Nicole really helped pull our wedding together. Her calm demeanor and professionalism left us feeling very taken care of and worry free. Everything was perfect thanks to her!

Nicole is by far the best wedding coordinator. Very easy to work with and goes above and beyond. She helps with everything, decorating, putting food out on trays, cleaning up, etc. Very professional and super sweet too.

While we thought we could plan our entire event alone, 60 days before, we had to raise the white flag and contacted Nicole. And our only regret was not calling her sooner. Her experience with the venue and vendors was extensive and everything was coordinated with care. Nicole came with extra votives and table numbers, she was responsive and patient with all of our questions and second guessing. We hired Nicole for her month of coordinating for our September 2021 wedding. SHE WAS AMAZING!! There are so many other things to be done the week before the wedding and having Nicole take care of all last-minute coordinating with the timeline was SO HELPFUL! During our meeting before the wedding, she asked me all kinds of detailed questions that I wouldn’t have even thought of and that was sooo comforting to a Type A bride like myself. The day of the wedding she kept everything running so smoothly and had everyone where the needed to be but also took time to get the boys beers and check in on all of us. She took care of speaking with the vendors when they arrived and I didn’t even have to think about that which allowed me to get ready with my girls without worrying about the vendors at all. She did an AMAZING job of listening to what I wanted with décor and executed everything PERFECTLY without me feeling like I needed to be checking in on everything. I had a very specific vision of what I wanted for our wedding and she did a fantastic job of achieving that for us. I cannot speak enough praises of her services. She was so comforting to have around and is truly on top of everything. If you are even considering hiring Nicole, DO IT! She made our wedding day so much more enjoyable and way less stressful!

We found Nicole from a friend of ours at there wedding so I didn't think we would have any issues in the first place but wow! Even with the issues of rain our day was still amazing thanks to Nicole and her team if there was a problem we didn't know about it, the entire day was perfect for us. I was so stressed 2 months before the big day thankfully meeting with Nicole and seeing how well organized and confident she was about the big day made me feel a lot better. Even family members talked about how wonderful of a job they did especially having a plan in place for any situation. Nicole was the day of coordinator for our March 7, 2021 at The Terrace at Cedar Hill. Originally we were on the fence about needing a day of coordinator, but looking back on our wedding we cannot imagine Nicole not being a part of it.

Nicole took all of our plans, vendors, etc. and executed our wedding flawlessly! We had family in town one week before the wedding and Nicole handled all last minute details with vendors during this time so we really did not have to worry about anything. Same thing for the day of the wedding. My husband, bridal party and family did not have to do much at all because Nicole took care of everything. This really allowed us to enjoy and take in the day.

All of our other vendors and guests spoke so highly of Nicole after our wedding. Everyone was so impressed with her and how much she did. She ran our rehearsal the evening before the wedding and ensured everything went as planned on the day of. She worked with our venue (The Terrace at Cedar Hill) and setup all of our wedding decor, helped flip the ceremony area into the reception area, and kept everything running as per our timeline.

Our wedding was seriously perfect and that is largely due to Nicole, but some of my favorite things about having Nicole were the small things. After my husband and I returned from pictures during cocktail hour, Nicole had a plate of appetizers and two drinks for us to have a quiet moment before the reception (Nicole's suggestion). She bustled my dress (which is no easy task) and throughout the night I would look back and she'd be fixing part of the bustle on my dress that came undone.

We cannot imagine our wedding without her and appreciate everything she did for us. We highly recommend Above & Beyond Event Planning & Nicole to any engaged couple!

Nicole was my day of coordinator on 10/16/20. She went above and beyond! I met with her at my venue a few weeks before the wedding and she was extremely knowledgeable and really helped me picture the flow for the big day. All of my family and bridal party raved about her!
