cotton candy martinis...

Has anyone had one or made one? And if so, are they good? After watching this last episode of My Fair Wedding where David Tutera showed the couple a cotton candy martini I am obsessed with having them at my wedding mainly because they are pink. What do you think?

i just saw that on MFW also & thought it was so unique. i wonder what they taste like... if the sweetness is slightly dulled by the alcohol, ya know?

I saw this last night too and thought it was brilliant! But I do wonder how they would taste. Since cotton candy is mostly air I imagine it wouldn't sweeten the drink tooo much.

Ive tried them and I wasn't crazy for them at all - however I am more of a rum & coke kinda girl and Ive never really liked martinis but they truly are adorable & so much fun! I love cotton candy!! :D

I have a friend who loves them and suggested them for my wedding...haven't tried one yet

They now have cotton candy vodka that is amazing! It prob would go better with it!

I haven't had it but I bet it's delicious! I had a drink this weekend that had bubble gum vodka in it, and it was amaaaaazinggggg.

I have had them at Fridays they are good but me personally id rather just eat the cotton candy lol but I think it will be a nice personal touch at your wedding

I've tried one, it was so good! It wasn't pink though. It was blue cotton candy with sour apple vodka. Tasted like a sour apple lolly pop! And I watched that episode too! Edited On: Mar 01, 2011 at 11:34 AM

Thanks ladies. Looks like I'm going to head to TGI Friday's and have me one. I definately want these for my wedding though. I'v never seen this done at one before
