Lacrecia was awesome!!!! I’m so glad they take walk ins bc i had 3 appointments that day and went in, in between my appointments and ended up finding my dress with her. She was super respectful with my time & budget. I’m so grateful she was there to help me!!!!!! Love her and the experience there!

went to bridal and formal a couple of months ago for a bridesmaid dress. They do have a nice selection of dresses and most of the staff was pretty decent and I was happy until I ordered my dress and I got it back.
The lady did not measure me correctly. I tried to put it on and it took two woman to help me zip it up. They asked me how I liked it and I told them it was way to tight. I did not put on any weight. Around my bust or waist. The dress zips up under my arm at the bust. This was 2 inches off. I went home thinking maybe I could have it altered as the wedding was in two weeks. The seamstress said was unable to fix it. I called bridal and formal back and they said they could re measure me to see if I had gained any weight and they could try and put the dress on a stretch machine to
See if they could get it to fit. I did not even bother. They did not order my wedding dress correctly 18 years ago either. Do not bother going here to buy a dress. If they screw up they blame it on you, telling you that you must have put on weight. They would not help me out even though this is their fault. I trusted them that they knew what they were doing.
Now I am out a bridesmaid dress and I have to start from scratch with the wedding in two weeks.

I had the pleasure of working with Mariah and she was a ROCK STAR! I was so nervous about dress shopping and she walked me through every single second of it. She really worked to understand what I liked and didn't like, and eventually, she pulled a certain Maggie Sottero dress that was THE DRESS. She helped me navigate my thoughts and feelings, gave me the space and time I need to process everything, and helped me visualize what my wedding dress would look like.
