The moment I visited A Villa Louisa I knew that was the place that I would get married at. The staff is so nice and willing to make your day the best day ever. They changed management from when I booked so I was worried about the new management because I booked with the old. But everything turned out great and the new management is wonderful. The grounds are beautiful. I got married outside by the gazebo and they have a fountain outside which is great for pictures. The inside is pretty. I had the reception in the ballroom. It's very pretty and elegant inside. I love the fireplace and the chandeliers, and the fountain out in the hallway is very pretty. The food is TASTY! Very good. Lana, the wedding coordinator lady is so nice and helpful. She made sure I was having a good time and asking me if there is anything she can get me. The prices of the wedding packages are decent considering everything that is included. I would highly recommend A Villa Louisa to anyone getting married!

Service was great beforehand, but not as described on the actual wedding day. We were told there would be two "coordinators" with out party the entire time and they would be coordinating the event. After we had the ceremony and went to the reception, our appetizers were not ready and we had to practically beg for a drink - all of which we were told would be catered to us during pictures. My husband and I were the last ones to be served dinner, and we did not see either of the coordinators after we walked down the aisle. They also scheduled another wedding immediately after ours, so we were rushed to get "out of the way" before the other wedding started - even though we booked over a year before and the other wedding booked about a month beforehand.

The food was great and everybody had a great time. The place was decorated great - and that's just with their own decorations - we didn't get any extras.

A lot was included in the cost ($70pp) so that helped - antipasto, butlered appetizers, salad, pasta dish, dinner, cake, champagne toast, linens, centerpieces.

My Husband and I thought that we had found a great place to get married. The price was resonable and at first it seemed like they were going to be great to work with but we were very wrong. They said that they provide you with a wedding coordinator but really someone just calls you once in a while to tell you it is time to order invitations or pick up your seating cards. After we got threw tha planning and it was time for the big day I thought that someone was going to be there the whole time making sure that the ceremony and everything went the way it was supposed to but again I was wrong. They didn't send people down the isle in the right order. I had to call my bridesmaid back because she forgot to let my Parents walk first. Then when the ceremony was over noone was there to tell the guest where to go or that there was a recieving line. My photographer had to let my guest know what to do and where to go. Next was the toast, everyone there with their champagne... everyone that is but me and my husband. They forgot to fill our toasting flute! My parents had to give us theirs. Then came dinner, once again for everyone else but us. Our Best man had to go let the waitstaff know that we had not been served. After dinner I had guests complaining about the waitstaff being rude and Oh, by the way I have not seen the coordinator since the start of the ceremony! I was not impressed at all and would not recommend them to anyone! The only thing that was good was the food...

Claudia and her staff did an excellent job at our wedding. The food and Service were outstanding. I felt very relaxed on my wedding day knowing Claudia would be there to take care of anything I needed. The location is great and they are very willing to work with your individual needs.

I was so happy with how everything turned out. My wedding was a year and a half ago and family and friends are still commenting on how organized the event was and how realxing the day was. The staff was so helpful and thorough from the first meeting to the days after my weding when I returned to pick up the top of my cake. Every detail received the best attention. A Villa Louisa even pointed me toward other vendors that I contracted. (DJ, Photographer, and the JP) All were fabulous.

We scheduled off season and this venue was the most flexible and responsive group of individuals. They tended to every detail we could imagine and allowed us to custom quit a bit. Great food, great value, great location.

They take care of everything. Just bring your favors, any extra decor items and they will do it. The food was AMAZING: no complaints. For pictures, use the field across the street to get unique artsy wedding poses.
