This jeweler is my top pick forever. The prices are awesome, the quality is even better. The best part of all is the service you recieve from the moment you walk in thier doors. I know everyone is happy at this very moment in thier life, but our jeweler went out of her way to ensure we got the best for the least amount, and set payment options low enough for our budget. They really are the best!

I brought my engagement ring and wedding band in a few weeks before my wedding to be sautered together. It was supposed to be done the Friday a week before the wedding. On Sunday I called to confirm that the rings were done and on Monday I drove 2 hours to pick up my rings. Once they finally found my rings (after looking for awhile) they were not sautered together. My rings were sent to Marion to be sautered and then I had to go pick them up a few hours later. They told me they would take off 1/4 of the cost b/c of my inconvinece. When I later checked my credit card statement, instead of taking off the cost they charged me more! The lady who helped me was nice when I went in to complain and took off most of the cost, but it was still a big pain! Also, my husband took his wedding band in a year after we bought it to have it resized. When he got it back it didn't look the same. They had added some kind of texture on it. When he told the manager the guy told my husband that it would eventually wear off b/c it is gold (white). If we really wanted it smooth again it they would have to ship it somewhere and it would take atleast a month to get back!

We bought both of our wedding bands here. My husband does not wear jewelry, so he was very picky, but found something he liked there. We had to order each ring, and we got them much faster than estimated. The staff was very friendly.
