Experience

Ambrosia Milan, the lead event designer, is a talented professional with experience in entertainment and management. She first earned a B.S. in Film & Television Production from Full Sail University, then became certified in Broadcast Communication Technology through the Carolina School of Broadcasting. She worked many years as a Television Broadcast Director; the experience taught her to think creatively, and work well under pressure with tight deadlines. Eventually, she decided it was time for a change and attended QC Event School, earning her certifications in International Event and Wedding Planning (IEWP).

As planners we work together with each couple as a team. We discuss your overall vision, take the time to get to know you and your personalities and the story of how you fell in love. We learn your likes and dislikes, figure out your wedding day “must haves,” and talk about traditions and details to perfectly express your individual style and story. We call, we Skype, we Pin everything together to create a cohesive, focused look. And with Passports in hand, we're ready to follow you to your beautiful destination!
