We hired Nicole for her month of coordinating for our September 2021 wedding. SHE WAS AMAZING!! There are so many other things to be done the week before the wedding and having Nicole take care of all last-minute coordinating with the timeline was SO HELPFUL! During our meeting before the wedding, she asked me all kinds of detailed questions that I wouldn’t have even thought of and that was sooo comforting to a Type A bride like myself. The day of the wedding she kept everything running so smoothly and had everyone where the needed to be but also took time to get the boys beers and check in on all of us. She took care of speaking with the vendors when they arrived and I didn’t even have to think about that which allowed me to get ready with my girls without worrying about the vendors at all. She did an AMAZING job of listening to what I wanted with décor and executed everything PERFECTLY without me feeling like I needed to be checking in on everything. I had a very specific vision of what I wanted for our wedding and she did a fantastic job of achieving that for us. I cannot speak enough praises of her services. She was so comforting to have around and is truly on top of everything. If you are even considering hiring Nicole, DO IT! She made our wedding day so much more enjoyable and way less stressful! -

Nicole was a god-send! She was so easy to work with and she absolutely made my day FANTASTIC! She took care of everything for me including confirming times with vendors, helping decorate, and much much more that I cannot even begin to list! Nicole was absolutely amazing to work with when planning and executing our wedding! There were literally changes up until the week of the wedding due to constantly changing COVID requirements/restrictions and Nicole was on top of everything the whole time! Our wedding day went so smoothly, everyone complimented the flow of the day and how wonderful she was. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a planner/coordinator! While we thought we could plan our entire event alone, 60 days before, we had to raise the white flag and contacted Nicole. And our only regret was not calling her sooner. Her experience with the venue and vendors was extensive and everything was coordinated with care. Nicole came with extra votives and table numbers, she was responsive and patient with all of our questions and second guessing. Best of all - the day went off without a hitch, even with the rain plan. Thank you for everything!!! -

They say the perfect say is never 100% “perfect”. I definitely seen how things could have not went that way if it were not for Nicole! Every detail, every check in, every dress check, to every tie fastened she was there making sure everything snd everyone was where needed! Our biggest concern before hiring Nicole was where in the world are we going to find someone to help this day go smoothly snd to ensure things are decorated that we cannot do ourself due to needing to get ready for the big day, that is where Nicole came along! I gave her my picture dreams and she brought it to life with our outside ceremony! The reception went so smoothly as well due to Nicole staying on top of things. I swear this girl is super woman because it was like she was in 5 places at once! I would love to have another event just to watch her work her magic! Thank you again Nicole! ❤️ -

Nicole was absolutely amazing!! I can’t imagine having our wedding without her! We booked her for day of coordination and she met with us two weeks prior. She helped us develop an itinerary and timeline for the wedding, contacted all the vendors, and came to our rehearsal. On the day of the wedding, she helped decorate and setup, met with vendors when they arrived, and helped us communicate between the groomsmen so I didn’t see the groom before our first look. On top of helping everyone know their place during their actual ceremony and helping seat everyone, she made sure the whole rest of the day ran smoothly! She even helped us cut our cake and helped with clean up at the end of the night. She was extremely helpful and sooo nice and calming. I highly recommend booking Nicole!!! -

I don't think I could speak higher of Nicole and the amazing job she did for my wedding day! We hired her as a day of coordinator and she truly went above and beyond with everything she did. She set up everything the day of, was there for rehearsal, creating a seating chart, timeline, itinerary and more. I was incredibly impressed with her commitment to make sure the day went well, even in the pouring rain! She made our day so special, I would recommend her to any of our friends in the Charlotte area! -
Shana Sent on 10/03/2018Nicole was easy to work with from beginning to end. She was eager to do whatever needed to be done in order to make our wedding perfect and it was! Nicole was very good at making sure everything went off without a hitch and all the while having a very calm and relaxed demeanor. That is so important in an event coordinator because there are so many details involved in a wedding that can sometimes be overwhelming. We loved Nicole and hope to be able to work with her again in the future for my next daughter! :)
