After 8 Band performed at our older daughter's wedding several years ago. They were so fabulous, that we decided to book them again for our younger daughter's wedding recently. This band absolutely delivered a grand night. They kept the energy up all evening and the dance floor was packed until the very end of the reception. Russ, the band leader, was very easy to work with. We received so many compliments from our wedding guests on how great this band was. We are so glad that we hired them a second time. They really helped make the night special and memorable. I highly recommend this band for your wedding or any other special event!

The literal best band that you could have at your wedding. When I tell you they were amazing. They were incredible. I got so many compliments from friends and family that this was the best band they have ever seen at a wedding. By the time the night was over, our guest were chanting "ENCORE"! I wish we would've booked them for another hour. They were amazing at playing and singing. Their energy was incredible. I want to have another wedding just to hire After 8 Band again. I spoke to Russ about what songs I did want and didn't want and he curated it perfectly to where every single guest had songs that they knew and loved no matter what age! My grandpa who can barely walk and is in a wheelchair was standing up to dance and sing because he loved the music so much. You will not be disappointed if you use After 8 Band at whatever event you are planning! They were amazing about communicating and hearing my preferences before the event and they were amazing and made me (the bride) feel like a freaking queen! Thank you guys so much. We continue to get texts saying how amazing our wedding was and how incredible the band was! It was the best night of our lives and yall helped make that happen! We are so grateful!! As two musicians from San Francisco getting married in New Orleans, we had a few unique logistics to navigate, but the After8 team made everything seamless. Working with Russ throughout the planning process was wonderful. He was responsive, helpful, and always quick to find solutions if any issues came up. The band was so accommodating and flexible, learning a couple of new songs for our reception and even allowing me and my band to borrow their instruments so I could perform an original song I wrote for my husband. They also learned our first dance song, which turned out absolutely beautiful. Brandon did an amazing job singing it, and the rest of the band played it flawlessly. To top it all off, they even backed my husband and me on another song we wanted to perform together (without any rehearsal!), and it ended up being a total hit.

After 8 performed at our reception and KILLED IT! Not only did they sound amazing, but they got our guests dancing! I had the privilege of hearing them perform at another wedding and knew that their style and energy was perfect for me! Their music repertoire is massive and they can truly play whatever you love and want! Russ Bryant, their band manager, was extremely responsive and answered any questions I had during the planning process. Not only did After 8 play our reception, but one of their lead singers, Brandon, officiated our wedding! It was so nice being able to get so much out of one vendor. Cannot recommend them enough!

We had After 8 for our wedding and they were an absolute hit. Everyone told us how much they loved the band. They were incredibly responsive and receptive to any ideas, but we asked them to curate a playlist and they nailed it for all the different generations at the wedding. Everyone was dancing from the get go and they kept the energy up for the whole night. They’ve clearly done this before and know how to make any wedding go off without a hitch. Would recommend to any and everyone!

Honestly, the best band ever!!! Worth every single penny! Everyone was dancing and having a great time. I loved how they played different music genres and choreographed with the songs! My husband and I got on stage and danced and sang with the band.

We were so lucky to have been able to hire After8 for our wedding in Lafayette, LA in Oct 2023. They completely elevated our wedding reception! I wanted a band that would be able to engage with the crowd, 'read the room', and keep the party alive for all ages that were in attendance, and they absolutely did that. Some feedback from my guests - "where did you find these guys?!" and "They were amazing and so much fun!"
