1000 Linens is the way to go

Since we began planning our wedding, a lot of our friends recommended we hired Tony and his staff at 1000 Linens. And honestly, they were not wrong. Hiring Tony was the best decision we could have made. From the very beginning, Tony met with us and began helping us plan. He was very professional throughout the entire process and was there for us whenever we had questions. He ensured everything was the way we pictured it, and really helped us contact many other vendors to assist with our big day. We couldn’t have had done it without Tony and his staff, and will forever be grateful with his good sense of communication, professionalism, and hard work which made our special day the best. Thank you Tony!

A Celebration of Life like no other

Our mom was a vibrant, caring, woman whi’s nicknames were “Sunny D” and the Champagne Lady. She lived her 90 yrs of life to the fullest - so we wanted to honor that. Tony was as instrumental in taking our vague ideas in a short 10 days, and created an amazing set up for 130 guests but in a way to make it comfortable for more (smart, bc we had 165 show up). The table arrangements from where to place them, to how to decorate with champagne linens, flatware, to arrange for appetizers, desserts, display tables for photos, memorabilia, guest sign in, to the amazing Eric, the bartender, as well as 3 top notch serving staff, made the event run smoothly. Tony thought of every instance, aspects we haven’t t even considered. It was an emotional time, and we really leaned on Tony and staff to create an event that everyone is still talking about. I would honestly give more stars if I could. And let me add, I did my due diligence, and interviewed 2 other caterers. Ha, there was no question who to choose! Not only were they very professional, top quality, but they were the best price. Easily 1/3 or more than the other caterers. And… Tony still worked with us on added wall and ceiling lights to achieve the atmosphere we wanted to honor our mom. We had a tight budget which we shared with Tony, and he helped creatively to achieve that goal. Thank you for a memorable event.👏🥰

Absolutely perfect

We cannot recommend 1000 Linens and Tony (the owner) highly enough! Tony truly made our wedding day a dream come true. From start to finish, his family-owned business was a one-stop shop for everything we needed, which took all the stress out of planning. He provided catering (including appetizers), florals, desserts, bartending, setup, cleanup, servicing, and so much more! Tony’s attention to detail and personal touch ensured every aspect of the day was exactly as I envisioned.

What really stood out was how personable and accommodating Tony was. He was always available to meet with us, listened to all our ideas, and went above and beyond to bring them to life. His flexibility, professionalism, and genuine care for making our day perfect were truly unmatched. From the beautifully arranged flowers to the seamless service during the event, everything was executed flawlessly.

Tony and his team took care of everything with ease, allowing us to simply enjoy our special day. If you’re looking for a vendor who is reliable, talented, and a joy to work with, 1000 Linens is the way to go. We’re so grateful to Tony and his team for helping make our wedding unforgettable. Would give more stars if I could

WOW!!!!! Tony and his team do it ALL!!! I stumbled on his services as he was setting up a wedding in my same venue in Marina Village. At first I was just going to use his linen services, and one thing led to the next and he was doing all the lights, bartenders, chairs, decor, to the florals, just about everything the venue needed. Here was extremely communicative and offered so much advice with all his experience he’s had throughout the years. He ended up working like a coordinator, answering a bunch of questions that my other vendors had because he has so much knowledge of the facility. I choose the DIY (BYOC/ BYOB) route and I don’t know what I would’ve done without him. Everything he did for us turned out exceptional, but I need to have a special shout out for the florals! I sent a picture for what I was considering, and he blew it out of the park with the most gorgeous orchid display I’ve ever seen. I’ve been getting so many comments about my bouquet and ceremony arch florals that were reused for the reception. Tony is very good at what he does and is very fair in pricing, always giving me good advise and tips/tricks for getting more cost efficient.

100% Highly Recommend!!!

Tony and his wife (and staff) at 1000 Linens were absolutely amazing! He listened to my needs and helped me find an amazing venue for my son’s wedding reception. Everything exceeded our expectations. The food was INCREDIBLE and the decor and details were all so beautiful! My son and daughter-in-law were soo happy! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Tony and his staff were super attentive and amazing. I did not have to worry about anything. He had every detailed down. All I needed to do was show up!! food was amazing. Received nothing but compliments. Definitely referring him to anybody that plans to have a party..

Great vendor! Would do again!

Would we go with Tony and 1000 Linens again? YES 100%! Was it perfect? No. Tony and his crew are super experienced and were a one-stop-shop for us and our wedding reception. We purchased the following through him (and are glad we did): 1 bartender, 2 servers for staying from early till cleanup and 2 more servers just during dinner, 82 chairs, he decorated our wedding reception room, and created all of our table floral centerpieces, my bouquet, plus a beautiful bouquet for the flower girl. He is a preferred vendor with Marina Village and was very professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. His prices are competitive, and he gives great care to you as his client. My favorite parts? How he attended to the detailed things I requested. For example: I showed him a picture of a bridal bouquet I liked and he made me my bouquet based on that. It was phenomenal and I could not have been happier! It was stunning in colors and quality. Also with the floral centerpiece for the couple's table, it was beautifully done, and he created it all from one picture I said I liked. We enjoyed that for 2 weeks here at home after the wedding. We at the last minute added an order of boutonnieres and the colors he picked were perfect. He is approachable about any questions you may have and trust me, I had a lot! I'm glad we used his linens as they did go all the way to the floor and the ones the Marina would have provided do not. Tony knows details like this and present you with numerous options so you can choose what works best for you. The flower centerpieces on the guest tables were beautiful and went with the theme we wanted (spring, rustic wedding), but were smaller than I was expecting. Easy fix: ask Tony to give you a size estimate if you show him a picture and he says he can make that floral arrangement for you. Please note the flowers were quality looking. The following are the couple things that did not go 100% as we envisioned: First, we wanted lots of market lights strung across the room to make it feel like an outdoor patio and prevent needing to use the overhead lighting. He suggested 5 strands of lights and said that would be more than enough saying more would be too much light. However, the room was darker than we had hoped. Luckily, our wedding coordinator was able to take a drill and do a little magic with one extra strand of lights so the bar area was lit. That and the smaller centerpieces on the guest tables just made the room seem more simple than decorated. It ended up being lit enough but we had hoped for a more lavishing of lights. That is not the end of the world! Tony knows his stuff, though, and perhaps it was a safety thing with the lights. The other thing is we ordered white folding chairs through Tony and he in the end got brown ones instead. This was disappointing, but he refunded us a significant portion of the cost of the chairs as a way to make it better. And it was still a lovely room! Tony's employees were all top-notch, everyone enjoyed the drinks made by the bartender and the servers did a quality job keeping things flowing with the food. We got our security deposit back so they cleaned up the room great too. Tony, thank you for making our wedding reception beautiful and turning ideas into realities. For all these reasons, I highly recommend 1000 Linens to any bride/couple on their special day.

Wedding - Linen Draping / Food / Cake / Flowers / Photo Booth

Tony and his team were incredible! They truly made a very last minute dream come true for my husband and I. We asked the impossible of them - To make a shiplap chic wedding in Mission Bay work in less than three months and needless to say we were very impressed with the results and all of their efforts. The flowers were beautiful, everyone raved about the food and cake. Everyone danced , enjoyed the Photo Booth, and left us saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Thank you a million times to Tony and your team!

Relaxed with useful feedback and suggestions

Speaking with Antonio and his team was very easy and their experience with event planning really showed. We were able to achieve the look and feel that we wanted thanks to his useful recommendations. Prices were very fair and he was always transparent with us. We really did appreciate all of his help.
