Wedding Vendors in Boulder

James photographed our wedding in May and the photos were gorgeous. Leading up to the event, James was very easy to plan with. He helped put together a shot list with plenty of helpful suggestions to help us figure out what kind of photos we wanted. Day of, he arrived early to scope the venue and make sure he had a good understanding of the different photo ops and how the lighting would be affecting each one. As we were getting ready, he took so many sweet candid getting shots of our us with our families. During the ceremony and reception, we didn't even realize he was there - and it showed because the photos look so natural, instead of posed. He made everyone feel at ease. We received our photos so quickly after the event and couldn't wait to share them with our family and friends. Highly recommend working with James!

Sarah helped me officiate my brother’s wedding. Sarah provided many resources and guidance. After the vows, wedding guests came up to me and said the ceremony was PERFECT. Part of the process, which involved interviewing the couples, the best man, and the maid of honor, actually not only yielded a very complete picture of the couple’s love, which I was able to share with the audience that day, but the interview process also supported the couple in composing their vows, and I suspect it helped the best man and maid of honor write even better speeches. So grateful to Sarah for sharing her craft with me. It was an enormous help!

As a very Type A bride, I had high expectations, and Ivory Events exceeded every single one of them. Their communication was outstanding from the very beginning—clear, prompt, and incredibly thorough—which gave me so much peace of mind throughout the entire planning process. They provided amazing support from start to finish and were always there to answer questions, offer guidance, and keep everything on track. Their vendor recommendations were spot-on and made the planning process so much easier. Every vendor they suggested was professional, reliable, and perfectly aligned with our vision. On the wedding day, everything ran seamlessly, allowing me to truly relax and enjoy the moment. Ivory Events is organized, professional, and genuinely cares about their couples. I cannot recommend them enough to any bride looking for a stress-free and beautifully executed wedding!

From our first contact and through our wedding day Jane was very responsive, professional, helpful and just a wonderful human being. We wanted to be married in our favorite vacation spot in Estes Park, CO and she came to us. Between our first contact and the wedding, she led us through steps that helped her prepare the perfect ceremony for our wedding day.. Jane was even involved in a serious car accident on the morning of our wedding however, she went out of her way to make sure she got here and performed the ceremony for us and for this we are forever grateful. We highly recommend Jane!

We had a wonderful experience working with Alexa and the catering team at Savory! After a delicious tasting at Savory, we knew we wanted them to be our caterer for our Welcome Reception at Rembrandt Yard in Boulder. We had an Italian style buffet and we received compliments throughout the evening from our guests about how much they were enjoying the food! Savory made kids' meals for our younger guests, and the kids told us they were delicious. We also ordered desserts from Savory and their chocolate mousse cups and brownies were the perfect treats! Throughout the evening, the staff at Savory was attentive, kind, offered to help us unload and carry up our Welcome Bags from the car, and even recycled the boxes we used to transport the bags! The did a great job at packaging up our leftovers. Alexa was the best to work with! She was quick to respond to emails, made the planning process easy, offered great suggestions, and was present at our final planning meeting with Rembrandt Yard. I could tell she truly cared about our event and wanted us to have a great evening! Savory went above and beyond for us, and we highly recommend working with Savory as your caterer!!

Jeff was absolutely phenomenal! He was communicative, kind, and knowledgeable. He was available for calls and our rehearsal. He brought his skillset to our non-traditional wedding venue and made it his own. The angles, the set-ups, the editing and the back and forth post-wedding. We would choose Jeff again and again.

Lisa was a fantastic officiant for our wedding this September. She was professional, transparent and easy to communicate with. Most importantly, she dedicated a good amount of time to getting know us and she encouraged us to be mindful of the ceremony portion of our wedding when it was all too easy to be focused on the event logistics and other small things. Overall, we had an extremely meaningful and personalized ceremony and hope to have a continued relationship with Lisa.

I can't say enough good things about Colorado Wedding Productions, especially Carl! He was so helpful, organized and professional when it came to our wedding. In the months leading up he was very communicative and always happy to answer any questions we had. On the day, he went above and beyond to keep the evening flowing and the vibes high. Plus, he's just a super cool dude! We would hire them again in a heartbeat. :)

I am still glowing from the success of Megan and Patrick’s wonderful wedding weekend. As I called around Boulder to learn about catering, I stumbled upon Three Leaf and I was impressed with their knowledge and presentation regarding food. However, I had no idea that Lily is also wedding-coordinator extraordinaire. Planning this wedding from out of state was stressful and I was relieved when Three Leaf took on the coordination of this epic wedding. We really owe Three Leaf for the successful outcome. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them. Three Leaf handled five separate events for us; ceremony, reception, after party, and 2 breakfasts.
