    1000 Linens is the way to go

    Since we began planning our wedding, a lot of our friends recommended we hired Tony and his staff at 1000 Linens. And honestly, they were not wrong. Hiring Tony was the best decision we could have made. From the very beginning, Tony met with us and began helping us plan. He was very professional throughout the entire process and was there for us whenever we had questions. He ensured everything was the way we pictured it, and really helped us contact many other vendors to assist with our big day. We couldn’t have had done it without Tony and his staff, and will forever be grateful with his good sense of communication, professionalism, and hard work which made our special day the best. Thank you Tony!

    A Celebration of Life like no other

    Our mom was a vibrant, caring, woman whi’s nicknames were “Sunny D” and the Champagne Lady. She lived her 90 yrs of life to the fullest - so we wanted to honor that. Tony was as instrumental in taking our vague ideas in a short 10 days, and created an amazing set up for 130 guests but in a way to make it comfortable for more (smart, bc we had 165 show up). The table arrangements from where to place them, to how to decorate with champagne linens, flatware, to arrange for appetizers, desserts, display tables for photos, memorabilia, guest sign in, to the amazing Eric, the bartender, as well as 3 top notch serving staff, made the event run smoothly. Tony thought of every instance, aspects we haven’t t even considered. It was an emotional time, and we really leaned on Tony and staff to create an event that everyone is still talking about. I would honestly give more stars if I could. And let me add, I did my due diligence, and interviewed 2 other caterers. Ha, there was no question who to choose! Not only were they very professional, top quality, but they were the best price. Easily 1/3 or more than the other caterers. And… Tony still worked with us on added wall and ceiling lights to achieve the atmosphere we wanted to honor our mom. We had a tight budget which we shared with Tony, and he helped creatively to achieve that goal. Thank you for a memorable event.👏🥰

    Absolutely perfect

    We cannot recommend 1000 Linens and Tony (the owner) highly enough! Tony truly made our wedding day a dream come true. From start to finish, his family-owned business was a one-stop shop for everything we needed, which took all the stress out of planning. He provided catering (including appetizers), florals, desserts, bartending, setup, cleanup, servicing, and so much more! Tony’s attention to detail and personal touch ensured every aspect of the day was exactly as I envisioned.

    What really stood out was how personable and accommodating Tony was. He was always available to meet with us, listened to all our ideas, and went above and beyond to bring them to life. His flexibility, professionalism, and genuine care for making our day perfect were truly unmatched. From the beautifully arranged flowers to the seamless service during the event, everything was executed flawlessly.

    Tony and his team took care of everything with ease, allowing us to simply enjoy our special day. If you’re looking for a vendor who is reliable, talented, and a joy to work with, 1000 Linens is the way to go. We’re so grateful to Tony and his team for helping make our wedding unforgettable.     Would give more stars if I could

    WOW!!!!! Tony and his team do it ALL!!! I stumbled on his services as he was setting up a wedding in my same venue in Marina Village. At first I was just going to use his linen services, and one thing led to the next and he was doing all the lights, bartenders, chairs, decor, to the florals, just about everything the venue needed. Here was extremely communicative and offered so much advice with all his experience he’s had throughout the years. He ended up working like a coordinator, answering a bunch of questions that my other vendors had because he has so much knowledge of the facility. I choose the DIY (BYOC/ BYOB) route and I don’t know what I would’ve done without him. Everything he did for us turned out exceptional, but I need to have a special shout out for the florals! I sent a picture for what I was considering, and he blew it out of the park with the most gorgeous orchid display I’ve ever seen. I’ve been getting so many comments about my bouquet and ceremony arch florals that were reused for the reception. Tony is very good at what he does and is very fair in pricing, always giving me good advise and tips/tricks for getting more cost efficient.

    Amazing experience! Highly recommend

    They ensured my daughters event was amazing. Food was delicious and on time. Decorations were beautiful. Staff was very nice and attentive.

    100% Highly Recommend!!!

    Tony and his wife (and staff) at 1000 Linens were absolutely amazing! He listened to my needs and helped me find an amazing venue for my son’s wedding reception. Everything exceeded our expectations. The food was INCREDIBLE and the decor and details were all so beautiful! My son and daughter-in-law were soo happy! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

    Faith’s 18 Year old party

    Tony and his staff were super attentive and amazing. I did not have to worry about anything. He had every detailed down. All I needed to do was show up!! food was amazing. Received nothing but compliments. Definitely referring him to anybody that plans to have a party..

    Great vendor! Would do again!

    Would we go with Tony and 1000 Linens again? YES 100%! Was it perfect? No. Tony and his crew are super experienced and were a one-stop-shop for us and our wedding reception. We purchased the following through him (and are glad we did): 1 bartender, 2 servers for staying from early till cleanup and 2 more servers just during dinner, 82 chairs, he decorated our wedding reception room, and created all of our table floral centerpieces, my bouquet, plus a beautiful bouquet for the flower girl. He is a preferred vendor with Marina Village and was very professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. His prices are competitive, and he gives great care to you as his client. My favorite parts? How he attended to the detailed things I requested. For example: I showed him a picture of a bridal bouquet I liked and he made me my bouquet based on that. It was phenomenal and I could not have been happier! It was stunning in colors and quality. Also with the floral centerpiece for the couple's table, it was beautifully done, and he created it all from one picture I said I liked. We enjoyed that for 2 weeks here at home after the wedding. We at the last minute added an order of boutonnieres and the colors he picked were perfect. He is approachable about any questions you may have and trust me, I had a lot! I'm glad we used his linens as they did go all the way to the floor and the ones the Marina would have provided do not. Tony knows details like this and present you with numerous options so you can choose what works best for you. The flower centerpieces on the guest tables were beautiful and went with the theme we wanted (spring, rustic wedding), but were smaller than I was expecting. Easy fix: ask Tony to give you a size estimate if you show him a picture and he says he can make that floral arrangement for you. Please note the flowers were quality looking. The following are the couple things that did not go 100% as we envisioned: First, we wanted lots of market lights strung across the room to make it feel like an outdoor patio and prevent needing to use the overhead lighting. He suggested 5 strands of lights and said that would be more than enough saying more would be too much light. However, the room was darker than we had hoped. Luckily, our wedding coordinator was able to take a drill and do a little magic with one extra strand of lights so the bar area was lit. That and the smaller centerpieces on the guest tables just made the room seem more simple than decorated. It ended up being lit enough but we had hoped for a more lavishing of lights. That is not the end of the world! Tony knows his stuff, though, and perhaps it was a safety thing with the lights. The other thing is we ordered white folding chairs through Tony and he in the end got brown ones instead. This was disappointing, but he refunded us a significant portion of the cost of the chairs as a way to make it better. And it was still a lovely room! Tony's employees were all top-notch, everyone enjoyed the drinks made by the bartender and the servers did a quality job keeping things flowing with the food. We got our security deposit back so they cleaned up the room great too. Tony, thank you for making our wedding reception beautiful and turning ideas into realities. For all these reasons, I highly recommend 1000 Linens to any bride/couple on their special day.

    Wedding - Linen Draping / Food / Cake / Flowers / Photo Booth

    Tony and his team were incredible! They truly made a very last minute dream come true for my husband and I. We asked the impossible of them - To make a shiplap chic wedding in Mission Bay work in less than three months and needless to say we were very impressed with the results and all of their efforts. The flowers were beautiful, everyone raved about the food and cake. Everyone danced , enjoyed the Photo Booth, and left us saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Thank you a million times to Tony and your team!

    Relaxed with useful feedback and suggestions

    Speaking with Antonio and his team was very easy and their experience with event planning really showed. We were able to achieve the look and feel that we wanted thanks to his useful recommendations. Prices were very fair and he was always transparent with us. We really did appreciate all of his help.

    Great value, service, & professionalism!

    The wedding was absolutely amazing. We had zero stress the day-of and everything turned out better than we had expected. Our guests kept telling us throughout the night and days after how much fun they had and how beautiful everything was. The staff was very friendly and the bartenders were fun, but also responsible. Weeks leading up to our wedding, communication was efficient and Tony spoke to us like we were friends. At the end of it all, they almost felt like family. Thank you, again 1000 Linens!

    Great flowers and lighting

    Originally I booked 1000 linens to set up lighting, and I ended up having them do my flowers for my wedding as well. They did a great job. The lighting was up at the correct time and it made the room beautiful! The flowers were great, fresh and vibrant. The owner made it easy and got us exactly what we wanted!

    Absolutely Amazed

    The Best services

    The decor, the food, the lemonade and the overall service far exceeded our expectations. My daughter as well as our guests were very pleased and content with our event.     Wonderful Experience

    I had an incredibly positive experience working with Tony and the 1,000 Linens team coordinating my wedding. They took care of everything for my reception including the rentals, catering, cake, florals, and bartender. Tony is a real expert and made planning everything so easy. Every detail of my reception was more beautiful than I had imagined. You can tell they really went above and beyond to make my wedding dreams come true. I highly recommend that any couple getting married use 1,000 Linens, and I would definitely work with him again to handle all my party planning needs!

    Look No further! The BEST!

    Tony and his company are truly worth every penny! My husband and I couldn't of asked for a better service. 1000 Linens goes above and beyond to deliver the best quality. Our venue was simple and Tony completely transformed it into a fairytale. The food, bartending, waiters, and coordination was fantastic and allowed us to enjoy our party and our guest. 1000 Linens also helped us with flower arrangements and bouquets and they all turned out beautiful. Even planning through the pandemic, Tony helped make our dreams come true. We would definitely rehire in the future.

    Tony is awesome and is amazing at what he does!

    We decided to book our venue at Marina Village and were looking for vendors to help make it happen. We wanted something small (100-120 people) and simple, but i still wanted something beautiful for my Queen. We met with a couple caterers and wedding planners and although professional, we weren’t sold. My girl stumbled upon 1000 linens and we set up a meeting. We met Tony and he answered every question and concern we had. We ended up signing our contract soon after and not once regretted it. Tony provided the most amazing service and literally had his hands in everything at our wedding. From the beautiful setup, the tasty food, Flowers, helping us find our Photographer, Someone to make our beautiful and tasty cake, Videographer, Photo booth, DJ, and other things I cannot think of at the moment. My now Wife and myself knew what we wanted but trusted Tony to make changes. One huge audible that was pulled on Tony was that the weather decided not to cooperate with us on our wedding day weekend. The ceremony was set to be outdoors, and although dealing with the situation with the venue of not being able to use the outdoors part ( Grass was extremely muddy and our payment was basically lost), Tony made us forget all about our situation and did an amazing job with with our now indoor ceremony. Words cannot describe the amazing Job Tony did, and how grateful we are for not just finding someone who is great at what they do, but an amazing person. We would recommend Tony and his staff to anyone and everyone no matter your budget.

    Sidenote: Have not met with the photographer for our photos, but we have a couple and will update this with better photos if possible.

    Antonio and Monica are very professional. After attending an event they had coordinated, I opted to have them coordinate my daughter's quinceañera and I was not disappointed. Everything was beautiful and my guests were very happy.

    Excellent professionalism

    By hiring 1000 linens, we were worry free, they took care of everything for us. The set up was perfect for our event, the food was great, their servers were very profesional and courteous. The owner was always making sure that we were catered to. We left the event and 1000 linens took everything down and cleaned the venue spotless clean.     All around amazing!

    Tony and his team went above and beyond for our wedding. Our wedding consisted of approximately 300 guests and all had nothing but wonderful things to say about the food, service, and decor. Tony gave us great tips about decor selections for our wedding based on his years of experience, and everything turned out so much better than we could have imagined. We are eternally grateful to Tony and his team for their hard work and dedication to our wedding. Highly recommend!

    Amazing Experience

    It was a great pleasure to work with 1000 Linens and would highly recommend to anyone who is planning a wedding. Tony made the process very fluid and always made himself available for phone calls, emails and meetings. We used 1000 linens for all linens, flatware, silverware, catering, flowers and day of staff and they exceeded exceptions on all aspects.

    Gorgeous and affordable wedding with an amazing caterer.

    Tony exceeded all of our expectations. We had a pretty big wedding that we wanted to keep in budget and Tony did everything he could to keep us there. He is VERY family oriented and takes into account every detail. Tony provides a rustic themed table set up with mahogany chivari chairs (that shockingly did not cost an arm and a leg), along with a delicious plated chipotle chicken dinner. He had excellent serves and bartenders and made sure the party ran smoothly all night. If you don’t know, when you get married, you’re EVERYWHERE and it’s hard to just enjoy the party. I will say however, that I NEVER had to worry about anything patty related because Tony had it covered.
    The only thing I’m sad about is that our wedding is over and we’re not working with him anymore! I will definitely be using Toby and his company for ANY upcoming events I have and I 100000000% recommend his services to EVERYONE! He’s an incredible party planner and just an all around great human being.

    You won’t regret hiring 1000 linens! Best thing we could of done for our wedding. Tony and his team took the stress off by helping us with catering, linens, flowers and more! From the 1st day we met with Tony to the very last day of the wedding he was there step by step which was awesome. The day of the wedding everything was above and beyond what i had pictured and was just prefect!

    Tony and his team go above and beyond.

    Tony and the rest of the 1000 Linens team put in an incredible amount of time and effort to make sure our events ran smoothly. We had the team help us with two separate events - the pre-wedding event and a post-wedding reception. In both cases, Tony and his team were timely and quick setting things up. Tony was quick to help our other vendors adjust to the space and was always there to check in and provide advice (like if our water supply was running low or if there were issues with the buffet service) even if it wasn't something he and his team were responsible for. We were so grateful we had them at the events. Even before the day of, Tony was always there to lend an ear, consider and quote out last minute changes, and provide recommendations for additional vendors. He just made the whole process so much less stressful. You are in good hands with 1000 Linens!

    No Brainer 1000 Linens is the way to Go!

    Extremely professional and exceptional value! I feel like most vendors would have been irritated by all my questions and changes to the event not 1000 linens. They got there well before the event started with a tight window and still got the Job done early! I look forward to working with them again on future events! When you want reliable, professional and a at a resonable price choose 1000 Linens!

    Excellent experience!

    Tony exceeded our expectations. He was able to solve many issues for us in the last two weeks before the wedding, when we had a lot of stress because my wedding dress delivery was delayed until two days before the ceremony. He did did an AMAZING job with decorations, taking my vision and turning it into a reality, from the food to the colorful tabletop decorations to the market lights and papal picado hanging overhead. Beforehand, he allowed us to attend some weddings he was coordinating to see the quality of his work. We were very impressed and that is what sold us on his services. We were so lucky to find Tony. I cannot stress this enough. All my friends and family were blown away by his hard work and his skill at making my vision a reality. He is such a hard worker. He was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Tony for making my wedding one of the best days of my life. I highly, highly recommend him!!

    My daughter got married in June 2018 and 1000 Linens provided the food and table/chair linens, as well as food servers. The service they provided was excellent! The decor was beautiful and the food was delicious! I highly recommend!

    While searching for a party rental in San Diego for farm chairs and tables, stage, clear tent, linen, helium tank, lighting, dance floor, tableware for my son's wedding party, I came across 1000 linens of San Diego through a general internet search. The Google reviews drew me to them. Was very satisfied with the level of customer service, professionalism, and friendly demeanor, timely follow up, order delivery and pick up. The tent, flooring, chairs and tables were delivered, brought in to our backyard the day before the party and pricked up the next day.     Tony did a great job with our wedding. The food was great and he really went out of his way during or special moment to make sure that everything went smoothly. He also accommodated us with a special menu request that everyone loved. From the cocktail hour to the end of the night, everything was amazing. We would highly recommend 1000 linens and their services. The food was amazing and the staff did a wonderful job.

    We met Toni by Devine intervention. We strolled through Marina Village looking at rooms. He made my friends wedding magical on a budget. What an amazing experiece. He is the only one that can pull it off!!!!

    I don’t know where to begin, we met Tony by accident while viewing a venue. From the first interaction he was so willing and able to work within our budget and helpful when asked other questions and concerns. He even invited us to try the food we had decided on to help seal the deal. We ended up using 1000 linens for EVERYTHING! Tony gave us an “all inclusive” quote and he set up all the vendors and ended up being the day of coordinator. Tony listened to every concern and every detail I had mentioned I wanted (and didn’t want). Everything was so beautiful and the food was amazing. You can’t go wrong here! We intially set out to have a “wedding on a tight budget” that turned into the best most beautiful day! Thank you 1000 linens! We couldn’t have done it without you.

    I have never heard of 1000 linens until the venue for my daughter‘s wedding reception gave me the number. I was so pleased with the service Tony and his team offered! Tony was the main coordinator for the event. His services included taco cart, linens and decorations for the room, bartender and server’s, and cleanup crew! I had no worries the day of the event and guests said it was amazing!!

    Tony was easy to work with and he was very flexible. My final head count kept changing even to the day of the event and tony still made it work. He took of everything ie decorations, food and even cleaned the venue after the party. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I will use him again

    Finding Tony was the best thing to happen to us while planning our wedding. He had everything we needed and connections with other vendors to help us put our event together. He coordinated everything with the other vendors for us. It was like a one stop shop. Everything turned out above expectations. I would recommend Tony a million times over. Seriously, if you are throwing an event, Tony is the guy to talk to. You will not be disappointed. I can’t say enough good things about Tony and his company. I’m so happy I met him.     My wife and I we are so pleased with the Service we received with Antonio. He has very kind, professional, and above all, he took time to help us in things that were not even agreed in the contract, any other could easily had been ''that's not my responsibility' but Antonio even offered his help. As an example, he went to the church venue that we got married and measure the whole area ahead of time to see if what we were quoting fitted within the space. He spend time adding all the information in a software and showing us the best organization of tables and so for.
    He is very reliable person that keeps his word and will do everything possible for you to have your perfect wedding!!
    We will definitely recommend 1000 Linens of San Diego and it will be my first option next time I need of this service.

    Antonio and his team were everything we needed for our wedding. They work within "your" budget not theirs. Any and all questions or concerns are immediately addressed and thoroughly explained. I couldn't be more happier with how everything turned out. The details in the decorations, silverware down to the beautiful flowers turned out way better than we expected.     "When I first starting planning my wedding I was trying to do everything myself, but I quickly realized that I would need help the day of the wedding. Hiring 1000 Linens of San Diego Company and Tony to be my Day of Coordinator was the best decision I made! My husband and I were married on April 25, 2015 in Admiral Kidd Not only was he there the day of the wedding; coordinating with all vendors, but during the planning process he was always available and willing to give a recommendation, do research on vendors. Thankfully, Tony was able to help us find our Officiant (who we just loved), and musicians for the ceremony.
    The day of the wedding Tony and his staff were completely on point and professional. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. He is so kind and warm and just a pleasure to work with. Best of all he was reasonably priced and always will to meet or speak at a time that work for both me and my husband. I felt like he was always focused on my wedding and I know that things would not have gone as smoothly and flawlessly if Tony was not part of our day. Thanks so much Tony!!

    First of all THANK YOU Antonio for assisting with our event, thanks to you and your team we had a wonderful event. Antonio was able to make the Quinceañera stress free when it came to the venue and decoration. He really went out of his way to make sure every one of our concerns were addressed before the event and on the week of the event completely went out of his way to do extra work that was not a part of his contract. After shopping for several party planners around in San Diego, they were either (1) Way out of our budget [meaning overpriced for the same services Antonio offered], (2) Not helpful, or (3) wanting to plan the party their way, not listening to our requests. With 1,000 Linens of San Diego, Antonio listened to every single one of our requests and even made extra suggestions that made our event better, best of all he worked within our budget! He was always available and open to discuss new ideas. I have never been more pleased with an event planner as I am with the team at 1,000 linens. The day of the event I was over stressed and Antonio assured me that it’ll all be fine and guess what, it was all AMAZINGLY fine, he took care of many details that were my duty and not his. He planned this event as if it was his event and invested so much time in making sure it was PERFECT! Our guests enjoyed the party and they all had positive comments regarding the set up and decoration. I will definitely recommend Antonio and his team at 1,000 Linens to anyone having a party and will definitely use them again.     David and Vanessa from San Diego Linens were such a pleasure to work with and really cared about the execution of our event. I produced a 3D computerized layout as a guide to how I wanted the San Diego Rowing Club to be set-up and they did an outstanding job for us. Due to the mostly outdoor location, our wedding set-up was extensive, with a lot of lighing, draping lounge furniture, and umbrellas that had to be set-up in addition to the usual tables, chairs, china, etc. Our facility coordinator commented that San Diego Linens had the equipment all there and were even ready to start a tad early. When I arrived, the set-up was absolutely magical with everything just as I had wanted. All our guests keep commenting to me, even weeks later, about how amazing everything looked and functioned for a perfect day and amazing memories.

    I had a few things that needed to be changed before the wedding and he was more then happy to work with the changes. I am bless to say I am glad he was referred to me and not only did I use him for my wedding I plan on using him for other events.     Tony and his wife provided excellent, friendly and professional service. The product I chose was beautiful but Tony repeatedly went above and beyond to show even better options of product which I did end up using. He even took the time to meet me at my house when convenient for me to show sample items of new product that he found. I was not happy with my floral decor done by a friend for my table center pieces and Tony offered to make them look larger and more beautiful at a great price. He also went out to purchase extra flowers as needed and just added the cost to my bill. Everything I asked for and wanted Tony provided. I received a large amount of compliments on how extremely beautiful and grand my reception room was decorated thanks to Tony , 1000 Linens of San Diego. I have recommended Tony's services to all my family and friends who are planning there wedding. Tony was by far the best vendor I had the pleasure to work with during my wedding planning. Pricing chair covers, linens, etc... Tonys prices could not be beat by a long shot. Tony is now my go to vendor for party planning in my future. I would highly recommend his services.

    I highly recommend 1000 Linens! I rented linens, dishes, silverware, glasses, champagne flutes, chair covers and sashes, etc. from them. They also ended up providing my flowers. Tony was great to work with. He is professional, friendly, courteous and responds quickly. He responded to my questions when they came up during the planning process, and was flexible when I had to make color changes a couple of times. He is very accommodating. They also gave us a GREAT deal (cheapest linens services we could find!) since we were on a budget-- he was very willing to work within our budget needs! Some of the color selection wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but they did the best they could, and they were definitely more than worth the cost! They also provided drop off, set up and pick up services. They are reliable. I highly recommend them!

    Im so glad that we found such an amazing team with antonio and 1000 linens. We loved our wedding venue it was totally transformed our table was super cute.
    Everyone of our guest loved our hall my flowers were really nice and any changes i wanted to make antonio was more than happy to adjust. Thank u for making our wedding day , a day that we would never forget.

    Special day 11/11

    1000 linens is the vendor you want to select for your special event. We were very lucky to have Tony and his staff accommodate our requests from decorations to food. He is very flexible and works with you all the way. Our wedding day was special and we did not have to worry about small details

    Great experience!

    Fe the very beginning, Tony assured me that his business is a professional, all inclusive and AFFORDABLE. Tony made sure we felt comfortable and he made sure to answer all our questions. I was very hands in the pot of my wedding and would make last minute changes and Tony would always make sure he made my board come to life. Day of the wedding, WOW, we had a boho rustic theme and Tony made it happen from linens, to glass ware to table settings. Will definitely be working with him again! We also ordered a bacon wrapped hot dog Cart and churro cart from him that was a hit!!!

    Smooth and easy rentals

    Tony was very responsive and quickly accommodated my last minute changes. The tables/chairs arrived on time and were set up quickly. 1000 Linens couldn't have been easier to work with.

    My husband and I had a good experience with Tony. We appreciate his team's effort the day of and his flexibility throughout our planning. The communication was good, however it is probably best to communicate with Tony through email understanding his business planning other weddings. There were a few moments where different dynamics showed during the planning, and miscommunication happened. Weddings can be stressful, and one bride tip to another as long as you are open and connect with your vendor...there are endless possibilities! Thank you Tony!

    Unprofessional and scammed out of thousands of dollars

    We hired Tony to be our caterer for our wedding, but when he asked for extra money upfront, we asked for a catering contract (he had only given an invoice). He said he was offended and that he no longer wanted to work with us, and that he would give us back our initial payment (thousands of dollars) "within 72 hours". As of writing, it's been over a month, and he has still not returned our money.

    Never performed the job paid for

    I paid for their services for my wedding in April 2023. Never showed up and still ignoring my calls on trying to get reimbursed. Unacceptable.
