I have had the pleasure of working with Agnes for the past 4+ years. I work as a Venue Manager at a wedding venue and when it was my turn to get married there was no doubt she was my first choice. Agnes was the first vendor we hired (even before our venue!) because we knew that there was no one else we could trust with our day. Agnes helped guide me through the process of transitioning into a bride in the wedding industry and not a vendor.
One of my favorite things about Agnes’ coordination package is that she makes herself available to you throughout the entire process. Many coordinators out there have a specific 3-month or 6-month package and do not allow contact prior to that time. Agnes doesn’t work that way! Questions come up throughout the time you’re planning and it’s great to have someone in your corner.
Truthfully, I didn’t need as much support when it came to planning but what I really needed was to feel like my wedding day wasn’t another day at work. Agnes and her team made sure of that. She had a member of her team with us all day to keep us on schedule, gently guiding us through the day.
When I walked into the venue it looked exactly as I’d imagined it, perfectly set up by her and her incredible team. Our wedding day was perfect and seamless thanks to Agnes. The best decision you will make in planning your wedding is having Agnes on your team!

Agnes and her team at A Fabulous Soiree were hands down probably the best investment of our entire wedding. You want a wedding coordinator and planner you can trust, and after only a few minutes of speaking with Agnes at an open house, we knew she was the coordinator for us. Her knowledge of esteemed vendors, ability to multi-task and manage vendor communications, flexiblity and thinking on her feet when things don't go according to plan, and incredibly positive attitude made her the glue holding our wedding together. You never have to ask her twice to get something done and she will always offer insightful advice for how to make something beautiful, or avoid something that hasn't worked in the past.

She offers a wonderful tool called Aisle Planner, which is the best wedding planning website you could imagine. She sends automatic emails throughout the process so you don't forget anything along the way, and also knows how to customize the experience for your unique special day. I would recommend Agnes to my closest friends and family for any wedding event they have in the future, and will forever be so grateful for her and her team for making my wedding day so special.

Agnes made me feel much more comfortable about the whole process. I felt a sense of ease knowing that I was in such good hands. She is kind and generous with her time and knowledge. I couldn't have appreciated how much work goes into planning a wedding until I went through it myself, and having someone so kind-hearted like Agnes on our side was invaluable.

I could tell from a short phone call with Agnes that she ran a high quality business and would be a pleasure to work with. From day one she gave us all the resources we needed to move forward on time and on task, in addition to having perfectly paced out meetings with her to see how things were going.

Her attention to detail is remarkable.
During rehearsal, Agnes noticed my officiant kept gesturing to her chest when she mentioned the mic. She realized that our officiant needed a lapel mic, but apparently there wasn't one listed on the DJ's equipment list. I think she solved the issue by contacting our DJ and making sure he brought one. He hadn't followed up on his meeting with us that week so I think she actually solved a problem we would have had otherwise. It's that kind of awareness and care that makes her so incredible.

Her whole team is kind and professional and made us feel taken care of the whole wedding day. I can’t and don’t want to imagine having our wedding without them. Thank you!

We Loved working with Agnes and her team! Throughout the process, Agnes was quick to respond to every email, hop on extra zoom calls, and ease my (many) anxieties about wedding planning. The whole day was so seamless despite major last minute changes due to weather - everyone had a blast and Agnes and her team were incredibly patient with us and our hard partying guests at the end of the night. I can't say enough good things - truly - you are in fantastic and expert hands with Agnes!

Agnes and her team provided an amazing experience from beginning to end. She made us feel incredibly comfortable through the planning process, and was always incredibly communicative. A Fabulous Soiree is an absolute necessity for weddings and parties. I would say as essential as the wedding dress. I considered not having a wedding planner, but it's a vital service...especially a good team like A Fabulous Soiree. I got to experience A Fabulous Soiree's team as a wedding guest and as the bride. Both experiences were wonderful and positive.

As the bride: Agnes helped with recommendation and coordination of vendors, assisted in creating timelines, communication with vendors and guests, planning (she gave suggestions, tips, and things to consider that I would have never thought about which helped our wedding to run smoothly), setup (her team helped with setting up all our signage, place cards, table decor, etc.). Agnes' support was so impactful in alleviating stress, especially during the weeks leading up to the wedding. During this time there are so many people to answer to and seemingly small tasks build up to a very large to-do list.

As a guest: Her team was able to guide guests to where they needed to be in a gentle and subtle way. Her team had answers for guests which saved us from bothering the bride & groom, wedding party, and family members. Our guests loved how friendly her team was to everyone and felt like they were friends by the end of the evening.

When everything is in place and you've worked so hard to plan and schedule all the pieces, leave it to A Fabulous Soiree to help ensure the pieces are in place. Most important, on the day of our wedding...having A Fabulous Soiree's team saved me from worry. I knew they had everything handled and I only had to focus on enjoying all the memorable moments.

I was on the fence about a coordinator but since I only had 4 months to plan I knew I needed some help. Agnes was absolutely amazing. She responded to me at 11pm when I was overthinking a floor plan, was extremely responsive via text and email every time I reached out. I am very detail oriented and thank god she is exactly the same. Everything from the timeline to the floor plan to the set up list was meticulously put together.

Day of Agnes couldn't be there so my day of coordinator was Brenda who was absolutely amazing. I literally didn't think of anything on the day of my wedding except having fun which is exactly how it should be.
