I am the mother of the bride and we found 20/20 through word of mouth. We reached out because their pictures looked beautiful and they had 5 star ratings. My email was replied to in a timely manner. I have reached out to many caterers and some don’t even respond, but not 20/20. They were attentive and answered all my questions. I am so glad we went with them because they were in contact the whole time up to the day of the wedding. My daughter wanted a charcuterie board and 20/20 sure did deliver! It was absolutely beautiful and great prices too. I got a quote from another company in the area and they were charging over $16 per person just for the charcuterie board! 20/20 had the best prices and they do try hard to work with your budget. If you want extras, they tell you up front the pricing. There were no surprises and they don’t require a 18% gratuity charge unlike all the other catering companies we reached out to which was great. We were able to tip what we felt was fair. Everyone from their team was professional, smiling and very polite. Thank you so much for making my daughters day so great. Everyone raved about the food and how accommodating your staff was. We will only use you for all our other catering needs. Thank you again!

We used 2020 for our wedding and I am so glad we did. They came recommended from other family gatherings we had them do. The food was amazing, Terrin and Lainey were punctual and responded in a timely manner each time I had a question. They were upfront with costs and no hidden fees which I have found other caterers do. They also gave us the left overs which I have talked to other places and they don't "allow" you to take food home. The staff was amazing serving the meal and I liked how they had an option of servers or just a drop off and pick up if you are trying to save money. Thank you again!!

My fiance, now wife, and I were looking all over for a caterer. We saw 2020 online and saw they had 5 stars and the only caterers with BBB Accredited which is a big deal to us. We got a quote and was the cheapest out or close to all the other quotes. This company was the first to reply the quickest and was on top of everything. You can't go wrong with 2020. They were attentive and answered all our questions. Best experience and the food was amazing!! The guests were amazed and said it was " the best wedding food ever." Best caterers in battle creek! We use them all the time for our business lunches and people always have about the food. We have tried other caterers in the area and the food is just subpar and they usually just drop off. 2020 actually sets it up, cleans up, etc. We only use them now!!

2020 Bistro and Catering has a stellar reputation for being one of the best caterers in Battle Creek and we were not disappointed. We heard about them from other parties we have been to and they were just amazing. They worked with our budget and we can do as little or as much as we wanted. Of course if you want linens and cocktail hour, entrees, dessert, drinks and servers you will pay but unlike other caterers they don't do an automatic 20% gratuity. They told us that they dont believe in charging tips and it should be earned not expected which we really appreciated. I had so many different ideas and thank goodness they were patient because i changed the menu like 5 times! Overall, the food was fantastic – tasty, well-made, fresh and elegant. The food is one of the few things people remember from weddings and our guests have been raving about it for days after. And also any left overs we got to keep. Many caterers we spoke with that is not the case saying they cant due to "health code". 2020 came highly recommended and now we know why. We have already booked with them for our next family reunion!

We are a small company in Battle Creek and have heard great things about 2020 and their pictures on Facebook look great so we decided to try them out. Their food, professionalism and presentation was amazing. They came in, set everything up and came back and cleaned up everything. I didn't have to do a thing! We cater out quite a bit and no other company does what 2020 did. Their prices were right on point and comparable to other places. They can do anything you want that is not on the menu which is good to know. Our higher ups were impressed and we will definitely use them again!

We had 2020 do our cocktail hour and desserts. The oreo fluff is AMAZING! The Meat/Cheese and Cracker Tray, Fruit display and Veggie Tray were so beautiful and the guests devoured them. They were so easy to work with and great prices. They truly do have amazing prices and cheaper than many other caterers. Thank you again!
