You can tell he knows what he's doing and feels comfortable speaking in front of large crowds (200 people for us). He had the perfect balance of serious and humorous to lighten the mood -- which is honestly needed in such a serious moment, sometimes ceremonies can feel rather stuffy especially if you're not writing your own vows.
We had so many people come up to us during the reception telling us how great our officiant was and we couldn't agree more. You can't go wrong with having a professional marry you and your soulmate, especially Jon!

As soon as he took the reins and the ceremony began, I instantly felt at ease. His calm presence, professionalism, and kindness grounded the whole moment. We dealt with a few difficult vendors throughout our planning, but working with Jon was effortless. He was responsive, flexible, and genuinely cared about getting everything right — which meant the world to us.
He handled everything perfectly, including the unexpected! Which involved a neighbour’s rooster and movie special-effects sounds blasting from the next garden over! It all ended up adding character to our ceremony in the most hilarious and memorable way.
