They identify the space as a blend of modern, industrial, and historic styles, ideal for a distinctive and memorable wedding event.

Facilities and Capacity

Indoor and outdoor event areas are available at this venue, offering generous space for mingling, dancing, and celebrating. The indoor space offers high ceilings with exposed beams, brick walls, and hardwood flooring. Gather for your reception in this 2,100-square-foot area that speaks to the contemporary and historical theme of this venue. Natural light is in abundance through the expansive windows for an added ambient touch of distinction. In addition to the unique aesthetics of the space is access to a prep kitchen for your cuisine needs. If you desire an outdoor area for one of your wedding events, both ground-level and rooftop outdoor spaces are available. The rooftop area spans 1,400 square feet and is partially covered and equipped with fans and heating. As you mold one or more of the available areas to your dream wedding vision, know the following event items are available to you:

Excellent Choice for a Venue

The Firehouse was a great choice for my wife and I's wedding. They were friendly and professional, quick to respond to email traffic or any questions we had, and easy to work with during set-up and on the day of the wedding. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to get married in NC.

The Dream Team!

My husband and I got married on May 10, 2025, and it was truly the best day of our lives. We were able to celebrate with our closest family and friends without a single worry about what was happening behind the scenes. As a former wedding planner, I naturally pay close attention to detail and how a team works together — and I can confidently say that the Brooks & Reid team, Kyler, Caroline, and Kaitlyn, were seamless from beginning to end.
We had a shorter engagement season, which meant a lot of planning had to happen quickly. The B&R team guided us through vendor selections and created our day-of timelines, which ultimately made for a stress-free and beautifully executed wedding day. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they helped bring my vision to life better than I could have imagined.
I’ve been fortunate to know the venue owners for a few years, and their expertise was invaluable. They ensured that the flow of the evening was smooth and effortless. Our guests are still raving about the venue’s uniqueness and how stunning everything looked — from the florals to the catering to the rentals.
Truly the best team to help any bride design and execute the wedding day of their dreams. We are so grateful for them!

Unique Space + AH-mazing Team!

I recently worked with the Firehouse for a beautiful styled shoot event - everything was clean, the staff was professional and friendly and SO helpful. The space itself is unique and offers an urban modern feel. Beautiful bridal suite, open space for YOUR wedding vision and fenced in, private outdoor space. 11/10 would recommend getting hitched here

Unique and Stylish Venue Space

I was beyond pleased with the experience of the Firehouse. The owners are very professional and easy to work with. I really enjoyed that this venue had both outdoor and indoor features. The rooftop bar overlooking historic downtown Goldsboro was my favorite. I would highly recommend brides come visit this as an alternative to some venues we’ve experienced in Raleigh. It’s definitely worth the time and you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful & Versatile!!!

Will and Chelsea were a blast to work with!! They were super helpful answering any questions all throughout the planning process and their day of staff made sure that things ran smoothly from set-up through tear down!! The venue is beautiful and has an indoor and outdoor option for ceremony locations. You’re also able to have the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at one venue - which we really wanted. Our wedding was supposed to be outside, but we had a back up plan in case of rain - which we wound up using - so the whole day went off without a problem!! It was perfect thanks to the amazing team, and we got SO MANY compliments on the venue and set up.
