Amelia is the absolute best videographer in the NYC area! I think I probably spent upwards of 20 hours searching and selecting a videographer. I was so thrilled when I found her (given the mix of affordability and the quality of her videos). I was not disappointed. She is so creative, her videos are insanely amazing and a perfect compilation of the wedding, and her flat fee covers the entire day of filming! I am so thrilled with my video and with hiring Amelia. I would recommend her strongly to anyone!

Where do we even begin? Amelia is superbly, incredibly talented. She has a gifted eye for parsing out movie-worthy moments that happen. She works quietly and tirelessly, and creates tear-provoking, smile-inducing magic that we are going to watch over and over again. (In fact, the first time we watched our film sneak peek, we sobbed happy tears!) If you want a film you would be proud to show to your kids and grandkids in the future, look no further. We had raw video footage taken by at our wedding a few years ago, but never got around to having it edited until now. Our footage was nicely shot, but we were looking for a filmmaker who could turn it into something unique, quirky, Brooklyn-esque, with a vintage vibe. Amelia did all that and more!

We employed Amelia to film a wedding video for us at our wedding in the Dorset countryside in Oct 2019. We gave her very little brief, essentially we told her what scenes we definitely wanted her to capture and that we didn't want to it be cheesy, and we were utterly overwhelmed with how the video turned out! It is the most creative and beautiful wedding video we have ever seen and it far outshone any expectations we had. Amelia managed to perfectly capture the ethos of our day; from the music choice to the varying speeds and camera angles it provides a beautiful and fun representation of our wedding day.
On the day itself, Amelia was professional and discreet, despite how much she captured most people didn't notice Amelia was there and were shocked when we announced we had a video! After the wedding she followed up with a 30 second taster and a 5 minute long full length video within a few weeks. We can't thank her enough and would 100% recommend her services to other couples getting married that want a beautiful video that isn't the cheesy and is a notch above the standard wedding video that you've seen a million times before.

Amelia shot my engagement photos a couple of years ago. She was extremely friendly and flexible. We shot in a location unfamiliar to us, so she came well researched and chose spots beforehand for us to start with. While we shot, we ended up going somewhere not previously planned, and she was up for the change and completely flexible. She has a great eye for spots to shoot and is great at turning ordinary places into magical backdrops for romantic photos. Her creative style clearly shows through while also taking shots she knew we'd like based on conversations leading up to the day of the shoot. I highly recommend Amelia for anyone looking for an artistic flare to their photos, and looking for a photographer/videographer that takes the customer's wishes into account.
