I needed the best florist when it came to my shower and wedding. Margherita exceeded my expectations for both events. I wanted something different than the usual. I showed her photos of flower arrangements I loved. She replicated it exactly. She also guided me in picking the “right” flowers in terms of color and type that blended well with my room. Not only is she the best as what she does, but she is also professional and on time for any event. If something doesn’t look right or needs fixing she will not leave until it’s perfect. She makes her customers her main priority! Until our next event!

Margherite worked with our vision, budget, offered suggestions and delivered a beautiful outcome. My bouquet was amazing! We got so many compliments on our centerpieces and my bouquet. Pricing was extremely reasonable and she always had time to talk to us and meet with us. Highly recommend.

Margarita is absolutely amazing. My wedding day was gorgeous because of her and everything went flawlessly. I really can't say enough great things about her and this shop. After a while I just started giving her free reign because she has such an amazing eye for detail and beauty, and does everything herself from the heart. Thank you so, so much!!

I actually found Margherita because I purchased a birthday bouquet for my mother's birthday. She asked what my price point was and what I was looking for. I told her a general idea and she whipped up a BEAUTIFUL bouquet in just minutes. I mentioned to Margherita that I was getting married soon and she was excited at the challenge. Margherita was such a pleasure to work with! Her designs are beautiful and simple and VERY affordable. She took my vision and ran with it and our wedding turned out tastefully elegant. The flowers were very fresh and lasted a long time. People were fighting to take home the centerpieces!
Although the store doesn't look very posh or updated, Margherita will provide you with courteous and professional service, so don't pass by the store without stopping by!

Margaret was AMAZING!!! The shop may not be all fancy and over the top like some of the other florists we visited, it's actually more like a hole in the wall - but her work speaks for itself! Everything down to our ring boy's boutonniere was fantastic! My bouquet was to-die-for, the bridesmaid's bouquets were gorgeous and the centerpieces were the icing on the cake!!! She went above and beyond my wildest expectations and her prices were extremely reasonable. She is a real, down to earth person. She did an amazing job within my budget and I received tons of compliments on all the flowers on my wedding day. She's not very well known and she's not on the lists of preferred vendors - BUT SHE SHOULD BE!!! She is super super low key and her business is done really by word of mouth, but please - if you live anywhere near the Queens area I HIGHLY recommend that you go check her out!!!

Margaret at AB Floral & Garden Center was my saving grace during my planning. Her shop doesn't look like much, she doesn't advertise, and her style can be a little brusque, but her creations are amazing, her talent undeniable, and her value can't be beat. Also, she lent an ear when I wanted to vent, plenty of helpful tips (she could be a planner herself), and was, through the entire process, super flexible about my choices, changes, and suggestions. Even a volcano couldn't stop her from making our beautiful arrangements: When, a week before our wedding, the Iceland volcano exploded, her European supplier could not ship the flowers I requested. She advised me immediately, then got on the horn to a South American supplier and got the flowers she needed. No extra costs, just beautiful arrangements of blue, white and pink hydrangeas, lysanthium, roses, and lilies. Everything was stunning. She even decorated our cake with fresh flowers, arranged the decorations on the tables, and made sure everything looked lovely at the reception site. Margaret was the best vendor I worked with, hands down, and I would highly recommend her services, whether for special events or everyday bouquets. Thank you, Margaret!
