We were married April 5, 2025 in Springfield, LA and Ashley was absolutely wonderful!! Our wedding had some pretty unique logistics that we were very nervous about pulling off - from an intimate ceremony at our camp on the Tickfaw River, followed by a boat send off, to a reception at a marina 20 minutes away where our ceremony guests were joined by 80 additional guests. We even had a 90's rock cover band as our main entertainment! Through it all, Ashley never shot down a single idea and was always supportive, excited to bring our vision to life. She even designed our save the dates and wedding invitations and was very patient with us through allll of our edits. Thanks to her we were able to relax and enjoy every moment of our day - Highly recommend Ashley as your wedding planner!

Our DJ from Xpert productions was amazing. We danced the night away at my wedding and had an amazing time. Friends are still telling me weeks later that the DJ was great. They were also very helpful in answering my questions. I did not have a list of all the songs we wanted to be played. We had the kinds of songs we didn't want played. And we knew what song we wanted to dance to and what song to use to end the reception. They were so nice in answering my calls to figure out how to fill out our dance list. I definitely recommend using them for your next event.

Chris and Mike were our dj and photobooth attendant for my wedding March 22, 2025. They were a blast! Chris knows how to read a room and keep the dance floor full! Mike is entertaining and kept our photobooth going! Our wedding reception had people of all ages and these two know how to engage a crowd of all generations! Towards the end of the night, my wedding party decided to basically turn the reception into a karaoke bar and Chris was so gracious and flexible with us as we had our fun singing! I could not be happier with Premiere Sound Services DJ than I am! I would recommend to anyone for any event! They were just great!! From communication and organization leading up to the wedding and full execution of all things discussed during my wedding, my husband and I are so pleased with the experience we had!

Rhonda made us feel so comfortable throughout the ceremony . Our parents loved the ceremony and decor .

We got our wedding cake and grooms cake from Ambrosia. Both looked perfect!! My husband had a tennis themed cupcake cake and I had a traditional wedding cake. Everyone loved both!! Thank you Ambrosia for being a part of our special day :)

Phat Hat was the highlight of our New Orleans destination wedding reception! A month later, our friends and family are still buzzing about the band. We cannot recommend them highly enough. I am from New Orleans, but we planned our wedding from out-of-state. It was really important to us to find a band with an authentic New Orleans sound who could handle destination wedding logistics. We reached out to ~10 bands, and Phat Hat stood out in particular for their extensive demo videos, exciting song list, and competitive pricing. Importantly, unlike many local New Orleans bands that rotate musicians each gig, Phat Hat is a fixed 8-piece group (male + female vocalists, guitar, bass, drums, and a three-horn section). That meant the sound we loved online is exactly what we got on our wedding day, which was crucial when planning remotely. We couldn't believe our luck in finding a band that sounded this good! Rick (their guitarist) was our main point-of-contact and was an absolute pleasure, making the entire out-of-state planning process seamless. He coordinated directly with our venue, helped us understand every step of booking a live band, and directly managed the ceremony music. Rick even sourced a pianist from outside the city when local options were booked, finding us the perfect musician to play the songs we wanted for the ceremony. Phat Hat was also very flexible to work with the equipment available at the venue, handling sound, lighting, stage setup, and timing across both ceremony and reception (which were at the same location) without us needing to worry about anything. They were just eager to play a show! And they absolutely crushed that show. They began captivating our guests before the night even started. While we were taking pre-wedding photos, their saxophonist started soundcheck by warming up with the first few notes of “Careless Whisper,” and the entire room went quiet. Someone in our wedding party broke the silence, saying “Whoa, he’s incredible.” That moment set the tone for the music that night. Every musician is outstanding. Wendell’s vocals are unreal (his smooth, powerful baritone on “What You Won’t Do for Love” stopped me in my tracks when I was supposed to go cut the wedding cake!). Guests are still sending me videos of Rick’s “Purple Rain” solo. And I think the memory of looking down at our reception from upstairs during Phat Hat's rendition of Norah Jones' jazzy, wistful "Don't Know Why" will stick with me forever. I could go on and on about these musicians. Their setlist was the perfect mix of soul/funk and modern hits -- classy, cool, yet high-energy and infectious. It felt exactly like the New Orleans vibe I grew up loving. They also emceed the evening, interacted with the crowd, and kept the event flowing smoothly. They DJ'd recorded music for our first dance song as well as a short playlist of our selections for their break. Most importantly, they kept our dance floor packed all night. Everything felt effortless and fun. I can't wait to catch another one of their shows when we visit New Orleans next. If you’re planning a destination wedding in New Orleans, Phat Hat is exactly the band you want: world-class musicians who will make your night unforgettable. Book them -- you will be glad you did!

Seriously cannot recommend enough!! After 8 is a BLAST!!! Our guest actually refused to get off the dance floor!!! This band is FABULOUS to work with prior to wedding day, AND they DELIVER on expectations on wedding day!!

Billy Heroman's was incredibly easy to work with and their communication was fantastic. I shared a pinterest board with my ideas, and we had a conversation over the phone about the vision. They did a great job! Everyone complimented my bouquets, and I loved the center pieces.

We can’t thank the Complete Weddings and Events team enough for making our son’s wedding absolutely perfect. From the start, Ken’s professionalism gave us total confidence, and meeting Ryan, Eric, and Ken at their open house made the entire planning process feel stress-free. A special shout-out to Eric and Ryan for their incredible flexibility the week of the wedding—they helped us navigate last-minute changes with ease and kept us calm when we needed it most. The Eye Wander team delivered outstanding professionalism, coordination and artistry before, during and after our daughter's wedding. From the engagement photos to the bridal shots, throughout the wedding and reception and including followup viewing and photo selection meetings, Aaron and his staff were right there every step of the way. They provided seasoned expertise and guidance to ensure that all of the wedding memories were captured (amid all of the wedding chaos) - even those that we weren't thinking about. And Aaron's artistry is on a different level. He sees the world, it's elements, arrangements, lighting, colors, shadows, etc., different than the rest of us. We were concerned about sporadic rain showers during the wedding and reception, but Aaron and his photographers incorporated the weather into stunning night shots with backdrops of Christmas lights and street lanterns reflecting off of wet streets. They really captured the magic of the evening. After the all of the wedding excitement had died down, Sharika called us in to view the photos. This was not simply a process where the family huddles around a PC choosing pictures. Instead, we were taken to a spacious, comfortable viewing room where Sharika patiently took us through hundreds of photos on a large digital screen. Along the way, she shared her insights and expertise about each photo and offered ideas about formatting, sizing and presentation in frames and albums. With the careful consideration and analysis that she gave each image, you would have thought she was reviewing her own daughter's photos. I was left with the distinct impression that everyone on the Eye Wander staff really enjoys what they do and that they are all very good at what they do. Working with Aaron and his team was a complete pleasure and we could not be happier with the final results!
