremony/reception. Heather is very organized so that made the planning and execution of events go smoothly. Heather was also patient with me when it came to picking out linens for the various events as I changed my mind about what I wanted several times. Crystal Coast Tent and Event Rentals has a large selection of lines to choose from so I was able to achieve different looks for the various events. In addition to linen rentals, I rented tables, chairs, and 2 tents with lighting. Everything was delivered on time and in good condition. If I had to plan a wedding all over again, I would use Crystal Coast Tent and Event Rentals without hesitation.

    Very pleased with my experience. Met with Heather in July of 2016 for my July 2017 wedding. She was super helpful in picking out coordinating colors for napkins, tablecloths and ceremony decor. The showroom was super helpful to see the types of options for various venue setups. Following the consultation I also worked with Chris who was super easy going. He was quick to respond to emails and provided updated invoice balances almost immediately after receiving payment. On wedding day all rentals were in good condition and really helped to make our wedding beautiful.

    I ordered my flowers with this company and dealt with Heather. First of all let me say Heather was great at answering my emails back quickly and getting me pricing and I feel that that pricing was fair. The only issue I had with this company is I had sent numerous emails to Heather with pictures of possible flower arrangements I wanted for my arbor and bouquets for me and my matron of honor and I sent her a final email with the final selections I picked for my arbor piece and bouquets and it was as if she didn't read my final email the bouquets were perfect but the arbor arrangement was not what I ordered and on the day of delivery I confronted Heather that the arbor piece was not what I ordered and she got a little snippy with me and said it was what I ordered and I'm probably just stressed and confused because I'm the bride and have a lot going on. Well after she left I pulled up the final email and sure enough I wasn't confused. Not sure where the confusion was about what I wanted the email was very detailed about what I wanted. I understood the flowers couldn't be remade the day of the wedding so I got over it and they did look nice on the arbor but it's still the point. Other than that they weren't that bad to work with. If I ever had to use this vendor again I would give them another try.

    The quality and options from CCTER was great and they delivered everything on time. I was frustrated with their payment policies and wanted to put it in writing in my review. The final payment is due to them 30 days in advance, which is totally fair, but if you need to reduce quantities after you learn your final guest count, they will not refund you any money. Their suggestion to me was to just pick additional things I could rent from them (lanterns, etc.) to get all of my money's worth. If I were to work with them again, I would underestimate my guest count/chairs/napkins initially and then add anything extra in the last two weeks or so to make sure I didn't overpay. Lastly, make sure you know exactly what your venue will be providing, because this rental company (and most others I'm sure) will try to add on all kinds of things, even if it's included already. We almost paid an extra $200 for string lights through CCTER because they told us our venue didn't include them when they actually did.

    We appreciate the feedback. Just want to address two things, we do require payment 30 days prior to the event that is true, however before sending in your check if you were unsure of your final guest count we would have been happy to allow you more time to address your final numbers! Secondly we weren't aware that Celebration Cottage was putting up lighting over the deck until we came up there at the beginning of June, this is why we gladly refunded you $211.41 before your event! We always want to ensure that you aren't over paying for any services that you may receive from us or your venue.

    This vendor was very nice and everything was there on time, but I feel like I could have gotten a better deal if I had spent the time to shop around and compare prices.

    I think the biggest problem with this vendor was that they are linked with The Islander and therefore some of the items were already included. And with the very poor communication from The Islander it turned into a problem the morning of our wedding. Dealing with them directly, they were very informative, responsive and helpful all the way up to the morning of our wedding. We sat down with their coordinators and picked out everything and made a couple of changes along the way, paid for everything on time but when they delivered everything the morning of the wedding they just dropped it off and that was that. We know we paid for delivery and setup and when i called that morning to find out when they were going to set it all up, i was told they were not. luckily i had a great family who all chipped in and got it together, but in the process we found all the tablecloths were the wrong size, some were missing and so on, it took several phone calls and trips back and forth to get it all worked out. Thankfully i was a good planner and i had built in alot of extra time the morning of our big day, but unfortunately i did not get to use it to relax. I am saying i would recommend this vendor because of the pricing and selection and there is not much else in the small coastal town to choose from, other than doing it yourself.

    If I could give this vendor a negative rating, I would. But if you go through The Islander you must use them. Beforehand they were difficult to get in touch with, and their phone etiquette left much to be desired. We had to cancel our wedding because of a hurricane, and this is the only vendor that would not provide a refund. The entire island was evacuated! They even had the nerve to guilt us for wanting our money back. If you use them, be sure to get in writing a refund for natural disasters. They provided no service and took all of our money. After talking to a lawyer we were able to convince Crystal Coast to give a portion back. Yet we never actually received it.
