  We used Rudy's in New Braunfels as our rehearsal dinner caterer! They were flexible and so helpful in getting us the right amount of meat and sides. We didn't do the full catering but they still threw in all the plates, plastic wear, and condiments.

  I just love Rudy's, and I am so happy I picked them to cater our wedding!
  Liz from the catering department is SO nice and so very helpful! She is busy, so I suggest making an in -person meeting to discuss your wedding :)
  It was so nice to meet and talk rather than play phone tag or send a million emails back and forth.
  I have no doubt the food will be FANTASTIC and can't wait to have them be a part of my big day. Ask about the twice baked mashed potatoes that are only available through their catering service. And you definitely cannot beat the price!!!

  The food was amazing! People were excited to not be served the traditional fish or chicken. Their staff members were great! All around we were pleased with the choice!

  We wanted something casual but tasty for our rehearsal dinner, and Rudy's fit the bill. We held the actual dinner at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Boerne as we had a block of rooms there for guests, and Rudy's was willing to deliver. The food was delicious and we received tons of compliments. And they even gave us a little gift basket with some Rudy's spices and BBQ sauce. We can't wait to use it!

  Liz with Rudy's was so wonderful to work with for our wedding. She was prompt and wiling. She answered every question I had and helped work the budget with me. The food was delicious and our guests were very pleased. We are very happy we went with Rudy's for our catering!!

  Rudy's BBQ catered the reception for my daughter's wedding. We were very impressed with the food and the service. The pricing was reasonable and they were very reliable. We did not have to worry at all about the flow of things and everyone had a wonderful dinner! Pam Galindo

  Who doesn't love Rudy's BBQ?! It was perfect for our Hill Country Wedding. We contacted them about 6 months prior to our wedding. There were a few weeks of lost emails and lack of response from the sales woman we worked with, but once our contract was signed it all went smoothly! The only area for improvement would be ease in booking, but the food and servers were great.

  They were very nice they followed instructions really well we were very happy with them we were not happy that you had to have spent at least 1000 to get full service but it was very great

  The food was awesome quality, but trying to get a hold of them to make sure the bill was paid and move the time a bit was near impossible. I called about 7 times before i could move the time of the dinner and another 3 to add cake cutting to it.
