Debbie was such an attentive planner. She helped my husband and I plan a virtual wedding during a huge time crunch. She handled our Zoom wedding efficiently and created an amazing set-up for our wedding. She was even able to find all of the decorations I needed at the last minute (3 weeks). Debbie was creative and helped me execute all of things I wanted for our wedding day. We truly appreciate how she helped us and we are looking forward to working with her when we have our formal reception next year.

First thing, Debbie is amazing. She is professional, courteous, very organized and super talented! She has a gift of being able to bring your vision to life. She was with us every step of the journey to our wedding day. There are so many aspects to consider when planning a wedding, so many things that we hadn’t thought about...but Debbie was prepared for everything. We had a huge bridal party and 250 guests, and still we were never stressed out or had questions that she could not answer. My husband and I have the fondest memories, not only of our special day but the whole process. It was during the last few months of our wedding planning that my dad was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon Cancer. And, we contemplated postponing the wedding. I felt I just could not continue planning such a happy day, with my dad fighting for his life. Debbie was supportive and gave me time to process. After my then fiancé and I discussed our concerns and fears with each other, my dad, family and a few close friends, we decided to go ahead and have our wedding. Debbie's support in those dark days will always be carved on my heart. Debbie took the lead and made sure I didn’t overlook any details, especially in the state of mind I was in. My dad was diagnosed in July '18 and on September 23rd 2018, we had our special day. We were able to experience our big day with a calm feeling and excitement still in our hearts, I was not worried about a thing. There was no need to worry. I had all the confidence that everything would be beautifully and elegantly done, and it was! Debbie was amazing. A La Mode Events can be trusted with your biggest dreams and for me even while facing a huge family crisis. Debbie is not only a great planner and organizer, she is a beautiful human being. Debbie paid close attention to every detail of my three day wedding experience in Italy and made sure I was also able to enjoy myself. The most special detail she managed to remember on the very busy wedding day was to ensure my daughter had on her protective headphones when the surprise fireworks went off! The thought makes me tear up because honestly I would have forgotten and that may have ruined that moment for my baby which would have ruined it for us! I was referred by another coordinator that was unavailable for my wedding date. I didn't have a budget for a full wedding planner, but I knew I needed some guidance, expertise and a day of coordinator. Debbie fulfilled my expectations and beyond.
From day one conversation, I felt comfort as if she was just a friend. There came a time when I was no longer able to afford certain things and she did everything in her power to help me work around the numbers and still make my wedding vision come true.
What I like most is that she was honest and upfront in a pleasant way, and came with a great amount of options and expertise that fit my vision.
