The sales people were not at all pushy like other stores we had looked in. When I said I found a ring they didn't try to talk us into anything more expensive or offer any worthless services to increase the price. I am very satisfied.

My jewelry was beautiful, but when we sent it out for engraving it came back engraved wrong twice and they didnt do anything to remedy it. Their lifetime protection plan is awesome though because it will cover sizing, fixing, rhodium plating(white gold), cleaning, pretty much everything.
