LOVE this place....I went with a budget of under 500 dollars not knowing all they had was above that!! They had last years products still and I found the most amazing dress and they gave it to me for 450 :) Best dress I could ask for...thanks!

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I beg you not to even step foot in the store. The owner is the worst person I have ever met! (she is even my dad\'s relation) She does not know how to run a professional business. I ordered my dress the very 1st week of Feb for my wedding on Labor Day weekend. They told me it should be there around the middle of July when I ordered it. IT DIDN\'T COME IN UNTIL 8 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING!! Ya that\'s about 6 weeks late! Think she ordered it a little late?!?! She passed the blame to the dress maker. My story seems not as bad as my friends- who\'s dress came with the totally opposite skirt that she ordered! Please save yourself time and sanity and go somewhere else!!! Check her score out on the BBB... she has a F rating!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
I did not purchase my dress from The Perfect Dress because they refused to let me see any of the dresses without an appointment. I went in with my mother and my sister and asked to see what brands and styles they had (not try on, I understand an appointment is necessary for this to occur), before I made an appointment. They were very rude to my family and I, and I have heard similar reports from other brides.
The Perfect Dress was a huge help to me and my bridesmaids. I had known of the store before my wedding from being a bridesmaid in my friends wedding. Lori was wonderful and I couldn't have asked for anything better!

I had searched everywhere for a gown that would meet my requests and I was ecstatic when I met Lori and she helped me to design the gown of my dreams. Little did I know that I would be able to custom order a gown and stay within my $1000 budget. I could not have been more pleased with my gown and my bridesmaid's dresses!
I am the third bride in my family to purchase a dress from The Perfect Dress and I can say that I was extremely pleased with the service and the selection as my sisters were. Lori has a keen sense of style when selecting gowns for you to try on and she nailed it each time with me and my sisters. She actually picked out all of our gowns and each time they were dresses that we would have never tried on had it not been for her. I ended up doing my dress, veil, jewelry, bridesmaid and tuxedos through The Perfect Dress. Also, both mothers purchased gowns as well. I can truly say that we have found our "family bridal store". We have loved our experience with The Perfect Dress and will continue to patron the store as our families continue to grow! Thanks Lori!!!
I had the best shopping experience for my wedding dress here. It's boutiquey, but low key and they carry a fantastic selection of well kept and maintained sample gowns. The owner, Lori, was there that morning, and her attention and assistance made all the difference in my purchasing decision. Her observations about the style and cut of certain dresses and how they may or may not enhance or overwhelm my body type (small, very petite) were the most thorough and well-articulated out of the 6 bridal stores I visited that weekend. I didn't much care for the staged regimens at the other dress shoppes, where I felt herded and somewhat pushed and pressured to purchase. At The Perfect Dress I felt entirely at ease. And, yes, we did end up purchasing there.
I loved my dress, but was very unhappy with the service I was given. They ordered my dress in the wrong size and then refused to give my money back so I had to hope they could get a new one in before the wedding (I got it 4 days before). I realize that mistakes happen, but no one apologized at any time, but quite the opposite tried to make it my fault. I was very unhappy and wouldn't recommend it.
I would definitely recommend making an appointment at The Perfect Dress. I had a very hard time picking a dress there, because there were several I LOVED! Their dresses surpassed any other store I visited in Fort Wayne.
I had a short engagement with a little less than 4 months to plan my entire wedding. I went looking for a dress with a little over 3 months till the wedding. I didn't know if you plan on ordering a dress you need around 6 to 9 months. Anyways, when I first went in the lady was a little startled by my need for a dress in 3 months. At first she made it seem like it was going to be impossible, but then she quickly made some phone calls and found out for a fee we could rush some of the dresses. I still had quite a few dresses to choose from. I ended up buying my dress and veil at The Perfect Dress and I was very pleased with my purchase.
Absolutely the BEST part of my wedding!! I love this place!! They have the most beautiful dresses, amazing accessories, and the best staff! I would recommend that everyone go here before buying a dress some place else!
The Perfect Dress is exactly that and the value for what you get is very, very good. They are professional, curteous, and overall the store has a very homey feeling and it's very comfortable. You get your own private dressing room with mirrors and etc, so you aren't paraded in front of everyone, and a very large selection to choose from. They have many different designers and unique dresses as well compared to other stores in town. They have financing available as well.
NOTE* if you're looking for a dress on a tight budget, check out bridesmaid dresses in white. Many designers carry them in white, although they do increase the price somewhat. Mine was a BM dress and people were shocked if I told them!
What a great find in Fort Wayne!!! The service and professionalism was out of this world. The selection of dresses was truely a selection, not a bunch of dresses that all look alike. The atmosphere of the shop is picture perfect. I would highly recommend The Perfect Dress for wedding gowns, accessories, and attendant dresses!
