Let’s face it, finding time to plan a wedding is no easy feat. Couples in 2015 spend about 15 hours a week planning their wedding according to a recent WeddingWire survey, and that’s bound to cut into some of your time at the office.

We’ve figured out how you can plan your wedding at work and still ace the performance review at the end of the quarter.

Email vendors
Corresponding with vendors during the work day is an under-the-radar way to plan. According to a recent WeddingWire survey, 77% of couples prefer to use email when communicating with a vendor. If you're able to access your personal email at work it’s an easy way to confirm pricing, set up tastings, and schedule appointments without your boss noticing!

Use WeddingWire's tools
The recent survey also found that 50% of couples plan from their desktop. Lucky for you WeddingWire has a variety of free online tools you can use! Stay organized with a virtual checklist, track your spending with our budget tool, or build your guest list and track RSVPs with our guest list tool! The options are endless for online planning and it all can be easily hidden behind other work-related tabs.

Use the mobile app during lunch
Take advantage of this time outside the office! Make calls to vendors who may prefer to chat over the phone, or use our mobile app to access all of our tools and inspiration right at your finger tips.

G-chat inspiration
Did you find a suit that would look especially good on your S.O.? Send him a picture! Did you find killer bridesmaid dresses you just can’t wait to show your BFFs? G-chat them the link. Collect photos that you’ll use for inspiration and save them in a folder on your desktop that you can open later if you’re slammed with work.

Don’t worry about your what co-workers will think, it’ll look like you’re creating a fancy new algorithm.

Read vendor contracts
Nothing looks more professional than pulling up a PDF with a small font that’s multiple pages long. Take this time to read every word of the contracts your vendor sends you. Before you sign it, make sure to share with your S.O. and make a list of questions you may have. If something seems off, don’t hesitate to ask! It’s better to be safe than sorry.

Good luck! Here’s hoping you don’t get caught.
