Where do i even begin with Dave.
He is laid back, and knows his stuff.My husband and I both aren't the type to like getting our pictures taken, but after meeting David, he really puts you at ease. He and his wife are a very professional team that work delightfully together.
I was more than pleasantly pleased to have chosen these two as my photographers for my big day. They went above and beyond to accommodate us amidst the craziness of it all. They are both very professional, highly personable, skilled, and a pleasure to work with.

The Tindalls took beautiful pictures and captured every good and important memory and moment! They were very kind, encouraging, and helpful during the whole process. We found DT Shoot interesting and unique for the facts that they are husband and wife and that, in addition to digital photography, they also shoot with film when lighting allows. The lighting was less than ideal in our venue, but they managed to take quality pictures regardless. My new husband and I highly recommend DT Shoot for your wedding pics or any other occasion when you need professional photos taken.

We had a small, intimate wedding in NYC in a Chelsea restaurant. Dave (and his awesome assist/stylist Emily) did a SUPERB job. We could not be happier and more excited about the end result and all the photos. The pictures turned out so well - we are in love with how accurately and beautifully he captured the day. His photo style is vivid, cool and editorial - it was exactly what we were hoping for. He managed to take amazing photos/get great angles both outside and inside (which was impressive, as the space we were in was pretty tight - it is NYC afterall!).
Moreover, Dave was a fantastic professional to work with. He took the time to meet with us prior to the wedding at the venue and we were able to talk through with him the space and what we were hoping to achieve. He scouted great locations on the nearby highline, which made our day-of "first look" pictures a breeze!! His style of shooting is so EASY and unobtrusive - he gets the shot swiftly and moved on. He was able to put us at ease and have us take comfortable couple photos, even though neither of us are really "portrait picture" people. He was also super willing to try some funny ideas we came up with (my fiance wanted to do "the robot" and I wanted to the "Abbey Road" walk.) On top of all of that, he is crazy affordable considering how expensive wedding photographers can be, especially in the NYC area.
Cannot recommend Dave highly enough!!
