I absolutely love our wedding bands... my husbands more so then mine but both are great. They are better priced then they regular retail Zales. The customer service was questionable, but once they figured out we had good credit and qualified for a credit card --- the customer serviced improved dramatically. I would recommend them to any bride on a budget.

We got our wedding rings at Zales Outlet. Overall they have done a satisfactory job and our rings now look very nice. Both have diamonds on them. Mine had been ok but it changed color while it sat in the box before it was even on my finger. Zales "dipped" it and it's been ok. My husband lost one diamond in his and had to get it replaced and sized. Then another diamond chipped believ it or not. Since he's gotten it back it has been in great shape and is beautiful. I would not buy from the outlet again though. The price was very good but the quality left something to be desired.
