I have had the pleasure of working with Agnes for the past 4+ years. I work as a Venue Manager at a wedding venue and when it was my turn to get married there was no doubt she was my first choice. Agnes was the first vendor we hired (even before our venue!) because we knew that there was no one else we could trust with our day. Agnes helped guide me through the process of transitioning into a bride in the wedding industry and not a vendor.
One of my favorite things about Agnes’ coordination package is that she makes herself available to you throughout the entire process. Many coordinators out there have a specific 3-month or 6-month package and do not allow contact prior to that time. Agnes doesn’t work that way! Questions come up throughout the time you’re planning and it’s great to have someone in your corner.
Truthfully, I didn’t need as much support when it came to planning but what I really needed was to feel like my wedding day wasn’t another day at work. Agnes and her team made sure of that. She had a member of her team with us all day to keep us on schedule, gently guiding us through the day.
When I walked into the venue it looked exactly as I’d imagined it, perfectly set up by her and her incredible team. Our wedding day was perfect and seamless thanks to Agnes. The best decision you will make in planning your wedding is having Agnes on your team! -

A Fabulous Soiree is the absolute best!
Agnes made me feel much more comfortable about the whole process. I felt a sense of ease knowing that I was in such good hands. She is kind and generous with her time and knowledge. I couldn't have appreciated how much work goes into planning a wedding until I went through it myself, and having someone so kind-hearted like Agnes on our side was invaluable.
I could tell from a short phone call with Agnes that she ran a high quality business and would be a pleasure to work with. From day one she gave us all the resources we needed to move forward on time and on task, in addition to having perfectly paced out meetings with her to see how things were going.
Her attention to detail is remarkable.
During rehearsal, Agnes noticed my officiant kept gesturing to her chest when she mentioned the mic. She realized that our officiant needed a lapel mic, but apparently there wasn't one listed on the DJ's equipment list. I think she solved the issue by contacting our DJ and making sure he brought one. He hadn't followed up on his meeting with us that week so I think she actually solved a problem we would have had otherwise. It's that kind of awareness and care that makes her so incredible.
Her whole team is kind and professional and made us feel taken care of the whole wedding day. I can’t and don’t want to imagine having our wedding without them. Thank you!

I was on the fence about a coordinator but since I only had 4 months to plan I knew I needed some help. Agnes was absolutely amazing. She responded to me at 11pm when I was overthinking a floor plan, was extremely responsive via text and email every time I reached out. I am very detail oriented and thank god she is exactly the same. Everything from the timeline to the floor plan to the set up list was meticulously put together.
Day of Agnes couldn't be there so my day of coordinator was Brenda who was absolutely amazing. I literally didn't think of anything on the day of my wedding except having fun which is exactly how it should be.
Agnes came to me as a recommendation from a close friend and I would absolutely recommend her and her team over and over again.

Agnes and team were wonderful! From our initial consult she put us at ease- we really wanted someone who had experience planning similar weddings to ours (we had a combined tea ceremony and then Western evening ceremony and reception at three locations). Agnes always responded quickly to any questions we had and was so helpful in creating our timeline and handling logistics. The actual day of our wedding is when I was most impressed- everything went so smoothly and it was great not to stress about details because the team was there every step of the day handling setup, reminding us where to be, keeping our wedding party on track, and making sure we had time to do all the things we prioritized (family photos, etc.). I would highly recommend AFS to anyone thinking about hiring a coordinator or planner- it's so worth it! -

Wonderful and super professional!
My husband and I definitely recommend Agnes and her team! We really appreciated how responsive and professional Agnes was when we reached out. There were a lot of things involved in wedding planning that we weren’t aware of and Agnes made sure to address them and have all our bases covered. I felt well supported every step of the way! When we had little breaks during the reception, the team made it a point to ensure that we had eaten some dinner and to take care of ourselves amidst the chaos of the day. My family and friends also talk a lot about how fun the day was and how impressed they were with how it all came together and none of this would have happened without Agnes and her team! I don’t think we could have chosen a better planner. :) Also, my husband and I were a bit anxious, especially since we’re used to being very hands on for our events, but in just the first few emails and meetings we really got a sense that we could leave our wedding in A Fabulous Soirée’s hands and not worry about every little detail. I definitely recommend A Fabulous Soirée for anyone planning a wedding who knows which vendors they need but need help seamlessly getting the day together. Thank you Agnes and team for being such amazing people!!! -

We could not say enough thank yous to Agnes or the rest of the A Fabulous Soiree team!! We were lucky enough to have found A Fabulous Soiree via instagram, after searching for a coordinator for our special day. We honestly interviewed 4 different potential coordinators but we knew right away after speaking with Agnes she was the one we wanted to work with. During our talk she did a great job explaining everything, giving us an outline of what we needed to get done, and what to expect during the planning process. Everyone always told us planning a wedding would be stressful but not with Agnes she was a great resource when finding our photographer and working with other vendors. She always went above and beyond answering our questions, meeting us at the venue to do walk throughs, our rehearsal and making sure everything was going in the right direction for our special day. The day of the whole A Fabulous Soiree really made us feel special from Diana helping us at our ceremony location, while the rest of team made our dreams come true at the reception. At the reception Agnes, Irma and the rest of team were always near us, helping getting everyone together for pictures, getting people where they needed to be, making sure we were eating, always had a drink in our hand, we could not have had such a great time at our own wedding without their help. Everyone always told us your wedding day goes by fast, but with A Fabulous Soiree we were able to enjoy the day completely at a perfect pace.

We had the pleasure of working with Agnes for over 2 years (thanks Covid). Our wedding was supposed to be in 2020, but got pushed back not once, not twice, but three times. She was so patient and understanding due to the size of our party was huge.
We finally got back to planning in 2022 and Agnes was always an email/text/call available. She was so helpful to communicate with all my other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. She checked in the night before at the venue to make sure everything was setup accordingly. Agnes wasn’t able to spend the day with us, but her team was there to make sure our day went so smooth. They were so patient with my dad, who can definitely cause some trouble. I am so grateful to have the team there to help throughout the day. We never felt an ounce of stress or rushed because we were always in communication with her team if anything came up. It was the smoothest day and they always made sure we were hydrated and eating.
Cannot thank Agnes and her team enough for our best day ever. Eternally grateful for all their help! -

Having planned many events in my life I thought I could totally do this and just hire a day of coordinator. If I could go back in time I would have hired Agnes to plan everything. The team is perfection. Agnes' knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm are greater than any problem we encountered (planning a wedding during a pandemic). She was always accessible, and always ready with excellent ideas and suggestions. We would not be married and our events would not have happened without A Fabulous Soiree! -

Earlier this month, I had the opportunity to work with Agnes and her team for a wedding at the Maxwell House in Pasadena (I'm a wedding DJ). From start to finish, it was clear that Agnes cared about the couple and was willing to put in the time/effort needed to make sure even the smaller details were perfect. She even attended one of the meetings I had with the couple (which I've found is rare for a wedding planner/coordinator). This was certainly not expected of her, but it really made a difference in making sure all of us were in sync on the couple's timeline. At the wedding itself, Agnes and her team were attentive, friendly, and professional. Setup was completed early, the venue looked incredible, and the timeline ran smoothly. The couple was super happy at the end of the wedding! I'd gladly work with A Fabulous Soirée again, and I'd highly recommend them to any couples in need of a planner. -

Exceeded My Expectations
I had a surprised bridal shower by A Fab Soiree and friends. Agnes was my bridesmaid and she led the planning and execution of the event. I might be biased but I think it might just be the best shower ever! Agnes transformed my parents backyard to be a hot air balloon, high tea wonderland. The emaculate details that goes into the planning is just amazing. I couldn't imagine the space being used the way it did, totally exceeded my expectations.
Agnes is very talented and resourceful. She also helped me made custom save the date cards and the most beautiful custom wedding invitation. She can make custom prints on shirts and bags, make invitations, backdrops, floral arrangements, you name it, she can do it! She always finds ways to improve and test her limits.
I totally recommend Agnes and her company, A Fab Soiree to anyone that needs a planner. Agnes is reliable and a great communicator. Shes patient and friendly, she listens to what her client needs and always delivers.
She will guide you with her expertise and experience, shares recommendations and make your special day, extra extra special. -

Super awesome to have @afabsoiree as our wedding coordinator!! Don’t know what I would have done without Agnes and her inspirations. She was fast at responding to any questions we had, very organized and accommodating to any issues/concerns we had throughout our year planning. Really recommend their services to anyone who has a full schedule and don’t know where to begin, or really anyone who is getting married!
