Let me start by saying I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and although the customer service hasn't always been great the actual service is always amazing. However with that being said, my recent experience has ended my relationship with AF Bennett. I had an 8am appt., which I was running late for but I called prior to going to make sure that I wasn't going to have an issue. I told Kayla that I would be about 20 minutes late and if it was an issue I would just reschedule. She assured me that it wasn't a problem since my services were back to back. I arrived at 8:17 elected not to have a steam shower or a drink so that we could make up for my lateness. Now keep in mind between the drink and the personal steam shower you have about 20 minutes prior to your actual service. Nonetheless after my massage which was amazing the young lady informed me that they didn't have enough time for my second service. She said they should have told me when I checked in. She went and got the manager who explained the same thing to me. Although she was very nice, it still doesn't change the fact that they should have told me, that's why I called prior to my appt. because I didn't want to inconvenience anyone nor did I want to waste my time. What was supposed to be a relaxing day off turn into an extremely annoying ordeal! Furthermore you would think that they would have given me the option of which services I wanted to have done. The massage was a total waste of time and money, I am far from relaxed!
