Bridal Try on
Lacrecia was awesome!!!! I’m so glad they take walk ins bc i had 3 appointments that day and went in, in between my appointments and ended up finding my dress with her. She was super respectful with my time & budget. I’m so grateful she was there to help me!!!!!! Love her and the experience there! -

Amazing bridal salon!
I had the pleasure of working with Mariah and she was a ROCK STAR! I was so nervous about dress shopping and she walked me through every single second of it. She really worked to understand what I liked and didn't like, and eventually, she pulled a certain Maggie Sottero dress that was THE DRESS. She helped me navigate my thoughts and feelings, gave me the space and time I need to process everything, and helped me visualize what my wedding dress would look like. -

I came in today to try on dresses just to see what I like and from the beginning the staff was so welcoming to me. I got to work with Kathleen who was so freaking nice and didn’t make me feel bad about myself or pressure me to try anything that wasn’t my style. She found a dress that’s absolutely perfect for my wedding! I can’t wait to go back and get the dress! Won’t go anywhere else 💕 -

Bridal and Formal was a great place to find a wedding dress. Kelly and the other consultants were all super kind and helpful. Kelly quickly directed me to dresses that were within my budget. They had both made-to-order and off-the-rack dresses at a range of price points. I tried on dresses at probably 7 or more shops. I ended up finding my dream gown there for $500 and took it home the same day. -

I visited Bridal and Formal during the pandemic and they made me feel safe while trying on dresses. The staff was very accommodating when I pulled extra dresses to try on and they had a broad price range. There was zero pressure to choose a more expensive gown or buy my accessories form them. The dressing rooms area was private for the small group I brought and there was enough room to move around to see how the dresses moved and felt. I live several hours away and they were willing to ship me my dress if I couldn't pick it up in person. -

The place I bought my dress lost my veil. I walked in here and they immediately had someone helping me. They were so friendly and made me forget all of the frustration from having the original lost. Their selection is great and there employees know how to fit within what you want and make you feel like the fairytale bride. I came in sad, frustrated, and a bit angry and within a few minutes was laughing and smiling. I found a BEAUTIFUL veil here. I was disappointed about one aspect of it, so they called the designer while I was there to get it custom made to make sure it was EXACTLY as I imagined it. All of that and they also gave me 20% off. Quite honestly I am not sure why, there may have been a sale, maybe they felt bad for me, I don’t know, but I was so thankful for all of their help. -

The staff of Bridal and Formal helped my now husband plan my proposal there! It was a beautiful moment and a wonderful experience with Bonnie who helped me find my dress. My dress was a STEAL and I was able to get a veil and overskirt with it still under $2000! Absolutely love this store, my dress, and the staff! -

A beautiful selection of dresses for all sizes, I was able to find my dream dress within the modest budget I set. I never felt pressured to buy and being plus size felt there was enough for me to try on! They asked what I wanted and helped me try on things I may not have even thought of, I was comfortable and they made me feel like I was the only bride there. -

Bobbi is AMAZING!! After weeks of searching for THE dress I finally went to Bridal & Formal. The store was suggested by my girlfriends and cousins who already been married so I finally went. I was a walk-in and they set me up with Bobbi. Hands down the most compassionate, patient, understanding, and hard-working Bridal Consultant I have ever met! No joke! I had an idea of what I wanted and she came running with so many fantastic options for my shape. I'm extremely picky and she went with it. Seriously, all new brides should get her asap! I loooove my dress!! Thank you thank you Bobbi for all your help, efforts and kindness!!!!
